I analyzed about the Ruyi(儒醫)'s mind on this article. Ruyi led and Nei-Jing (內經)'s Xin(心)-Shen(神)-Qingzhi(情志) it developed a medical theory. Qingzhi comes true confucianism aims became the good tool. Junhuo(君火)-Xianghuo(相火) for them to apply medically. Junhuo-Xianghuo is a possibility of seeking a ground from Nei-Jing. Junhuo governs all body and Xianghuo takes charge of the role which raises the body. It is to divide huo(火)with relationship of the king and the liege man. After Yuan-dynasty(元代) Ruyi medical sciences grasped Junhuo-Xianghuo with confucianism structures. The representative scholar is Zhu zhen-heng(朱震亨). I analyzed Zhu's Junhuo-Xianghuo. Xin-huo rules over the body. For expression of active Chi, it set the dual structure-'Junhuo-Xianghuo'. And it divided Junhuo from desire and sentiment. And Zhu zhen-heng attempted Taoism and medical science and Confucianism from the process under integrating. And analyzed Junhuo-Xianghuo Confucianism meaning. With Junhuo-Xianghuo and Confucianism described a relationship in the Zhu zhen-heng's theory. Finally view of Ruyi, medical science is the method of confucianism aims comes true.

We inquired into tile origins, pathologies, theraphies and prescriptions of Jungpung(中風) especially on the ground of Keokchiyeron(格致餘論) Dangeosimbub(丹溪心法) written by JuJinHyoung(朱震亨) as medical books, from this study we could get that conclusions. 1. According to special feature of the theroies of JuJinHyoung's(朱震亨) Jungpung(中風) he thought pathologies of Jungpung(中風) as "sub seong dam dam seong yeol yeol seong pung 濕生痰痰生熱 熱生風" through studying stress on regional characteristics and thought much of dam(痰) as one of major elements of internal causes. 2. He suggested chi-dam(治痰) in the first place in the treatment of Jungpung(中風) and emphasises the treatment using Succus Pyllostachyos(竹瀝), waterly extracted Rhizoma Zingiberis(薑汁) in that they had the virtues of sodam-ganghwa(消痰降火), geo-gyeongrak(開經絡), haeng-heolgi(行血氣) 3. He treated differently whether a man in fat and thin, and have right or left hemiplegia, but he prescribed herb-medications on the principle that that medications should have the virtues of chi-dam(治淡).

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic guideline of the archite-ctural planning and design of the women's hospital for optimizing the area compostion and spatial allcoation. The method of this study is to investigate and analyze the functional spatial composition based on the area composition and spatial allocation of the 4 departments space in women's hospital through a analysis of 9 cases study. Data collecting skills such as drawing documents analysis, field survey and observation were used to examine of the present facility condition. Hence this research is to grasp the present condition of department of the women's hospital, to inquire the area composition and spatial allocation. Finally, The derived important factors are expected to use as the basic data at the time of planning for the space programing of design women's hospital.

The current aging population calls for more facilities to care for the elderly. Recently the average life span of Korean has been lengthened. The percentage of the old over 65% which was 5.7% in 1995, is expected to be increased to 12.5% in 2020. Therefore, the social problems of old people occur in various aspects nowadays, and will become more serious in the near future. This study will provide basic planning guidelines in designing of the dementia ward of the Special Hospital, and the purpose of this study is to suggest a model of the utilization of Special Hospitals.

The progression of curing of dementia is associated with a gradual decline in functional, cognitive, emotional and social abilities. Patients with dementia currently cause many social problems, which will become more serious in the near future. It is considered that patients with dementia are so much influenced by the quality of physical ward environment ; so we need to improve environment of dementia ward dept. Factors of physical environment which effect patients with dement1a can be classifided both into 'Interier design' ; material, color, lighting, equipment and auxiliary design and into 'Sense of sight & hearing' ; illumination, ornament & indication, noise, and fancy.

The purpose of this study is to find out the design guideline for women's hospital focusing on the patient needs. This study is performed the literature review of the performance evaluation & spatial satisfaction. And then, the spatial characteristics of selected women's hospitals, which were recently built in Korea, were analyzed. This study is suggested in the spatial satisfaction evaluation model in order to the spatial evaluation performance elements of the patient needs. The evaluation model of space efficiency derived from this study is expected to be used for the actual guide to architecture of women's hospitals as substantial materials. Finally, the model is used to for the planning & design for the future women's hospital.

Recently, the Korean medical system changed with diversification & specialization and the field of medical service is also specialized in these days. Furthermore, it is required to discriminate the existing concept of women's hospital in spatial management. This study performed the literature review of women's characteristics, and trends of women's hospitals survey. And then, the spatial characteristics of selected women's hospitals, which were recently built in Korea, were analyzed. Finally, the planning & design guidelines for future women's hospital were suggested after the completion of case analysis & synthesis.

JuJinHyoung(朱震亨) is a well-known physcian of the four schools in the Jin(金) and Yuan(元) Dynasties. He lived in ZhejiangSheng(浙江省) which located in the southeast region of China. There was humid and heatful climate, this kinds of environments influenced to his medical thoughts. He persisted in the theory that Yang is ever in excess while Yin is ever deficient(陽常有餘陰不足論) and exhorted the therapy of subduing excessive Yang and making up deficient Yin by nourishing it, and he said about the theory of ministerial fire(相火論). So he was regarded as a representative of the nourising Yin school(滋陰派). And he said that the method of "Clearing away heat and nourishing blood" is suitable in pregnancy. So Stucellaria baicalensis GEORGI and Atractylodes macrocephala KOIDZ. Can be apply in case of treatment on Anti-abortion. Thus these theories have influenced on Obstetric & Gynecology in Korea.

The purpose of this study Is to find out the design guideline for women's hospital focusing on the patient needs. The results of research are as follows: 1) As a basic frame of evaluation model, the quality of service of medical facilities and patients' reaction to the physical environment are fixed as a variable called' satisfaction degree'. This study analyzes the influence on space efficiency evaluation according to the difference of types through basic model (Model I-1,2) as verification model to identify the difference between satisfaction degree of outpatients and that of inpatients. 2) The difference of satisfaction degree about the hospital facilities by space evaluation matrix is according to the types of inpatients and to space importance. 3) The control of importance degree about the interior facilities of the hospital according to the specific character of the hospital is necessary. Maintenance of the status quo, or reduction, or expansion is needed according to the satisfaction degree corresponding to the importance degree. Finally, the model is used to for the planning & design for the future women's hospital.
