부산항대교는 부산 남구 감만동과 영도구 청학동을 잇는 총 길이 3,368m 규모의 국내 최장 강합성 사장교로 5월 22일 개통하였다. 특히 야간에는 경관조명 등 '빛의 연주'라는 주제로 화려한 볼거리를 구성하여 '부산 해상순환도로'를 활용한 새로운 관광명소로 운영할 계획이다. 그러나 부산북항 통항 선박의 경우 화려한 조명 및 부산항 배경광 등으로 인해 선박통항 시 위험성이 높아질 것으로 우려되며, 이번 연구를 통하여 부산항대교 경관조명에 따른 부산북항 도등 기능검토 및 부산북항 선박통항안전성에 관한 검토를 하고자 한다. 실선박을 이용한 현장조사를 통하여 현재 설계중인 부산항 도등의 기능을 재검토하고, 부산항대교 경관조명 및 부산북항 배경광에 따른 선박 통항 안전성을 검토한다.

본 연구는 교수 및 학습효과를 증대시키기 위하여 실제 상황에서 일어나고 있는 사회현상들에 대한 보도형태의 자료인 신문기사를 비롯한 각종 매체 자료를 활용하여 사회 제 현상이 현재 학습과정의 교과과정에는 어떻게 연관되며 경영적 이론이 실제 어떻게 적용되는가를 학습함으로써 교과목에 대한 관심도의 증대와 학습심화의 필요성을 증대시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 최근의 선별된 자료를 중심으로 각종 경제경영 관련주제의 주요 기사 내용을 숙지하고 주요 기사 내용들의 배경과 문제점을 파악하며 여러 관점에서 다양한 현상의 원인과 배경에 대한 접근으로 사회과학적인 현상을 습득하는 사고방법을 훈련할 수 있다. 또한 다양한 사회 경제경영분야의 요구사항과 사회적인 욕구들을 주지하고 향후 학생들의 사회진출에 따라 사회현상을 이해하고 이를 통하여 보다 적극적인 자신감 고취와 현실사회에 대한 이해력을 증진시킨다.

디지털 방송, 웹의 발전으로 내용 기반 검색, 비디오 인덱싱, 비디오 검색 등의 시스템들이 많이 연구, 개발되고 있으며, 이러한 시스템에서는 사람을 주제로 검색하는 요구가 많이 발생한다. 대부분의 얼굴 영역 추출 및 인식 시스템들은 질감, 모양, 움직임, 칼라 등의 특징들을 이용하는데, 이들 중 칼라 특징은 기존 시스템의 첫 번째 처리 단계에서 많이 사용된다. 하지만, 복잡한 배경, 조명, 화장(make up), 잡영들 때문에 미리 정의된 단일 칼라 임계값을 이용하여 얼굴 영역과 비 얼굴 영역으로 구분하면 정확한 추출 결과를 얻기 힘들다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는, 점진적으로 피부색 영역을 확장시키면서 얼굴 영역을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 이때 확장 단계에서 얼굴 영역을 판단하기 위해, 일굴 각 기관들의 위치적 정보를 사용하였다. 얼굴 기관은 눈과 입을 사용했는데, 여러 가지 요인으로 인해 이들을 정확하게 추출하기가 어렵기 때문에, 각 단계에서 얼굴 후보 영역 내부의 수평 방향성을 가지는 경계를 눈과 입의 영역으로 간주했다. 실험을 통해, 제안한 방법이 하이라이트(highlight)에 의해 얼굴 영역의 일부가 왜곡된 경우와 얼굴 영역이 피부색과 유사한 배경에 인접해 있는 경우에 대해서도 강인하게 얼굴 영역을 추출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Street fighter II is a game that played an innovative role in the genre of fighting games in the 1990s. There are many elements that this game has played, but I would like to describe the character's background music. Is terms of sound, it is an excellent game with theme music suitable for twelve characters and voice that comes out when using each character's technique. Street Fighter II shows different patterns of background music depending on the charcater's fitness. I analyze it in harmonical way and try to study it form the perspective of music psychology.

Research on the method of calculating and estimating evapotranspiration has been steadily conducted. Various models have been developed according to different backgrounds, and each of these models has different characteristics such as required input data. Therefore, this study introduces the theoretical background and characteristics of evapotranspiration models and the development process of domestic research on evapotranspiration by era. First, the origin and theoretical background of the potential evapotranspiration models are summarized in addition to classifying them by input data. Then, the characteristics of the actual evapotranspiration estimation methods are summarized. Additionally, methods based on observation and methods using the rainfall-runoff models are summarized.

본 발표자가 재직하고 있는 시흥시 장곡 초등학교는 2001-2002년 교육부로부터 2년동안 영재교육연구학교로 지정 받아 $\ulcorner$잠재능력 발현 기회 확대를 통한 영재아 육성$\lrcorner$이라는 주제를 가지고 영재교육을 운영하고 프로그램을 적용하고 있으며, 본 교사는 그 프로그램 가운데 5학년 과학 심화반을 운영하고 있다. 영재아 선발, 영재반 편성, 프로그램 적용 등이 학교교육과적운영의 큰 축과 맞물려 돌아가고 있기 때문에 영재반 프로그램 소개 이전에 배경이 되었던 연구학교 제반 여건과 영재아 선발 방법 등을 먼저 소개할 필요가 있다고 보아 다음 순서로 소개 하고자 한다.

WTO(세계무역기구)출범 이후 국제적인 설계시장 개방 및 교류가 점차 증가하고 있는 상황에서 국내 건축계도 그동안 이에 대한 다양한 대응방안을 모색해 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 외국건축사의 국내진출과 시장잠식을 우려한 수세적 자세에 머물러 왔으며, 이를 적극적인 자세에서 국내건축사의 해외진출을 확대할 수 있는 기회로 활용하는데에는 소홀히 해온 듯하다. 본지는 이와같은 배경에서 '국내건축사의 해외진출 방안'이라는 주제로 기획특집을 마련, 한국건축의 해외 설계시장 진출상황과 잠재력, 바람직한 접근방향 및 활성화 방안등을 살펴봄으로써 개방화ㆍ국제화를 국내건축계의 새로운 도약을 위한 발판으로 삼을 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다.

Object tracking in video is one of subject that computer vision and several practical application field have interest in several years. This paper proposes real time object tracking and face region extraction method that can be applied to security and supervisory system field. For this, in limited environment that camera is fixed and there is seldom change of background image, proposed method detects position of object and traces motion using difference between input image and background image. The system creates adaptive background image and extracts pixels in object using line scan method for more stable object extraction. The real time object tracking is possible through establishment of MBR(Minimum Bounding Rectangle) using extracted pixels. Also, effectiveness for security and supervisory system is improved due to extract face region in established MBR. And through an experiment, the system shows fast real time object tracking under limited environment.

The Object tracking by real-time image analysis is one of the major concerns in computer vision and its application fields. The Object detection process of real-time images must be preceded before the object tracking process. To achieve the stable object detection performance in the exterior environment, adaptive background model generation methods are needed. The adaptive background model can accept the nature's phenomena changes and adapt the system to the changes such as light or shadow movements that are caused by changes of meridian altitudes of the sun. In this paper, we propose a robust background model generation method effective in an illegal parking auto-detection application area. We also provide a evaluation method that judges whether a moving vehicle stops or not. As the first step, an initial background model is generated. Then the differences between the initial model and the input image frame is used to trace the movement of object. The moving vehicle can be easily recognized from the object tracking process. After that, the model is updated by the background information except the moving object. These steps are repeated. The experiment results show that our background model is effective and adaptable in the variable exterior environment. The results also show our model can detect objects moving slowly. This paper includes the performance evaluation results of the proposed method on the real roads.

This thesis is a content analysis on whether the proportion of structural element and theme association of television news imagery is different, depending on the historical background, and on what it means, which can be the index of scene-based and realistic report. Most researches of television news are horizontal studies of the same period, making light of vertical studies reflecting the change of age. Therefore, This study analyzed 729 items composed of 11,945 shots extracted from MBC Newsdesk from 1987, to 2007, the samples of which were extracted by systematic random sampling with five years' interval. This content analysis found out that there was high proportion of scene-based and realistic report such as 'sound-bite', 'event footage', 'direct matching' in the year 1987, 2007, and high proportion of 'corroboration shot', 'file footage', 'indirect reference', 'literal matching only' in the year 1997, which revealed the fact that reality-based report had not been faithfully accomplished in 1997.
