This study deals with the Right-Turn Bypass Lane in Roundabout. The purpose of the study is to comparatively analysis the effectiveness questions on the installation of right-turn bypass lane in roundabout. In pursuing the above, this study analyzed after and before of the right turn bypass lane plan by VISSIM software. The right turn bypass lane is formed by control type of yield and control type of joint were compared and analyzed the effects of the operation. The main results analyzed are as follows. First, after Right-Turn Bypass Lane is Installed, the traffic volume rate of the right-turn increasing by average delay time per vehicle is on the gradual decrease, maximum average about 28% with the fact that decreases. Second, control type of yield and control type of joint are both average delay time per vehicle decreasing by the traffic volume rate of the right-turn is on the gradual increase. Control type of joint was analyzed with the fact that has the maximum average about 18% delay decrement efficiency.

This study aimed to demonstrate 'moderated mediation' effect of self-control on the relationship of neuroticism-smart phone addiction-school adaptation. For this purpose, we carried out a survey targeting middle school students who were vulnerable to smart phone addiction, and 1,400 middle school students responded to questionnaire. The results showed that the moderated mediation effect of self-control was statistically significant. In detail, school satisfaction and school performance, the sub-factors of school adaptation, showed significant results but social relation non-significant. Concerning moderating effect of self-control, results supported significantly moderating effect, demonstrating that high level of self-control showed consistently lower level of smart phone addiction than low level of self-control regardless of level of neuroticism. We can find the meanings of this study in having demonstrated, on the one hand, the causal process of smart phone addiction, and on the other, moderating effect and moderated mediation effect on this causal process through interaction between neuroticism and self-control. Finally, limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between parental psychological control and adolescent school adjustment mediated by hope of adolescents. Four hundred three middle and high school students participated in this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson's correlations, structural equation modeling(SEM), and multi group analysis. The average level of school adjustment was significantly higher in male adolescent group compared to female adolescent group. Adolescents' hope partially mediated the relationship between parental psychological control and adolescents' school adjustment. The proposed model was not significantly different as a function of gender. These results suggest that adolescents' school adjustment could be improved by reducing levels of parental psychological control and enhancing adolescents' hope.

This study examined the effects of children's temperament, self-control and maternal parenting on children's playfulness. The subjects of this study were 288 3-, 4- and 5- years old children and their mothers. The collected data were analyzed by correlations and pathway analysis. The results were as follows: First, children's sex, sociability temperament, self-control and maternal authoritarian parenting directly affected children's playfulness. Children's sex indirectly affected children's playfulness through children's activity level and self-control. Children's sociability and emotionality temperament indirectly affected children's playfulness through maternal authoritarian parenting. Maternal authoritarian parenting indirectly children's playfulness affected through children's self-control. Second, the most important variable predicting children's playfulness was maternal authoritarian parenting.

항만국통제는(Port State Control)은 자국 항만 또는 수역 내에서 기준미달선을 제거하기 위하여 선박이 외국항에 기항하였을 때 해당 항만국의 검사관(Port State Control Officer)이 승선하여 그 선박이 국제협약 또는 항만국의 규정에 적합하게 건조, 정비 및 운용되고 있는지를 확인하고 결함사항이 발견된 선박에 대하여 억류 등의 제제조치를 가하는 제도이다. 최근의 항만국통제는 기항 선박에 대한 Target Matrix를 활용한 점검대상 선박 선정, 집중점검프로그램 운용 및 목표 점검율 상향조정 등으로 항만국통제 활동은 점점 더 강화되고 있다. 우리공단 검사선박의 경우 PSC에 의한 출항정지 척수가 2006년 1척, 2007년 2척 그리고 2008년 4척으로 점차 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 따라서 공단 검사선박의 출항정지율 저감을 위한 방안을 개발하기 위하여 Paris MOU, Tokyo MOU 그리고 USCG의 최근 PSC 점검동향과 우리 공단의 검사선박중 출항정지 선박 및 지적된 결함사항에 대하여 조사 분석한 결과 최근 7년간 출항정지 당한 선박 10척중 6척이 도입선과 2척이 탈급선이고 그리고 주요 지적사항으로는 만재흘수선 관련 결함사항이 가장 많이 지적되었음으로 분석되었다. 따라서 그러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 공단 검사선박의 출항정지율 저감을 위한 대책을 검토하고 새로 도입되거나 개선되어야 할 점 등에 대한 안을 제시하였다.

Financial service industry has introduced and operated management systems such as information security management system (ISMS), personal information security management system, business continuity management system to protect and maintain suitably customer's financial information and financial service. This study started that it's desirable financial industry takes consideration of ISMS and it can be different types among various organizations taking consideration of culture, practical work, and guideline of information security. The study derives primary control areas of ISMS through analyzing non-conformity trends and control factors according to certification audit for finance-related organizations introduced international ISMS of ISO27001 which is well known and commonly applicable irrespective of areas in financial service industry. Through case analyses for five finance-related organizations operating ISMS, this study analyzed improvement effects of ISMS. It has a meaning as an initial research though it was difficulty in acquiring data for empirical study because of rare organizations maintaining certification in financial sector. As a result, number of non-confirmity from the first audit to three years' elapse was decreased every year. Physical and environmental security, communication and operations management, and access control having the highest frequency of non-conformity each presented 23%, 19%, and 17%, which reached 59% in total and they are derived into primary control areas. ISMS can fulfill technical, managerial, physical security issues, which have not been treated importantly in financial industry. In addition, this study presented that ISMS can be an effective management system applicable for financial service industry.
