Analysis of the Safety Payment in Second-hand Transactions Using Text Mining (텍스트마이닝을 활용한 중고거래 안전결제 실태분석)

  • The secondhand market in Korea has been showing steady growth. However, the number of fraud cases and the amount of damages from fraudulent activities in secondhand transactions are also increasing. As of 2021, the size of the secondhand market reached 24 trillion won, but the total amount of fraud-related damages reached 360.6 billion won. In order to prevent fraud between individuals, secondhand trading platforms have implemented a safety payment system. However, new types of fraud methods exploiting the safety payment system have emerged, undermining the security of secondhand transaction safety payments. In this study, we aim to utilize text mining to examine the current state of the safety payment system in secondhand transactions and propose improvement measures by analyzing the system through text mining and network analysis.

  • The system of this paper designs and implements a used trading system that is commonly used on the Internet. In order to pursue local transactions based on location, we designed the system by dividing the region in consideration of the general characteristics of used transactions that are restricted by transactions through distance and location. To do this, I used MySQL as the database engine and I used PHP, an Internet server-based scripting language, for database interworking. Due to the characteristics of secondary transactions, information security and design of each product are considered.

  • Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

  • 최근 경제적 어려움과 물가 상승으로 인해 생활비 부담이 증가함에 따라, 생활비 절감을 위해 중고 거래를 이용하는 대학생들이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존 대학생을 위한 중고거래 플랫폼은 제한적이며, 대학 커뮤니티에서는 서적 중심의 거래로 중고 거래의 다양성이 부족하고 해당 서비스 이용이 번거롭다. 이러한 점을 개선하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 대학생들이 다양한 중고 물품을 저렴하게 학교에서 직거래할 수 있는 중고거래 및 대여 시스템인 "U-bo"를 개발하였다. 효율적인 거래 관리 시스템과 실시간 채팅 기능을 통해 사용자 경험을 향상시키며 맞춤형 이용이 가능하다. "U-bo"를 통해 학생들의 생활비 절약과 환경 보호에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 안전하면서도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 중고 책 거래 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이 플랫폼은 블록체인의 특성을 이용해 거래 제품 및 거래내역을 공유원장에 기록하여 거래내역을 투명하게 공개하며 누구나 열람 가능하다. 이는 데이터의 무결성과 투명성을 보장하며 신뢰성 있는 거래 환경을 제공한다. 이를 사용할 경우, 기존 중고거래 시스템에서 발생 가능한 데이터의 위조, 변조의 문제점과 불확실한 신뢰 문제가 해결되어 중고거래 사기사건을 예방할 수 있다.

  • Recently, as the number of used trading sites supporting used trading increases, users want to search for a variety of information in real time. This new change has enabled a new type of C2C (Commerce to Commerce) transaction in the e-commerce base. However, since each used trading site has its own characteristics, it is difficult to standardize the whole. Therefore, in this paper, we studied a system that provides the transaction data used by the user in real time and provides the desired information quickly. In this paper, we researched the crawler system necessary for the development of the integrated trading system for used goods through Internet e-commerce, and made it possible to provide information in the web environment desired by the user through the defined morpheme analyzer. Therefore, in this study, we designed a system that provides information desired by users without accessing various used goods sites.

  • This study was investigated the necessity and possibility of using block-chain technology in online used-goods trading platform. Current online used-goods trading platforms operate a safety trading system, but it is difficult to utilize due to relatively high commission rate. As a result, people mainly use the method of meeting and purchasing in person, which is a relatively costly method. This study discusses how to build a platform to solve or mitigate problems such as privacy, information distortion and omission, fraud, etc. In the platform proposed in this study, it is possible to solve the major fraud and personal information protection problems that may occur in the transaction proceeding by appropriately reflecting the types and characteristics of the block-chain technology. In future work, we will discuss legal framework and technology development plan to apply the proposed platform in this study.

  • As competition continues to increase, it becomes even more important for companies to improve customer satisfaction to survive. Many companies have tried to improve customer satisfaction in their own ways. This case study focuses on the market for used products, and introduces the case of the start-up company, SELL-IT, a company that has made great efforts to solve the problems commonly facing their customers and has been rewarded by improved customer satisfaction. Focusing on improving communications between buyers and sellers, the root of many problems in any market, SELL-IT has introduced a number of new systems to solve the problems that plague the secondhand market. This case study provides marketers with practical implications to improve customer satisfaction in the secondhand market.
