  • Currently, the world is making efforts to develop cultural industries around more refined parts of the world. The development of cultural industries has far-reaching implications for promoting national brands and national image promotion as well as economic benefits. In particular, China hopes to advance into its own animation market because it has an extensive animation market. In 2005 The Chinese government, however, banned foreign animation market from entering the Chinese animation market. However, at that time, Chinese animation firms also saw considerable economic losses because they had to undergo almost everything from animation to distribution to rationing. In fact, the policy was designed to protect Chinese animations, but instead of preventing Chinese animations from developing original contents, it caused various problems such as China's animations, or the development of Chinese animation industries. In this thesis, we will explore the policy related to animation industry in China, research and development of animation industry, and establish the direction of development of Chinese animation industry through suggestion of improvement in Chinese animation industry. For starters, we have diversified the contents of the Chinese animation industry by adapting the contents of the Chinese animation to the global market through the globalization of contents, stories and materials. Currently, animation is developing beyond 3D,4D and VR but there is no shortage of animation experts in China, so it is necessary to nurture specialized professionals by opening a related department in China. Also, the government will establish a National Animation Industry complex to work in various animation companies. We expect to develop cultural contents through mutual cooperation between animation companies in China and the sharing of information sharing and collaborative research.

A Study on the Management Risk Factors of Korean Firms in China (국내 중소·벤처기업의 중국진출 경영위험요인에 관한 연구)

  • By applying the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), we have analyzed the importance and the order for priorities to the management risk factors of Korean SMEs & Venture companies in China. The major management risk factors of manufacturing companies were the rise in labor costs followed by fierce competition in the marketplace, problems involved with human resource management and the rise in the cost of materials. In the case of companies manufacturing electronic products, the rise of labor costs and alteration in government's tax policy were seen as the main risk factors. In the case of chemical product manufacturing companies, the reinforcement of environmental protection law and in automobile component manufacturing companies, apart from the rise in labor cost, the increase in raw materials costs were analyzed as the main risk factors. While considering the time period, the main risk factors of the companies that entered China in the 1990's were fierce competition and alteration in government's tax policy and for the companies that entered China in the 2000's, increase in raw material cost, the rise in labor cost etc were analyzed to be the main risk management factors.

  • 국내 온라인게임 업체들의 해외로 향한 발걸음이 멈출 줄을 모르고 있다. 이미 10개 이상의 국내 업체들이 현지기업과의 합작 또는 자회사를 설립해 세계 각 지역에서 온라인게임을 서비스하고 있고, 신규 업체들도 속속 해외시장 개척에 나서고 있다. 이들은 국내 시장에서 치열한 경쟁을 통해 서비스에 대한 충분한 노하우와 기술력을 갖추었기에 해외시장에서도 빠르게 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 하지만 해외시장에서 서비스에 들어갔다 하더라도 이들의 앞길이 장밋빛으로만 펼쳐져 있는 것은 아니다. 특히 최근 있었던 애토즈소프트와 중국의 게임 서비스업체인 상해성대인터넷발전유한공사(이하 성대)간의 계약파기 사태는 국내 온라인게임 업체들에게 의미있는 메시지를 던지고 있다.

  • 중국의 이동통신 시장은 이동통신 사업자들간의 경쟁적인 가입비 면제, 휴대폰 가격 인하 조치 등으로 가입자수가 급증함에따라 올해 들어 가입자수와 수익면에서 모두 크게 성장세를 기록하고 있다. 최근 들어 이에 따라 중국이 지난 7월말 이미 미국을 제치고 세계 최대 통신시장으로 부상했다는 보고서가 나와 업계에서 주목이 되고 있다. 삼성경제연구소는 지난 8월 21일 한 보고서를 통해 중국의 이동전화 가입자수는 지난해 9월말 6,500만명에서 10개월만에 두배로 증가하여 지난 7월말 현재 1억 2,060만명으로 미국의 1억 2,010만명을 제치고 선두로 나섰다고 보고했다.

  • A This study was conducted to identify the advancement of Chinese industry and the strategy of advancing Korean companies into China. According to the results of the study, it is very important for Korean companies to adapt themselves to Chinese circumstances. The development of Chinese industry can be a threat to Korean companies, but it can also be an opportunity to Korean companies. It's up to Korean companies' correspondence strategy. The best strategy of Korean companies on the advancement of Chinese industry is development a blue ocean strategy.

  • Recently Korea products or companies are conducting to advance to China by rapid economic development of China. In these circumstances, a study on important factors which have effects on acceptance of high-tech product by Chinese consumer will provide important strategic implications to Korea companies that plan to advance to China. But a study on the acceptance factors of high-tech product of existing Chinese consumer is insufficient. In addition, the basic research about acceptance and diffusion of advanced technology and services in China market is still insufficient. Therefore, this study suggested acceptance model of high-tech product by Chinese consumer so the empirical study was conducted. As a result, it shows that system quality has positive effect on usefulness and ease of use. Playfulness has positive effect on usefulness and acceptance intention. In addition, ease of use has positive effect on usefulness and acceptance intention. Usefulness had positive effect on acceptance intention. At the end of this study, the marketing implications for advancing to China market based on the results of empirical analysis were presented.

The Mediating Effect of Network Embeddedness on Investment Performance of Multinational Manufacturers in China (중국시장에 진출한 다국적제조기업의 투자성과에 미치는 네트워크 배태성의 매개효과 실증분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how internal capability adjustments made by subsidiaries in response to local market adaption and market changes, together with the use of internal and external networks, have an impact on the investment performance of such subsidiaries. From the empirical results, it was proven that the larger the extent of internal capability adjustment made by subsidiaries, and the more quickly and flexibly it is implemented, the more positive the investment performance is. The empirical findings also showed that in this process, the use of internal/external network embeddedness has a positive mediating impact on the investment performance. Additionally, the results of statistical analysis support the research hypothesis that external embeddedness has a greater mediating influence on multinational manufacturing companies entering Chinese market than internal embeddedness. It implies to the top managers of subsidiaries that the subsidiary should actively utilize external embeddedness to create a new locational competitive advantage in the local region, as well as develop a strategy to reduce foreignness costs such as cost of adapting to the local system.

  • 중국시장을 향한 모바일콘텐츠 업체들의 움직임이 빨라지고 있다. 애니메이션 전문업체 킴스애니컴은 지난 7월 중국내 2위 이동통신사업자인 차이나유니콤의 계열사인 요녕금증통과 MCP(Master Contents Provider)계약을 체결했다. 이는 지난해 6월 메타미디어가 차이나모바일의 MCP장상통과 MCP계약을 체결한데 이은 두번째 성과다. 킴스애니컴은 이번 MCP 계약 체결을 통해 본격적으로 국내 모바일 콘텐츠 선정 작업에 들어갔다. 메타미디어 역시 그간 검토된 국산 모바일콘텐츠를 대량으로 차이나모바일측에 제안할 계획이다.
