Analaysis of Smart phone Case Pattern Design Using Dominant Color and Luminosity (주조색과 밝기정보를 이용한 스마트폰케이스 패턴디자인 분석)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 케이스에 제품디자인에 있어서 패턴 디자인 활용사례를 알아보고 주조색 분석을 통해 패턴디자인 트렌드를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 주조색 추출에 사용된 스마트폰 케이스는 +D프로젝트에 출시된 자료를 활용해 9명 디자이너 별 대표제품 2개를 분석했으며, 분석은 한국 표준색 색채분석, KSCA (Korea Standard Color Analysis) 프로그램을사용하여 각각의 이미지에서 5%이상 쓰인 주조색을 추출 하였고, Hue&Tone 분포를 통해 스마트폰케이스 패턴디자인에 사용된 색채 트렌드를 알아보고자 한다. 스마트폰케이스에 사용된 전체 주조색들을 살펴보면 색상에 있어서는 붉은색(R) 과 보라색-파랑색(PB) 의 분포가 상대적으로 높게 나타났고, 색조에 있어서는 밝은(B), 옅은(P) 톤이 가장 많이 사용 된 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 색채를 통한 감성분석을 연구해 스마트폰 케이스 제품디자인에 있어서 색채와 감성 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 색채에 대한 아동의 심리를 분석하기 위해서 CRR(Colour Reflection Reading) 및 주조색를 이용한 심리 분석 기법을 제안한다. CRR은 이미 그려진 그림에 아동이 색을 칠하는 것으로 색이 칠해진 데이터를 바탕으로 아동의 심리 상태를 분석한다. 주조색 심리 분석 기법은 원하는 색을 선택하여 그림을 그리고, 그린 그림을 이용하여 심리를 분석한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 퍼지 논리를 적용하여 색채에 대한 심리 분석 결과를 도출하고 그린 그림을 기반으로 공간 배치도 분석 기법을 이용하여 공간 배치도에 따른 아동의 심리 상태도 분석한다.

  • For young children who are not spontaneous or not accurate in verbal communication of their emotions and experiences, drawing is a good means of expressing their status in mind and thus drawing analysis with chromatics is a traditional tool for art therapy. Recently, children enjoy digital drawing via painting tools thus there is a growing needs to develop an automatic digital drawing analysis tool based on chromatics and art therapy theory. In this paper, we propose such an analyzing tool based on dominant color analysis. Technically, we use ART2 clustering and fuzzy logic to understand the fuzziness of subjects' status of mind expressed in their digital drawings. The frequency of color usage is fuzzified with respect to the membership functions. After applying fuzzy logic to this fuzzified central vector, we determine the dominant color and supporting colors from the digital drawings and children's status of mind is then analyzed according to the color-personality relationships based on Alschuler and Hattwick's historical researches.

  • In recent, many researches have been studying sensitivity and psychology of human being on color and the necessity of psychology therapy by color. Among them, a picture of children can be a tool to represent their emotion. Information of colors and direction on a child's picture often represent his internal psychological states unconsciously and is different from the brightness of a color. In this paper, we propose a method to extract domain colors by color classification and subdivision the classes of brightness using fuzzy inference. In addition, it is shown that our method is used for analysing the psychology status of children through their pictures.

  • 사람은 개인마다 선호색이 다르다. 때문에 색채를 통해서 개인의 성향을 분석하기도 한다. 일반적으로 난색은 밝고 따뜻한 색으로 활기와 적극성을 띄며 한색은 차갑고 냉정함, 차분함 등과 같은 의미를 지닌다. 이러한 색채가 가지는 의미는 개인의 환경, 성향, 성별, 연령 등에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 색채 선호는 일반적으로 개인이 색채에 대해 좋아하는 정도를 의미하는 것으로 개인의 성향이나 상황, 경험 등에 의해 형성된 지극히 개인적인 색을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 색채 선호를 분석하는 심리 검사 CRR와 Flood Fill 알고리즘을 적용하여 그림에 색채를 채워서 주조색과, 보조색을 각각 Decision Tree에 적용한다. Decision Tree의 결과를 기반으로 데이터베이스와 연동하여 개인의 심리 상태를 분석할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

  • The exterior color of the building reflects its style. With the advancement of the 'Village Art' project in South Korea, many villages have gradually developed into tourist attractions. Therefore, it is also important to distinguish between residents' lifestyles and tourist needs through architectural color design. This article first investigates the literature and analyzes the use function of the building and the role of the exterior color in the villages. Secondly, the four types of buildings in Huinnyeoul Culture Village: residential, commercial, leisure, and public toilets are investigated as the research objects. Analyze through the KSCA color measurement analysis system and questionnaire survey, and propose a color plan for the exterior of the building. Research results: First, the main color area of the outer wall of the residential building should be the largest, with a tendency of high brightness and low saturation. Second, small buildings with high chroma in the recreation area can be used as visual guidance.Third, the buildings in the commercial area are mainly of high brightness, high chroma, and multi-hue. Fourth, the main color of the bathroom is the main color of the residential area and the leisure area, which can provide a sense of visual stability.

Enhanced Boundary Partition Color Descriptor for Deformable Object Retrieval (비정형객체 검색을 위한 향상된 분할영역 색 기술자)

  • The paper presents a new way of visual descriptor for deformable object retrieval on the basis of partition based description. The proposed descriptor technology partitions a given object into boundary area and interior area and extracts a descriptor from each area. The final descriptor combines these descriptors. From a given image, deformable object is segmented. The center position of the deformable object is calculated. The object is partitioned into N × N blocks on the basis of the given center position. Blocks are classified as boundary area and interior area depending on the pixels in the block. The proposed descriptor consists of extracted MPEG-7 dominant descriptors from both the boundary and interior area. The performance of proposed method is tested on a database of 1,973 handbag images constructed with view point changes. ARR (Average Retrieval Rate) is used for the retrieval accuracy of the proposed algorithm, compared with MPEG-7 dominant color descriptor.

  • The present paper described the relationship between dental anxiety and main colors of elementary student's drawing of dentists. This paper is based on the survey with 555 samples were chosen from a first, second and third grade students of the elementary school located in Chilgok-gun Gyeongsangbuk-do. During the survey, students were asked to picture a dentist by using 12 colors crayon randomly. And the survey result was summarized in three categories. Those are the main color(most frequently used color) distribution in the children's drawings, ratio differences of the main color in terms of gender and the anxiety score for the each color. 1. The order of main colors was blue, white, green, gray, yellow, purple, ocher yellow, orange, pink, red, black and brown from the top to bottom. 2. The main colors distribution in terms of gender, male mostly used green and black compare to female, and female mostly used pink, yellow and white compare to male(p<0.01). 3. The order of the anxiety score for main colors is black, brown, red, yellow, pink, orange, green, white, gray, blue, purple and ocher yellow form the top to bottom(p<0.01).
