The relationship between household attributes and trip generation can only be found in Seoul Metropolitan Household Travel Survey, which has been implemented every 5 years. However, various household attributes' impact on trip generation has not been analyzed closely. This paper compared and analyzed those impact. The results could be useful when trip generation models are studied in the future. They are as follows. The household size should be an important classification criteria when household trip generation is estimated. The traditional assumption that the relationship between household auto ownership and trip generation is positive and linear correlation should be reconsidered. Weekday travel data only did not showed that housing type has an influence on trip generation. Household income is unrelated with trip generation among single-person household, while multi-person household is related strongly. However, when trips are classified by purpose, impact of household income on trip generation are varied by trip purpose. Especially, the increase in single-person household can not be overlooked when trip generation is forecasted.

Isoates with changed pathogenicity were selected among iprodione-resistant Alternaria mali to investigate any relationship between their pectolytie enzyme activity and pathogenicity. In artificial medium, strongly pathogenic isolates $S_1$, and $R_3$ showed higher enzyme activity than weakly pathogenic isolate $R_8$.Activity of endo-polymethylgalacturonase and end-o-polygalacturonase was more than 3 times. But activity of pectin methylesterase and pectin Iyase by isolaste $S_1$ was higher than those by $R_3$ and $R_8$ isolates. In apple medium dialyzed against distilled water, activity of enzyme by each isolate was increased but growth of each isolate was reduced. When iprodione was added to the medium, enzyme activity and growth of isolate $S_1$, were reduced but strongly pathogenic isolate .$R_3$ among iprodione-resistant ones showed increased enzyme activity except for exo-polygalacturonase in dialyzed apple medium.

With the development of smartphones, the number of applications for smartphone increases sharply. As a result, users need to try several times to find their favorite apps. In order to solve this problem, we propose a recommendation system to provide an appropriate app list based on the user's log information including time stamp, location, application list, and so on. The proposed approach learns three recommendation models including Naive-Bayesian model, SVM model, and Most-Frequent Usage model using temporal and spatial attributes. In order to figure out the best model, we compared the performance of these models with variant features, and suggest an hybrid method to improve the performance of single models.

The authors identified 717 Salmonella cultures among 1504 suspectable cultures collected from all over the country in 1974. According to the results obtained from the physical and biochemical tests, and the antigenic formula analysis, seven cultures of S. paratyphi A, one culture of S. paratyphi B, Six cultures of S. typhimurium, one culture of S. thompson, four cultures of S. enteritidis and six hundred and ninty eight cultures of S. typhi were confirmed. The results of antibiotics-sensitivity test on Salmonella cultures revealed that chloramphenicol, gentamycin and ampicilin were considered to be the drugs of choice according to the results from the In Vitro test performed.

This study proposed the intervention ARIMA model as a way to forecast the KTX passenger demand. The second phase of the Gyeongbu high-speed rail project and the financial crisis in 2008 were analyzed in order to determine the effect of time series on the opening of a new line and economic impact. As a result, the financial crisis showed that there is no statistically significant impact, but the second phase of the Gyeongbu high-speed rail project showed that the weekday trips increased about 17,000 trips/day and the weekend trips increased about 26,000 trips/day. This study is meaningful in that the intervention explained the phenomena affecting the time series of KTX trip and analyzed the impact on intervention of time series quantitatively. The developed model can be used to forecast the outline of the overall KTX demand and to validate the KTX O/D forecasting demand.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influential factors associated with video display terminal (VDT) syndrome of male adolescents with digital device addition. The study design was cross-sectional descriptive survey. The study participants were 169 male middle school students in Seoul. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The factors most influential for the subjective symptoms of VDT were smartphone addiction, computer use time during the week, computer use environment. These factors accounted for 28.1% of the variance in subjective symptoms of VDT. In order to prevent the occurrence of VDT syndrome in students, we suggest to establish a preventive intervention against the digital addiction.

Aspergillus coreanus NR 15-1, Asp. oryzae NR 15-3 and Asp. oryzae NR 2-5 isolated from traditional Korean nuruk were screened as parental strains producing starch hydrolyzing enzymes. They were mutagenized by N-methyl -N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (NTG) and mutants were isolated for analysis of various amylase activities and the ability of acid production. Among them, the mutants harboring high saccharogenic activity, dextrinogenic activity, and the ability of acid production were selected. Fifteen, six, and five strains of mutants were isolated from Asp. coreanus NR 15-1, Asp. oryzae NR 2-5, and Asp. oryzae NR 15-3, respectively followed by NTG mutagenesis. Among these mutants, thirteen strains were identified as auxotrophic mutants. \ulcorner (Arg.￣) mutant from Asp. coreanus NR 15-1 showed high glucoamylase activity and total acid productivity. Z6 (Ade.￣) mutant from Asp. oryzae NR 2-5 showed the highest $\alpha$-amylase activity, therefore \ulcorner and Z6 mutant were selected.

The purpose of this study is to examine the satisfaction of consumers using the mobile navigation service which is continuously growing. This study examined variables that affect the service use behaviors and satisfaction of 1200 consumers using service. According to the results of the study, consumers used the service 1-2 or 3-4 times per week, more frequently used in the lunch time(weekends) and in the morning(weekdays). The core functional dimension was shown to have the largest effect on satisfaction with the service. Among consumption emotions, positive emotions had effects in the positive direction while negative emotions had effects in the negative direction, and the effect of innovativeness was not significant. Through the foregoing, the use behavior and the formation of satisfaction could be analyzed and the results of this study can be used in establishing service strategies later and can be also used as basic data of the navigation industry.

본 연구는 미국 오레곤주의 수산업 특성을 개괄적으로 살펴본 것이다. 먼저, 오레곤의 상업적 수산업을 역사적으로 살펴보면 2가지 주요한 계기가 있음을 알 수 있다. 첫째는 자급자족 차원에서의 연어생산을 수출품으로 변화시킨 연어통조림 생산기술의 발전이고, 둘째는 현대식 트롤어업이 도입된 점이다. 오레곤에서 주로 사용되는 어구ㆍ어법은 트롤, 채낚기, 연승, 통발, 형망 등이며, 생산어종은 연어, 게, 새우, 참치, 대구 등이다. 1995년 오레곤은 약 2억 4천 파운드의 수산물을 생산하여 미국 연안주중에서 6위를 차지하고 있고, 생산금액에서는 12위를 기록하였다. 한편, 양식업은 아직 성행하지 않아 그 생산품종 및 생산량은 미미한 실정이다. 그 주된 이유 중의 하나는 양식시설을 하기 위해서는 여러 관계기관의 허가를 필요로 하는 등 행정상의 절차가 복잡하기 때문이다. 오레곤의 수산자원관리는 우리나라에 비해 암계의 어획금지, 통발 등 정치어구ㆍ어법에 대한 인망일수의 제한, 조개류의 판매가능시간의 제한 등 몇가지 특징을 들 수 있다. 오레곤의 수산업관리제도(연안으로부터 3마일 이내)를 살펴보면, 아직 TAG제도를 도입하지 않고 있으며 생산요소역입제한방식이 채택되고 있다. 즉, 상업적으로 허용된 어종을 어획하려는 어업자는 등록절차를 필히 거쳐야 어업행위를 할 수 있으며, 등록수를 제한할 필요가 있는 특정한 어업(연어, 새우, 가리비 등)에 대해서는 행정관청으로부터 허가를 얻고 어업행위를 해야 한다. 즉, 허가어업은 등록어업보다 더욱 제한적인 어업행위를 말하며, 허가권에 대해서는 자유로운 매매양도가 허용되어 있다. 수산물의 마케팅시스템에 대해서는 우리나라에 지배적인 형태인 경매제도가 도입되어 있지 않다. 즉, 모든 수산물은 개인적인 거래계약에 의해서 유통된다. 다만 마케팅경로에 참여하고 있는 모든 구성원은 일정한 등록절차를 마쳐야 하며, 주내에서 거래되는 수산물의 일관된 통제나 관리를 위해 관계기관에 거래량을 필히 신고해야 한다. 우리나라의 중도매인은 주로 생산지의 수협(또는 내륙지 도매법인)과 도매상의 사이에 존재하나 오레곤의 중도매인은 마케팅경로 어디에든 존재하고 있다.

As compared with acupuncture, The moxibustion occurred differently in the background of formation and also disagreed in the process of development. From the Jin(晉) dynasty to the Song(宋) dynasty, The school that attached importance to moxibustion had occupied superority by far and had schemed the development of moxibustion. But after the Song(宋) dynasty, The school that attached importance to acupuncture rose. Therefore, The school that attached importance to moxibustion, even if the power decreased, still had kept in existence and had achieved the development of moxibustion. Especially, Among the chinese physicians that recognized "Moxibustion can cure all disease, so don't discuss the weakness the firmness the chills the fever and cauterize the skin" till the Song(宋) dynasty, Ge Hong(葛洪) put in order the basic theory for moxibustion in (A handbook of prescriptions for emergencies). Wang Tao(王燾) only respected the moxibustion and said "Moxibustion has a strange effect, then all acupuncture herb-med(medical decoction) herb-ex are unattainable to it" in volume 14 (Medical secrets of an official). Dou Cai(實材) insisted that moxibustion is prime for supporting the Yang(陽) and always must be cauterized with moxa on Guan Yuan(關元) Qi Hai(氣海) Ming Guan(命關), Zhons Wan(中脘) etc. for supporting the Yang of Pi Shen(脾腎) in
