건축물에서 사용되는 에너지 저감을 위한 노력이 활발히 진행되고 있는 가운데 공동주택 건설시 에너지 저감형 자재를 활용하는 것이 국내 에너지 소비량을 줄이는데 효과적이다. 하지만, 에너지 저감형 자재에 대한 성능 검토 및 시공관련 자료들이 체계화되어 있지 못해 설계 및 시공 시 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 공동주택 에너지 저감형 자재의 재료적 특성, 상세도, 시방서 등 설계에서 시공에 이르는 자료들을 DB로 구축하기 위해 효과적인 방안들을 제시하였다.

"아파트라고 똑같이 살란 법 없잖아요? 주택처럼 맞춤설계 하세요."(탤런트 이나영. 벽산 건설 블루밍). 아파트 단지 내 골프 연습장에서 골프채를 휘두르는입주민(영화배우 이영애. GS건설 자이). 아파트가 한층 가파르게 진화하고 있다. 밋밋하고 획일화된 주거공간의 대명사였던 아파트가 달라진 소비자들의 눈높이에 맞춰 '환골탈태'를 거듭하고 있는 것이다. 최근 등장하는 아파트 TV 광고를 눈여겨보면 주택 시장의 트렌드가 어떻게 바뀌고 있는지 한눈에 엿볼 수 있다. 건설업체들의 품질 경쟁도 어느 때보다 치열하다. 그렇다면 아파트 품질은 과연 어떻게 변모하고 있을까. 최근까지 주택 시장의 주요 트렌드는 친환경 공간이 중시된 '웰빙 아파트'나 첨단 편의시설을 갖춘 '유비쿼터스 아파트'가 주도했다고 볼 수 있다. 이어 올해 주택 시장의 키워드로 손꼽히는 3대 트렌드는 '커뮤니티 아파트' '기둥식 평면 구조' '발코니 확장형 아파트'로 요약할 수 있다.

우리나라 주거양식의 근대화는 단순히 전통한옥에서 현대의 주택, 아파트로의 교체가 아니라 일련의 연속적인 변화과정 속에서 시대를 살아온 사람들의 생활양식과 문화를 담고 있다고 볼 수 있다. '주택이란 삶을 담는 그릇'이라는 표현에서 볼 수 있듯이 주택이란 거주자의 가치관을 포함한 주생활양식과의 대응 속에서 주거환경의 질적 향상이 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 주거양식의 변화에 관한 연구 또한 이러한 삶과 문화에 대응하는 방향으로 이루어져야 바람직할 것이다. 이상의 배경 하에 과거 전통주택에서부터 근대화 이후의 여러 주택유형에 이르기까지 다양한 유형을 포함한 우리 나라 주택이 가지는 공간구조의 변천을 시대적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 전통사회의 양반주택, 도시형한옥, 표준주택, 일반단독주택, 작가주택, 아파트에 이르는 다양한 주택유형을 포함하여 총 104개의 주택평면을 대상으로 공간구조의 변화에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 다양한 주택유형들이 보여주는 공간구조와 그 통시적 변화를 객관적이고 계량적인 방법론을 이용하여 관찰하고자 공간구문론의 분석방법을 이용하여 주택형식에 따른 기능적 형상학을 뛰어넘는 사회학적 형태학의 관점에서 우리나라 주거의 변천과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 개개의 주택형식에 대한 고려보다는 시대적 상황과 배경을 설명해주는데 용이한 대상을 중심으로 전반적인 변화의 양상과 그러한 변화에 내재한 사회적 동인과 배경을 파악하고 이해하고자 하였다.

Applying a life safety concept to apartment design procedure is essential to protect people from unwanted fire. A Balcony design in apartment is a important egress safety factor because it provide means of safe egress and can limit a flame spread to adjacent space from fire source. Some design principles and details of balcony plan are suggested to improve egress safety level with analyzing broad case study.

새정부 들어 주택의 안정적 공급을 위한 대책을 내놓고 있으나, 주택 수요 공급과 관련된 통계 및 정보의 종합적 관리 체계 미흡으로 주택수급상황을 파악하여 주택수급에 대처하는 주택하위 시장별 대응정보가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 수급상황을 분석 및 제공하기 위한 정보시스템을 구축 "주택 수요"가 있는 곳에 "주택을 공급"하는 정책지원체계가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 행정생활권, 광역교통망, 주택사업위치, 공공 민간 사업지구 등의 GIS정보 기반에 주택 수요 공급 통계 및 정보를 분석하여 정책지원 및 대국민 서비스를 하는 정보체계인 주택수급지도(Housing Demand and Supply Mapping Model)의 구축방안을 제시하였다. 연구에서는 주택수급에 필요한 수요현황 및 예측 등 "주택수요정보"에 기초하여 주택건설, 공급, 재고 등의 "주택공급정보"를 분석하여 주택수급지도에 대한 기본설계 방안을 도출하였다. 향후 주택수급지도를 활용하여 주택수급상황을 한눈에 파악하고, 주택수요를 고려한 수요자별 맞춤형 주택공급정책을 수립할 수 있도록 지원함으로써, 지역별, 주택 규모별, 주택유형별, 인구계층별 주택수급 예측에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, foreign construction companies through the BIM-design have the effect of improving productivity and quality construction. On the other hand, domestic BIM-design is a little depressed because of lack of additional costs and professional personnel problem. The construction industry of recession, as reasons of construction market is downsizing. First must, enabling the design in public institutions, mainly BIM.. Design for BIM the construction sector, as well as an early stage actively introducing and spreading of the performance of him and domestic BIM technology should be able to promote the development. Public institutions in accordance with this study presented measures that can stimulate the BIM design on LH. To that end, the public agency's design were analyzed, and suggested the Improvement and Application of the four aspects for Modular Coordination BIM Design. Also, gradually formulate a "road map for public institutions applied design bim" in order to carry out the plans put forward and presented the expected effect of him. The proposed work was public institutions will be used as a pilot project in Korea Land Housing Corporation.

The apartment buildings were hard to emission of water vapor by reduced infiltration. The purpose of this study was to investigate the generation of indoor temperature and humidity in the recent construction of small size apartment buildings. The temperature and humidity were measured in 3 apartments in Seongnam and Daejeon city. During the winter indoor temperature and relative humidity were measured ranged from 20 to $24^{\circ}C$ and 40 to 60%. Generated humidity caused by various characteristics of the residents, rather than external influences. Compare daytime (6:00 to 22:00) and nighttime (22:00 to 6:00), the temperature is low and absolute humidity is high at nighttime. Condensation is likely to occur at nighttime. Using the cumulative relative frequency and absolute humidity, small apartments design criteria (temperature, relative humidity) can be set.

Recently, apartments have had several fundamental problems in planning uniformity caused by fixed space programs and difficulties of maintenance. So decision-makings become more important in design process which were essential to performance realization of long-life housing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the plans of the Bogeumjari Nae-gok based on the applied designs, and suggests improvements for advanced design process of the long-life housing in the domestic market. This research procedure are as follows: (1) Analyze design guide, district land development plan and local code which have influence on design limitation. (2) Compare partial plans of joined designs and analyze each design characters (3) Implement case studies of design process due to design timetable and design elements of Nae-gok. In result, this study suggests significant fundamental materials for advanced decision-making in design process of long-life housing: details credibility and noise control, etc. This research could be useful in making integrated design process applied for long-life housing.
