국토교통부는 공동주택 결로 발생에 따른 입주자의 불편을 해소하기 위해 주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정을 개정하고 지난 10월 25일 시행에 들어갔다. 특히 국토교통부는 이번 개정을 통해 침실에 설치되는 옷방 또는 붙박이 가구의 벽체와 천장의 접합부위에 대해서도 결로방지 상세도를 작성하도록 하고, 공동주택 각 세대에 온돌 방식의 난방설비를 하는 경우에는 옷방 또는 붙박이 가구의 설치 공간에도 난방설비를 하도록 했으며, 침실에 설치되는 밀폐된 옷방 또는 붙박이 가구에는 외벽 및 욕실과 이격된 경우를 제외하고 배기설비 또는 통풍구를 설치토록 했다.

The ventilation efficiency of apartment housing bathroom has been measured by the flexible's diameter, length, and installation format to the exhaust In. The gas density attenuation method of Tracer Gas Method has been specifically utilized for this measurement. Full size mock-up of apartment housing bathroom, which was approximately $100 m^2$ in size, has been established for the ventilation emciency measurement. In addition, the ventilation efficiency has been studied by the possibility of air-supply In. The diameters of flexible are 100 mm, 125 mm, and 150mm. It also have the length of 1.0m, and 1.5 m. The installation formats are I shape, L shape, and S shape. As a result of this measurement, the flexible which has the highest ventilation efficiency was the one has bigger diameter, short in length, and I shape installation format.

The aim of this study is to obtain new design factors which can be applied to the constructing design of bathrooms. This study was especially focused on the using patterns of the bathrooms of the rural apartment houses in Chungbuk Province which have been constructed by the public program to improve old farm houses. To carry out this study, field study, questionnaire survey and personal interview have been made. The results are as follows. 1) It is essential to lay out a bathtub, because farmers need to relieve their fatigue caused by manual labor, and mostly they don't find a bathhouse in the neighborhood. 2) With the drainage way, it is necessary to equip an apparatus to collect and remove the fallen hair and garbage which usually stop up the beak. 3) Considering the using patterns of the bathrooms as the place of washing one's face, foot, hair and clothes, one more hydrant is needed in the bathroom besides the two hydrants in the washstand and bathtub.

The Restroom in house have a main role of bath, excretion, and washing hands. So there are usually bathtub, washbasin, and chamber pot. But the actions of bathing, excretion, and washing hands are not always occur at the same time. So the necessary of sectioning the restroom's space is introduced. In Japan they have some different methods in planning the restroom space. They separate the roles of bathroom and toilet, and develop several types of restroom. And they applicated the several types of restroom to appropriate spaces and floors. These sectioning the restroom's space make the moving line rational and take off the waste of spaces.

초고층 공동주택에 설치되는 주방 및 욕실의 배기를 외부로 배출하는 방법은 공용유도관로인 수직덕트를 설치하고 그 상부말단에 하이브리드 루프팬의(hybrid roof fan)이 설치하는 것이다. 하이브리드 루프팬의 기능은 자연통풍력이 약한 하절기는 강제적으로 루프팬에 의해 구동하고 자연배기를 수행할 수 있을 정도로 자연통풍력이 큰 동절기는 루프팬을 운전하지 않는 기능을 보유하도록 유도하는 것이다. 본 고는 이러한 하이브리드 루프팬의 운전조건을 53층 높이의 임의 공동주택에 대해, 수직덕트의 선정한 후, 제시하고자 한다.

아침 6시, 자동으로 기상음악이 흘러 나온다. 침대가 저절로 위로 치켜지면서 안마기가 등을 두드린다. 이와함께 침실의 커튼이 열리고 부엌에서는 자동전기밥솥이 식사를 준비한다. 욕실에서는 적당한 온도의 물이 욕조를 채우고 있다. 목욕을 마친 후 준비된 아침을 들고 문을 나서면 자동으로 문이 잠긴다. 차고의 승용차는 이미 원격조정으로 시동이 걸려 있다. 꿈 속의 이야기가 아니다. 컴퓨터 실험주택에서 실제로 현실화되고 있는 일이다. 컴퓨터에 의한 가정자동화(HA)의 모습이다.
