전남 서남권은 동남권 지역에 이어 제 2의 조선산업 클러스터를 위한 산업기반 구축이 진행되고 있다. 전남 조선산업의 유연성과 불황기 대처능력을 제고하고 한국 및 전남권의 항만 개발에 따른 수리조선 수요에 대처하기 위해, 전라남도는 수리조선산업 진출을 검토하고 있는 바, 전남 지역의 수리조선 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 수리조선산업의 산업적 특정과 수리조선 수요 결정 요인을 고찰하고, 유럽, 싱가포르, 중동, 중국 등 주요 수리조선국 사례의 시사점을 토대로 전라남도의 입지 여건, 비용 및 기술력을 종합적으로 검토하였으며, 부산 등 동남권 지역의 주요 거점용 물론 전남 지역 내의 후보지에 대한 비교 분석을 수행하였다.

Rapid growth rate of container traffic in China has caused the fierce competition to attract Trans-shipment Container Cargos from/to China among competitive ports in Asia. Therefore, this paper aims to suggest some strategies to attract them from/to China by Korea ports. To do so, it evaluates the preference of important ports in the competitive situation and the competitiveness of important ports in Asia, and finally proposes the relative order of important factors. Based on the evaluation of it, Both the Pusan and the Kwangyang ports have to strengthen port facility to attract move traffic and in detail, reinforce the number of berth, yard areas and handling equipment. they also have to provide high qualify of services to deliver cargos in time. not being damaged and swiftly response to shipowner and shipper's claim.

중국 경제성장에 핵심적 역할을 해왔던 광동성(廣東省) 동관시(東?市)는 지리적으로 근접해 있는 홍콩을 이용하여 줄곧 경제발전을 추구해 왔다. 1980년대 초반은 홍콩으로부터 가전산업 관련 중소 다국적 기업이 동관지역에 진출하여 생산 공장을 세우고, 그 후 1990년 중반에는 대만의 PC제조업체의 진출이 잇따르면서 현재 동관에는 정보통신산업과 PC부품 및 전자산업 중심으로 지역 산업클러스터가 발전해 왔다. 동관시 산업클러스터 사례는 개혁개방이후 중국 제조업 산업의 발전뿐만 아니라, 글로벌 시대에 해외직접투자와 아시아지역 후-후발산업국가에서의 지역경제의 성장 및 산업발전과정의 연구에 대한 이론적 시사점을 줄 수 있는 지역적 사례 중의 하나다. 본 연구는 광동성 동관시 지역산업클러스터의 사례를 중심으로 이론적으로는 지역산업발전의 내생적 성장요인 분석(NMID) 혹은 글로벌 생산네트워크와의 외부적 연계성을 기초로 하는 산업의 지역적 분화(GPN)에 대한 이 두 관점을 상호 비교하고, 글로벌 생산체계에서 공간적으로 현재 동관시 지역이 가지고 있는 산업클러스터의 위치와 역할을 설명하였다. 또한 산업적인 측면에서 생산네트워크 접근틀과 제도적 역량이라는 이론적 관점을 활용하여 중국 동관시 지역산업과 기업들이 보유하고 있는 상대적 경쟁력을 분석하였다.

중국은 향후 2020년까지 1000MW급 경수로를 중점적으로 35기이상을 건설할 것으로 예상되는 최대 잠재시장이다. 따라서 현재 1000MW급 원전기술자립을 95% 확보한 한국은 중국 및 인근 아시아지역 원전건설 시장에서 외국과의 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 주도적인 참여방안을 모색해야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 원자력기반기술이 우수한 중국과 한국은 한국형표준원전(KSNP)을 기본모델로 하여 중국 및 아시아의 원전건설에 적용할 표준원전(CSNP, ASNP)을 공동개발 하기 위한 협력체계 구성방안을 제안하였다. 또한 한국이 원자력기술 수출국으로 위치를 확고히 하고, WTO 출범에 따른 원자력시장 개방화에 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 원자력 선진기술을 보유하고, 건설자금조달 및 사업관리 능력과 함께 폭넓은 해외협력 관계를 갖춘 세계적인 원전공급자(Nuclear Vendor)를 육성해야 한다.

This study is aimed at evaluating transshipment competitiveness of Incheon New Port which will open in 2013. For this reason, we used Conjoint Analysis(CA) for a methodology of this research as CA had been frequently adopted for empirical analysis of new container terminal in previous studies. We have provided the questionnaires to the stake holders of the port such as experts in Port Authority(PA), logistics companies, and terminal operators. The result showed that transshipment competitiveness of Incheon New Port was subordinate to transshipment costs and port costs of Busan and Shanghai. Overall, we hope this study could help draw up the policies on a New Port that will attract transshipment cargoes and set up marketing plan for an early settlement.

From the world wide globalization of iron oxide industry, the global trend in iron oxide is changed rapidly and the production of iron oxide is increasing in China, currently. Iron oxide have a broad range of applications from construction materials to medical area. Therefore, it is expected that nanoparticulate iron oxides have many applications, too. A series of interesting applications in entirely different fields are introduced.

산화철의 국제동향에 대하여 각 지역 간의 수출입동향과 최근에 급속하게 성장하고 있는 중국의 산화철업계 동향에 대하여 소개하였다. 특히 세게 산화철 교역량은 산화철업계의 기술발전과 각 국이 처한 환경에 따라 변화하며, 산화철의 주요용도중 하나인 안료용도의 경우 건축경기에 큰 영향을 받는다. 중국의 산화철업계는 전반적으로 크게 성장한 반면 다국적 기업의 진출에 따른 기술력 향상과 반대급부로 경쟁력 약한 중국내 기업정리 등이 수반되었다. 산화철산업의 발전을 위하여는 타 소재와의 가격경쟁력도 중요하지만 새로운 응용분야의 개척이 필요하다 본 기술자료에서는 최근에 관심이 집중되는 산화철 나노분말에 대하여 신용도 및 특성에 대하여 소개하였다.

Asian container market, expecially in the NEA(Northeast Asia) region, has been growing continuously according to international specialization of manufacturers. The circumstances surrounding port industry has also been changing rapidly. Global liner and GTO( Global Terminal Operators} have strengthen there market share with M&A and increased entry to Asia market. The competition in NEA have deepen with change of circumstance and the growth of Chinese ports while Busan port decreasing its growth rate and market share. Therefore, this study analysed the change of the port concentration in NEA and the positioning of Busan port by year. In the result, the competitive position of Busan port weakening continuously and loss much volume to competition port, and it suggests that a globalization strategy is essential for making sure of competitiveness based on the result of this paper.

국내 온라인게임 업체들의 해외로 향한 발걸음이 멈출 줄을 모르고 있다. 이미 10개 이상의 국내 업체들이 현지기업과의 합작 또는 자회사를 설립해 세계 각 지역에서 온라인게임을 서비스하고 있고, 신규 업체들도 속속 해외시장 개척에 나서고 있다. 이들은 국내 시장에서 치열한 경쟁을 통해 서비스에 대한 충분한 노하우와 기술력을 갖추었기에 해외시장에서도 빠르게 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 하지만 해외시장에서 서비스에 들어갔다 하더라도 이들의 앞길이 장밋빛으로만 펼쳐져 있는 것은 아니다. 특히 최근 있었던 애토즈소프트와 중국의 게임 서비스업체인 상해성대인터넷발전유한공사(이하 성대)간의 계약파기 사태는 국내 온라인게임 업체들에게 의미있는 메시지를 던지고 있다.
