This study attempted to demonstrate that the integration of the two premises in linear syllogism is mediated by the middle term the term that is repeated in the two premises. In Experiment 1. we examined whether representing the middle term is more important than representing the end terms. We asked a question to each premise. Depending on the order of the questions either the two end terms or the middle term became the answer in both premises. Participants solved the problems better when the middle term became the answer suggesting that it is more important to represent the middle term than the end terms. In Experiment 2 we examined whether additional processing is needed for the integration beyond establishing co-referential link through the middle term. We pronominalized the middle term in the second premise and provided two kinds of information to disambiguate the pronoun. In the direct information condition we provided information about who the pronoun is whereas in the indirect information condition we provided information about the relative location of the pronoun. Participants solved the problems more quickly in the indirect information condition than in the direct information condition indicating that mere co-referential link was not enough and that the relative location of the middle term needs to be computed for the integration of the two premises.

사용후핵연료 건식 중간저장시설은 설계수명기간 동안 방사능 차폐, 냉각, 보호 등과 같은 주요 기능이 확실히 보장되도록 설계 및 유지·관리되어야 한다. 이러한 주요 기능은 여러가지 설계하중 하에서 구조물의 거동을 정확히 파악한 결과를 설계에 반영함으로써 보장된다. 본 연구에서는 구조물의 건전성을 보장할 수 있는 기능적 측면과 구조적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 항목 및 내용을 국외에서 적용되고 있는 기술기준을 토대로 하고 풍하중, 홍수방호, 내진설계, 열하중해석, 철근콘크리트 및 강구조물, 기초지반과 같은 세부항목에 대한 해석 및 설계의 연구결과를 추가하여 국내 원자력법령과 시행령에 부합되는 사용후핵연료 건식중간저장시설의 구조 및 설비기준을 개발하였다.

This study was conducted to establish scores according to the importance levels of each HACCP evaluation item in cattle farm. The importance levels and score of each HACCP evaluation item was derived through the non-compliance rate and severity levels of hazard. In order to change the score criteria according to the importance of each HACCP evaluation item, we analyzed the importance of each HACCP evaluation item by using the portfolio mapping method according to the occurrence frequency and severity levels of hazard. The scores were classified into 3 point, 2 point, and 1 point, respectively, by classifying the importance of each category as 'high', 'middle' and 'lower'. Accordingly, we have established a now scoring system of each HACCP evaluation item through this study. Through the result of this study, the objectivity of the comparative evaluation was verified by implementing the currently used HACCP evaluation item to the cattle farm. In conclusion, Implementation of the result of this study to cattle farm may help to increase the objectivity and also improve more safety and hygienic cattle management and raw milk production.

Menu is the most common interaction tool to select and execute a specific menu item from multiple menu options. With the very rapid increasing amount of information, various new menu designs have been developed. In this research, the pull-down menu, fisheye menu and grid menu were tested to compare the performance time, error rate, simplicity, usefulness, user friendliness, and overall user preference of each menu type. The grid menu was more efficient in selection speed than the pull-down and fisheye menus when the number of menu-items was 50 and 100. The time needed to choose a menu-item with a grid menu was less affected by the size of menu. The pull-down and the grid menus were considered to be more satisfactory, simple, user friendly, and useful than the fisheye menu. 42.3 percent of subjects indicated that the grid menu was their preferred selection tool among the menus. The grid menu is an efficient and robust alternative menu choice for small and middle size menu list. Further study is required to examine the possibility of grid menu on mobile devices.

The primary focus of this study was on the development of a leadership scale to measure the leadership capacities of university library middle managers. The study included the following research activities. Firstly, broad and narrow scopes were determined and their corresponding questions were selected to develop a leadership scale of university middle managers by analyzing the previous related research findings. Secondly, the scopes and the questions were revised through the Delphi survey method, Thirdly, a survey was conducted to develop a simplified model of the leadership scale. The research outcomes led to three types of leadership scale of the university library middle manager. This study identified the leadership factors of middle managers in the university libraries. The resulting developed leadership scale should serve as the basic information for the existing middle managers' leadership capacity development.

본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 인터넷 광고 내용에 대한 내용분석 연구로서 문헌연구를 통해 주요변수항목에 관한 선행연구를 통해 측정항목을 도출하였으며 한-중간 인터넷 광고의 내용 차이를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 인터넷 광고 상품유형, 개인주의/집단주의, 광고소구, 소비가치, 광고컬러, 광고모델, 광고 글자 수 및 광고 컷(cut)의 길이 총 8개의 주요변수항목을 통한 분석으로 두 나라 간 인터넷 광고에 나타난 내용적 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 양국 간 인터넷 배너광고의 특성에는 많은 차이가 발견되었으며, 그 이유는 문화적 차이, IT인프라의 차이, 산업발전단계의 차이, 그리고 소비확산단계의 차이로 해석될 수 있었다. 마지막으로 중국으로 진출하는 한국기업들이 인터넷 광고 전략을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

To evaluate the neurobehavioral effects of blood lead, we performed NCTB (Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery) on 59 men who were exposed to lead occupationally. Performance on the tests was studied in relation to three ranges of blood lead $(low,\;0. Workers with high and medium blood lead concentrations showed poorer performances on digit span backward, digit symbol and Benton Visual Retention. After adjustment for age and education, high and medium group showed significantly impaired performance on Benton visual retention and slightly impaired performance on digit span backward. But it showed no different performance on tests between high and medium blood lead group.

The aim of this study is to identify economic geographical determinants that affect the sustainability of the social economy. The sustainability of the social economy means the sustainability of the pursuit of social value as well as the sustainability of business operation. This study is aiming to economic geographical determinants as factors affecting sustainability of the social economy and extracted measurement index through examination on the theory and case study. As a result, 10 items in two areas(the sustainability of the pursuit of social value, the sustainability of business operation) had been deducted as the measurement index of which sustainability of the social economy. In addition, 20 items in four areas(local networks, intermediary organizations, local community culture and public roles) had been deducted as economic geographical determinants. Multiple regression analysis through 193 firm surveys suggests that 'local networks', 'intermediary organizations', and 'public roles' have an positive impact on sustainability. This result implies a need for policies to create an economic geography ecosystem of social economy.

Objectives : Although the Attention Network Test(ANT) has been widely used to assess selective attention including alerting, orienting, and conflict processing, data on its test-retest reliability are lacking for clinical population. The objective of the current study was to investigate test-retest reliability of the ANT in healthy controls and patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Fourteen patients with schizophrenia and 23 healthy controls participated in the study. They are tested with ANT twice with 1 week interval. Test-retest reliability was analyzed with Pearson and Intra-class correlations. Results : Patients with schizophrenia showed high test-retest correlations for mean reaction time, orienting effect, and conflict effect. Also, they showed moderate to high test-retest correlations for mean accuracy and moderate test-retest correlations for alerting effect and conflict error rate. On the other hand, healthy controls revealed high test-retest correlations for mean reaction time and moderate to high test-retest correlations for conflict error rate. In addition, they revealed moderate test-retest correlations for alert effect, orienting effect, and conflict effect. Conclusions : The mean reaction time, alerting effect, orienting effect, conflict effect, and conflict error rate of ANT showed acceptable test-retest reliabilities in healthy controls as well as patient with schizophrenia. Therefore, the analyses of these reliable measures of ANT are recommended for case-control studies in patients with schizophrenia.

This paper suggests frame of analysis about MMORPG and analyzes three representative games. That frame has seven categories and more divisional analysing items. The 7 categories are community orientation, PK orientation, convenient usability of item, variety of character, balance, convenience of interface, aesthetics of graphic and sound. As a result, We found that Lineage and WOW have many different characters and Ragnarok has the characters in-between Lineage and WOW.
