Cloud computing provided as a service type by sharing IT resources cannot be activated unless the issue of information security is solved. The enterprise attempts to maximize the efficiency of information and communication resources by introducing cloud computing services. In comparison to the United States and Japan, however, cloud computing service in korea has not been activated because of a lack of confidence in the security. This paper suggests core evaluation criteria and added evaluation criteria which is removed the redundancy of the security controls from existing ISMS for Korean cloud computing through a comparative analysis between domestic and foreign security controls of cloud certification scheme and guidelines and information security management system. A cloud service provider certified ISMS can minimize redundant and unnecessary certification assessment work by considering added evaluation criteria.

Visual scene contains lots of redundant information. To process this redundant information without increasing brain's volume, human visual system may summarize incoming information. If similar but different information are given to visual system, visual system extracts statistical properties of the information. One example of the statistical representation is representation of mean size. The mean representation is accurate and durable. The process of mean representation is suggested to be parallel. However, previous studies on the mean representation mostly used behavioral methods. The purpose of this study was to investigate which neural regions extracted the mean size of a set of circles using fMRI method. According to previous studies, BOLD signal of certain areas that were in charge of cousin stimuli decreased when the same stimuli presented repetitively. We used this paradigm and found that BOLD signal of right occipital area was decreased when same mean site was presented repeatedly. This results suggest that right occipital area is the locus of mean representation of visual stimuli.

Identity authentication is an important technology that has long been used in society to identify individuals and provide appropriate services. With the development of the Internet infrastructure, many areas have expanded into online areas, and identity authentication technologies have also expanded online. However, there is still a limit to identity authentication technology that relies entirely on trusted third parties like the government. A centralized identity management system makes the identification process between agencies with different identity management systems very complex, resulting in a waste of money and time for users. In particular, the limits of the centralized identity management system were clearly revealed in the face mask shortage in the 2020 COVID-19 crisis. A Decentralized Identity (DID) is a way for users to manage their identity on their own, and recently, a number of DID platform based on blockchain technology have been proposed. In this paper, we analyze the limitations of the existing centralized identity management system and propose a DID system that can be utilized in future national emergency situations such as COVID-19.

최근 다양한 산업들이 IT기술과 융합되어 비즈니스 환경이 변화하고, 핵심자산이 정보화됨에 따라 기업정보 유출의 위험성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 유출 사건 사고는 끊임없이 증가하고 있기 때문에, 선행적으로 기업정보를 보호할 수 있는 보안환경이 구축되어야 한다. 이에 따라 기업정보 보안기술에 대한 연구와 투자는 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 다양한 보안 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 기업정보 보안기술에 대한 적절한 구분이 되어있지 않아 보안 시스템들이 서로 중복된 기능을 수행하고 있다. 중복된 기능의 보안 시스템 사용은 비용을 낭비할 뿐만 아니라, 효율적인 보안 관리를 하지 못하게 되는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 균형 잡힌 기업정보 보안 시스템의 발전을 위해 선행연구를 통해 기업정보 보안 시스템에 관한 분류체계를 설계하였다. 향후 이 분류체계를 기반으로 메타분석을 실시하여, 그동안 진행된 기업정보 보안 시스템 분야에 대한 연구동향을 파악하고 학술적으로 연구자들에게 연구 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, the central government organizations have changed their Business Management System to the cloud-based On-nara Document 2.0. According to this, the National Archives of Korea is spreading a cloud-based records management system. With the development of digital technology, including cloud computing, preservation and utilization of records must be redesigned continuously to be effective and efficient. It is needed that the process and method of the electronic records management will change from simple digitization of paper-based recording to digital technology. This article offers opinions related to the logical transfer, storage and redundancy elimination of digital objects, machine-readable format, big-data analysis, templates of official documents, and authenticity authentication system based on universally unique identifiers (UUID) and hash value.

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.

기존 망관리구조와 달리 차세대 망관리에서 요구되는 새로운 개념으로는 QoS관리, 망관리 분산화가 고려된다. 이에 핵심적 차세대 망관리구조의 핵심요소는 SLM(Service Level Management), TMN(Telecommunication Management Network)이다. 선진국을 중심으로 TMN 관리표준 업무처리 절차를 수립하여 이를 시스템화하여 솔루션으로 공급하고 있으나, 국내실정에 적합하지 않으며, 특히 전력분야에 적합한 전력통신망 통합관리를 위한 체계적인 표준 업무처리전차에 대한 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 전력 산업분야의 전력통신망 통합관리를 위한 표준절차의 부재로 기존 투자된 시스템의 효율성을 향상함에 있어 어려움을 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라 향후에 확장 도입되는 Management 솔루션에 있어서 불필요한 중복투자 가능성이 상존하고 있으므로 체계적이며 표준화돤 관리체계의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력통신 설비별로 운용중인 다수의 NMS 통합 및 유지관리용 전산설비와의 유기적인 결합을 통한 최적의 전력통신 망 종합관리체계 구축방안을 제시하기 위해 전력연구원에서 수행하고 있는 연구과제와 관련하여 차세대 전력통신망 관리방안에 대해 기술하였다.

우리나라 전자정부 추진 과정 중에 드러난 문제점들은 정보화 투자의 비효율성, 일관성 결여 및 중복성, 정보화 수요의 폭발적 증가에 따른 양적인 대응의 한계, 전산환경 운영의 비효율성 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 범정부적인 정보자원에 대한 일관된 관리운용체계의 확보를 통해 해결될 수 있다. 점차 경량화되는 정부가 혁신된 정보자원 관리운용체계를 효과적으로 유지하기 위해서는 이를 뒷받침하는 지원 기능이 강화되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 차세대 전자정부 추진 목표로 완전 통합 단계의 달성을 상정하고, 그 방안으로 국가정보기술원의 역할모형을 제시하였다. 국가정보기술원은 정부가 추진하는 모든 정보화사업이 일관성있고, 효율적으로 진행될 수 잇도록 국가정보화에 필요한 전반적인 기능들을 섭렵하여 지원하는 전담기관으로, 정보화기획, 정보화사업관리, 정보자원 운영, 국가표준관리, 감리 및 평가 동의 기능을 수행한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 범정부적 정보인프라의 통합운영을 담당하는 국가정보센터의 모형을 제시하였는데 국가정보기술원은 이를 통해 정보자원 운영 기능을 수행하게 된다. 본 연구에서 제시된 국가정보기술원의 역할 모형은 정부의 정보자원 관리운용체계를 혁신하고, 유지하는데 필요한 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

안전식품에 대한 요구와 국제적 관심사로 대두된 농수축산물의 이력추적관리시스템에 RFID 기술 적용 시, 객체식별을 위한 국제표준 준수와 국가별 표준 코드체계의 정립이 최우선시 된다. 최근 국내에서 표준화 고시된 가축 및 동물개체식별체계 상의 코드구분, 적용형태, 중복, 호환성 및 복제방지 등에 대한 단점 지적과 이견으로 개선의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구1)에서는 기존의 국내외 이력추적관리 및 개체식별코드체계 관련 쟁점 및 표준화 동향을 분석한 후 개선방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to verify learning components to be taught in each grade of middle schools, to propose hierarchical structures on algorithm content, and to resolve overlapping across related subjects. In order to verify learning components, four criteria were proposed. To evaluate practical application, they were implemented into The Proposal of Curriculum Revision on Computer Education in Middle School on MPE website. It was found that there was content overlapping between 'problem solving methods and procedures' in the middle school Informatics Curriculum and 'regulation and problem solving' in the Elementary Mathematics Curriculum. So it is needed to find a way to differentiate the contents of 'problem solving methods and procedures' from the other related subjects.
