중앙대학교(총장 박범훈)는 글로벌인적자원개발대학원(원장 이희수)의 주관으로 2007년 5월 3일 아트센터 9층 멀티미디어세미나실에서 교육인적자원부 수도권대학 특성화 지원사업의 일환으로'글로벌시대의 전략적 인적자원개발'이라는 주제의 국제학술세미나를 개최하였다. 이날 세미나에는 미국 교육학회장을 역임한 세계적 석학인 The Pennsylvania State University의 Kyle Peck 교수 등을 비롯하여 교육인적자원부, 한국직업능력개발원, 중앙대학교, PSI 컨설팅 등 관.산.학.연의 핵심 인사가 참여하였다. 다음은 기조연설 및 주제발표의 내용을 정리한 것이다.

인터넷의 발전으로 단순한 co-browsing을 넘어선 다기능 협업시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 점에서 웹 저작 도구인 위키 시스템은 연구원들 간의 능동적이고 적극적인 정보교환을 위한 효과적인 시스템이다. 하지만 정보량이 증가함에 따라 공통된 주제의 문서가 다중 생성됨으로써 정보 공유의 힘이 분산되는 문제점을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 파서(parser), 문서분류 시스템, 유사성측정 시스템으로 구성된 협업문서 생성제어 시스템을 제안한다. 결과적으로 협업문서 생성제어 시스템은 협업문서 생성을 제어함으로써 각 분야의 전문가들의 원활한 정보 공유와 지식창출을 효과적으로 할 수 있다.

This paper was written on the purpose of examining and analyzing Sungho's view of geography in 'Cheonjimun(天地門)', a part of 'Sunghosaseol(星湖僿說)'. Sungho is not a geographer who specialized in geography, His view is neither structural in methodological approach nor profound in geographical thought. Unfortunately, he looks to be possessed by geomantic thought(風水地理思想) in explaining geographical features and native customs. And he focused and emphasized only on defensive function in place location. As a whole, however, he had a good grasp of and analyzed about geographical topics which are related to human life and we must take interest in. Therefore, in his view, there is a love for country and hometown. Especially, it has to be highly appreciated that he tried to explain his view in analytical and practical perspective with an unspoken advice which things necessary for human life have to be used to available knowledge.

In this study, we divided attention to mobile contents into two dimensions (i.e., exposure and involvement), and explored the characteristics of and the relationship between the attention behaviors, using contents data from Pikicast. First, this study investigated the relationship between exposure and involvement in order to examine whether double-jeopardy effects appear in mobile contents as well. In addition, we examined how different attention behaviors differ according to platform and subject attributes(i.e., soft and hard). As a result, we found that there was a positive correlation between exposure and involvement in mobile platforms. Also, we found that the attention behaviors, especially sharing behaviors, were different in each platform. In terms of subject attributes, the attention indices such as the number of comments and sharing, which were immediate responses, were related to the soft content, whereas the attention indices such as the consumption time and the complete-read rate were related to the hard content requiring cognitive effort.This study is meaningful to understand the essence of the attention behavior in the mobile environment from a content - oriented perspective rather than the most existing research with a user - centered perspective.

지역 박물관은 대도시의 대규모 박물관에 비하여 전시물의 양과 질 그리고 관람객의 접근성에 있어서 열세에 있다. 이러한 가운데 최근 과학기술 문화사업 시행계획에 의한 중점 추진 전략으로써 지방테마 과학관 지원사업이 실행되고 있다. 지역 박물관중 특히 과학관은 어린이와 청소년층의 교육에 크게 도움이 되는 전시를 특징으로 하며 현재 세계 각국에서 다양한 주제로 관람객의 방문을 유도하고 있다. 이러한 기초 조사를 통해 지역의 문화유산을 보다 잘 보존하고 지역 문화 발전과 지역경제에 이바지하는 시설로 자리 잡는데 필요한 마케팅의 디자인 요소를 분석하고 살펴보고자 한다.

과학만국박람회${\ulcorner}$쓰꾸바'85${\lrcorner}$가 개막되었다. 3월 17일부터 9월 16일까지 6개월간 일본의 연구학원 도시 쓰꾸바시에서 화려하게 펼쳐진 이 전시회는 ${\ulcorner}$인간$\cdot$환경과 과학기술${\lrcorner}$을 주제로 한 세계 최초의 첨단과학축제로 세계각국의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 동경에서 동북쪽으로 60km떨어진 이바라기현 가스미가우라만 평야의 30만평에 건설된 전시장에는 일본의 대기업$\cdot$그룹 28개와 우리나라를 비롯한 47개국과 37개 각종 국제기관이 참여, 열띤 첨단과학기술 경연을 벌이고 있다. 쓰꾸바의 하늘에 태극기를 휘날리며 연일 초만원으로 인기를 독점하고 있는 한국관을 소개한다.

일본 최대의 데이터베이스 전시회인‘DATABASE TOKYO 2004’가 지난 10월 20일부터 22일까지 동경에 위치한 일본과학미래관에서 개최됐다. 매년 개최되는 이 데이터베이스 전시회는 일본데이터베이스진흥센터(DPC)와 일본데이터베이스협회(DINA)가 주최하고, 과학기술진흥기구(JST)와 한국과학기술협회(INFOSTA)가 공동 주관한 가운데 경제산업성, 문부과학성, 총무성 및 미국대사관이 후원해 일본의 24개 데이터베이스 관련 기업이나 기관이 전시자로 참가했다. 또 전시와 함께 전시자들의 최신 데이터베이스 관련 솔루션에 대한 20여개의 주제를 행사 기간중에 발표하는 솔루션 세미나가 공동 행사로 진행됐다.

대전엑스포 개최년도인 1993년을 기념하여 93미터 높이로 세워지는 한빛탑은 과거로부터 출발한 과학기술이 현재를 거쳐 미래로 나아가는 발전의 기상과 의지를 담고 있다. 또한 정부관을 비롯한 25개의 국내 전시관에서는 주제별로 다양한 전시가 펼쳐지며 1백개국 이상의 국제기구가 참가하는 국제관에 서로 개성적인 전시가 선보일 것으로 예상된다. 이와 함께 93일의 개최기간 동안 50여종의 문화예술행사가 1천 3백여회에 걸쳐서 화려하고 다채롭게 펼쳐질 전망이다. 대전엑스포에 대한 참가 열기를 더욱 높이기 위해 이번에는 과학기술전시 및 문화 예술행사의 흐름을 살펴본다.

인터넷은 공동작업과 지식정보 공유를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 하기 위해 시간과 공간을 초월하는 동적인 협업시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 새로운 형태의 지식공유 시스템인 위키(WIKI)는 연구원간의 자유스러운 정보교환을 보장하는 협업공간을 제공함으로써 지식정보의 생산성과 효율성을 극대화시킨다. 하지만 정보량이 방대해짐에 따라 공동의 주제를 가진 문서들이 중복되어 생성됨으로써 주제의 분산이 이루어져 정보공유의 힘을 약화시키는 문제점을 야기시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 파서(parser), 문서 분류시스템, 유사성 측정시스템으로 구성된 협업문서 생성제어 시스템을 제안한다.

Providing archival information services is one of the important tasks carried out by archives. The archives, now, make efforts to provide user-oriented information services which can help users to utilize records and archives more easily. This study reviews and compares user-oriented information services, which National Archives in UK, USA, and Australia have provided actively, in terms of learning support services, research support services, and Special services for public. And then, the study suggests the strategies for improving user-oriented archival information services for archives and the institutes of records management.
