Under the great influence of ICT technology, China is forging ahead steadily and rapidly in the area of smart farming. In the last decade, Chinese government has carried out strategic plans to promote its economic development in agriculture, such as the plan of Made In China 2025 and One Belt One Road initiative. This thesis's objective is to analyze how such plans and initiative can provide 'windows of opportunity' to the development of smart farming industry in China. China led the development of smart agriculture by making a T-shaped rise which is composed with 'One Belt One Road Initiative and Made in China 2025 Plan. This thesis is divided into three types as path-following catch-up, path-skipping catch-up, path-creating catch-upAs this thesis also manages to provide some implications on the export strategies of South Korea's smart farming industry by understanding chinese samrt farm industry.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the means of accounting fraud in Chinese listed agricultural companies and to suggest methods for the prevention of accounting fraud and follow-up measures. In this study, 21 Chinese agricultural enterprises were investigated and counted by means of accounting fraud. The means of accounting fraud of listed companies related to agriculture mainly consisted of profit inflation, inflating their net assets, the disclosure of accounting information violations, asset inflation for net asset inflation, and the incomplete disclosure for accounting information violations. Among these, income forgery was the most frequent among the 21 companies surveyed as a means of accounting fraud in profit inflation. Through this study, in the field of auditing academically, it is possible to find the motives of fraudulent acts in Chinese agricultural enterprises and to obtain advice to reduce fraudulent acts, and it will be of great help in theoretical research related to accounting frauds.

일반적으로 대규모 영농에서 화학적 자재를 사용하지 않고 잡초와 질병, 해충을 제거하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 특히 한국이나 일본과 같은 온대성 다우지역에서는 대규모로 유기농업을 수행하는 것은 거의 불가능에 가깝다. 중앙아시아에 있는 신장은 대규모로 유기농업을 발전시킬 수 있는 잠재력이 아주 크다. 우리는 건조지역에서 곡물 생산을 개선하기 위하여 3년 전 중국 신장의 시헤지(Shihezi)에 $\ulcorner$중앙아시아 건조지역을 위한 시헤지 농업 및 환경연구소$\lrcorner$를 설립하였다. 연구소 설립목적 가운데에는 농업에 적합한 여건들을 활용하여 신장에 유기농업을 구축하는 것이다.

본 논문에서는 중국 개혁기간중 농업 집단체의 사회보장 기능이 점차 가족에게로 넘겨지는 과정을 연구하였다. 집단농업이 해체되고 시장사회주의 체제가 도입된 가운데 중국 농촌은 전반적으로 생산성이 향상 되었으나, 안정된 사회,경제적 기반을 잃은 상당수 농가들의 복지수요가 증가되는 결과를 가져왔다. 개혁이전의 시기의 사회복지는 집단 생산 및 평등배분을 통한 경제과정적 방책이 중심이었기 때문에 농업의 탈집단화는 곧 사회복지제도의 근본적 위기를 의미했다. 이같은 상황에서 재정적 어려움을 겪고 있는 중국 정부는 농촌가족의 전통적인 자체사회보장기능을 부활, 강화시키기위해 노력해 왔다. 본 연구는 이 같은 국가의 가족에 대한 현재 관계를 일반 복지 정책의 변화 및 식량조달, 의료, 노후보장의 측면에서 분석하였다.
