Residential streets play an important role not only as a Place for moving but also as a place for social interactions among urban residents. Social interactions among urban residents are critical factor to draw sense of confidence and communality, and community spirit from the residents. Social interactions among community residents, however, are getting restricted severely by automobile traffic in the residential area. This study shows that the level of social interactions among the residents decreases substantially as traffic volume increases in the area. Other daily activities such as relaxing. playing with children, exercising, and doing small works in the street which can caused social interactions among the residents are also decreased as the volume of automobile traffic increases. Residents living in the area of heavier traffic volume perceive more strongly that automobile traffic is the major reason which deters them from interacting socially each other.

규전된 전압으로 수요가에 전력을 공급하는 것은 전기기기 및 설비의 효과 및 수명면에서 아주 중요하다. 그러므로 전기사업법 시행규칙 제20조에서 표준전압 100V에 있어서는 101V의 상하를 6V이내로 유지해야 한다고 규정되어 있다. 본 학회에서는 1975년도 조사사업의 일환으로서 서울 시내 주택가를 중심으로 한 전압상황을 조사하였으며 분석 검토한 결과를 보고하는 바이다.

GIS has been developed very rapidly during last few decades and the performance of GIS in terms of information processing such as automated mapping and facility management has been tremendous. However, its analytical capability is still very limited and it is often critisized due to lack of reality. The objective of this research is that first, linking housevalue models to GIS, second, reflecting the complexity of real world into the housevalue model using GIS in terms of incorpor¬rating polycentric urban structure and calculating distance through street network, and third, comparing the results of housevalue model at census tract to that of block group level.

그간 무궁화 보급운동은 무궁화가 가지고 있는 속성과 품종의 선택, 식재방법 및 관리에 대한 기본 개념이 정립되지 않은 상태에서 추진되어온 결과 다소 잘못된 점이 도출 되었을 뿐 아니라 국민들이 좋아할 만큼 성공되지 못하였다. 세계적으로 무궁화를 가로수나 정원수로 심고 있는 나라는 온대지역에 속하는 대부분의 나라로 알려져 있고 특히 그리스나 이태리에서 주택가나 가로수로 식재되고 있다. 그러나 그 가로수는 우리가 일반적으로 생각하고 있는 느티나무, 은행나무, 버드나무등과 같이 크게 자라는 나무가 아니므로 주택가나 꽃길조성에 식재되어 왔다. 이제 무궁화는 어느 곳이든 잘 자라는 수벽이나 꽃동산으로 이용하고 아무데서나 잘 자란다는 「고정관념」을 버려야 한다.

산업이 고도화 되면서 기계장비의 중량화와 고속화가 가속되어지고 있으며, 이로 인하여 과다한 진동과 소음을 유발시키고 있다. 특히 교통량이 많은 도로변의 건물 및 주택가에 소음공해가 심하며, 고속도로 및 철도연변의 건물 및 주택가는 비록 차음벽을 설치하여 많은 소음을 차단해 주지만 미흡한 상태다. 또한 철도 진동이 주위 건물 기초로 전파하여 건물의 진동을 유발하여 건물벽체가 갈라짐의 원인이 될 수 있다. 따라서, 교통 소음이 심한 장소에서는 차음율이 높은 재료를 사용하여 공기음을 차단하며, 건물의 유리창은 가능한 한 2겹유리(pair glass)를 사용한다. 또한 철도 연변의 건물기초는 베어링 페드를 사용하여 지반으로 전파되는 진동을 차단하여 줌으로써 안락한 주거환경 및 근무환경을 조성하리라 생각한다.

A study on the Diagnosis Program Development for Street and House CCTV Installment. In our society, there are dangerous factors increasing which threaten citizen's life and property. Recently, CCTV becomes an important factors. This is due to the fact that there are dangerous factors increasing which threaten citizen's life and property. The local government need to responsible for citizen's safety. In order to make safety local community, the government need to improve and support policies for citizens. The role of CCTV for crime prevention is to increase police power and budget. Also, in order to make local community, not only police, local community but also citizen need to make effort. The purpose of this study is to analyze crime prevention diagnosis about crime prevention, analyzing the environment's problem and suggesting problem solving. The content of this study consist of introduction in chapter 1, theoretaical consideration in chapter 2, crime prevention diagnosis in chapter 3, conclusion in chapter 4.

Democratization and advancement of a society requires the Government's commitment to evidence-based policy. Though statistic is known as one of the best available evidence, there has been only a few case studies to tell real stories about using statistics for policy making. The object of this study is to suggest some real stories about using the Housing Purchase Price Survey for some property policies. By reviewing the origin and development of the survey, we evaluate the design and analysis strategies adopted in the survey. In addition, we describe how the Housing Purchase Price Indices have been used by the Government for some property policies.
