The data were collected through self-report questionnaires, which were constructed to Self-efficacy, family support, social support, menopausal adaptation, resilience. Data were analyzed using frequencies, means, $X^2$_Test, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23. Regular exercise(${\beta}=-.15$, p<.01), self-efficacy(${\beta}=.29$, p=<.001), social support(${\beta}=.29$, p=<.001), menopausal Adaptation(${\beta}=.17$, p<.01) were influencing factors and these variables showed an explanatory power of 35.3% (F=18.65, p<.001). Therefore, it is suggested that middle-aged women in menopause can plan to overcome the menopausal crisis positively through nursing interventions that include self-efficacy and social support.

Changes in inflammation-related factors and growth hormone were analyzed as a measurement variable were analyzed by employing two-way ANOVA with repeated measures. This study finds that $TNF-{\alpha}$ and IL-6 were significantly decreased in the exercise group and increased in the control group. Growth hormone was increased in the exercise group but not in the control group. The results of this study suggest that bicycling exercise is an exercise program to prevent cardiovascular and chronic diseases of obese middle-aged women.

The study was based on raw data from the 2019 Korea Community Health Survey. To establish the impact of fall experience of middle-aged women, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and multiple logistic regression were used. Of the 43,917 people surveyed, 11.9% of middle-aged women said that they had experienced a fall. Falls were more common among women with increasing age or without a spouse. Those who experienced a lot of depression and perceived stress and were diagnosed with diabetes also had a higher fall experience. This study aimed to investigate factors influencing depressive symptoms among middle-aged women based on walking and nonwalking. The participants of the study were 56,007 women aged 40-64 years. A complex sample statistical analysis was conducted. Notably, 48.9% of middle-aged women were in the walking group and 51.1% were in the nonwalking. In the nonwalking group, relative to the walking group, more people had high school diploma as their highest level of education, and were 40-49 years old, unemployed, and public assistance recipients than in the walking group. In addition, in the nonwalking group, more people had sleeping durations of less than 7 hours, perceived stress, and depressive symptoms than in the walking group. Factors influencing depressive symptoms were identified as less than 7 hours of sleeping duration and high perceived stress in both the walking and nonwalking groups, and the degree of influence was higher in the walking group than in the non-walking group, suggesting than further studies are needed to identify the cause. The results confirmed that perceived stress and depressive symptoms in middle-aged women could be reduced by walking. Therefore, if middle-aged women continue to engage in walking practices appropriate for them, it will enhance their walking rate, reduce stress, and improve their depressive symptoms.

Data were collected through self-administered questionnaire survey form 133 middle-aged women. The data collection was done from March 2nd to April 10th, 2012. As a results, there were significant differences in fatigue by education level and menstrual status. And, there were significant differences in family function according to education level and marital status. Also, there were significant differences in self-esteem by education level, marital status and monthly income. Fatigue was negatively related to family function and self-esteem. And family function was positively related to self-esteem. These results suggest that nursing intervention should be developed to strengthen family function and self-esteem as a way to regulate fatigue for middle-aged women in menopausal periods. This study was undertaken to provide basic data for the development of a mental health promotion intervention program, by confirming the mediating effects of social support in relation to the effect on the life stress and meaning of life in middle-aged women. The subjects of this study were 201 middle-aged women from D and K cities. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations using a statistical program for structural equation modeling (SEM); fitness of the final model was RMSEA 0.03, CFI 0.98, and NFI 0.95. The major learning from this study was that life stress has a direct effect on meaning of life and social support. Life stress (β=0.05, p< 0.001), meaning of life (β=0.05, p< 0.001), and social support (β=0.05, p< 0.001) have a significant and direct effect on depression. The findings also suggest that life stress indirectly affects the mediating effect between meaning of life and social support, and also depression of middle-aged women. We believe that results of this study encompass basic data that will aid in developing a program to promote the mental health of middle-aged women.

The subjects were 256 middle-aged women in Korea. Data were collected from March 8 to April 11, 2019, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0. This study found that the aging anxiety of the subjects differed significantly according to job and marriage satisfaction. Aging anxiety had a negative correlation with health perceived health (r=-.300, p<.001), resilience (r=-.537, p<.001), satisfaction of married life (r=-.316, p<.001), and self-esteem (r=-.424, p<.000). The factors affecting aging anxiety were as follows: resilience (β=-.47, p<.001), occupation (β=-.19, p=.003), and self-esteem (β=-.19, p=.014) with 36.9% explanatory power (F=14.34, p<.001). To reduce the aging anxiety of middle-aged people, programs will be needed to improve participation in post-middle-aged jobs or social activities and resilience, self-esteem, thereby providing education and mediation that can allow middle-aged women to accept aging positively.
