Given the central role of sense of control in physical and emotional well-being, the present study examined the determinants of sense of control among Korean elders. We considered sociodemographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, education, and self-perceived economic status), health-related factors (chronic conditions, functional disability, and sensory impairment), stressful life events, and network-related resources (network of relatives, network of friends, and filial satisfaction) as potential predictors. Sense of control was measured with Pearlin and Schooler's (1978) Mastery Scale. Hierarchical regression analyses with 291 Korean elders aged 60 or older (M age = 69.9) identified lower self-perceived economic status, more chronic conditions, greater functional disability, greater vision impairment, more stressful life events, and lower filial satisfaction as significant risk factors for a diminished sense of control. Because most of the identified risks represent normative experiences during later life, the results underscored the importance of preserving or promoting sense of control for older adults. Implications of the findings and recommendations for future studies are discussed.

현대전은 군수면에서의 기술적 우세에 의해 전쟁의 승패가 결정된다는 걸프전의 교훈을 바탕으로, 주요 선진국들은 나름대로의 계획과 형편에 따라 주변기술의 발전과 더불어 주력전차 공격력의 핵심인 사격통제장치를 연구.개발중에 있다. 이러한 주요 선진국들의 사격통제장치 발전추세를 철저하게 분석하여, 우리 군의 현실태와 앞으로의 나아갈 바를 판단할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고, 이에 적극적으로 대처하는 연구.개발 활동과 접근 자세가 내부적으로 더욱 필요하다고 판단된다.

As science and technology develops, it is expected that more precise and various weapons will be used in a much more complicate future battlefield environment. C4I is a system that provides the proper and necessary information to commanders and their staffs to recognize the battlefield situation by connecting and visualizing the complex battlefield environment and various weapon systems together. Commanders and staffs perform battle command training based on a computer or paper map to better utilize the C4I system and Command Post eXercise(CPX) is a process of the training. This is the way for them to improve command control and decision making skills. Analyzing of line of sight(LOS), identifying communication fringe area, deploying troop strength, and determining unit maneuver are highly restricted under the 2D based CPX. In recent years, however, three-dimensional (3D) CPX simulators have been developed to overcome these drawbacks. In response to this trend, this paper proposes a multi-user based CPX simulator using augmented reality (AR) glass, which can be used as a practical war game simulator.

As dating violence is recently rising as one of the most serious social issues, the study examined the effect of internalized shame on controlling behavior manifested in dating relationship. We explored the mediation effect of self-absorption, indicating maladaptive self-focused attention, between each of the four sub-factors of internalized shame(inadequacy, emptiness, self punishment, and fear of mistake) and controlling behavior. Based on the data obtained from 200 single people in their 20-30s, it was revealed that the internalized shame, the self-absorption, and the controlling behavior in dating relationships were all positively correlated. The mediation effect of self-absorption was significant between the sub-factors of internalized shame (inadequacy, emptiness, self punishment, and fear of mistake) and controlling behavior. In other words, the higher the inadequacy, emptiness, self punishment, and fear of mistake, the bigger the self-absorption, and the more frequent the controlling behavior in dating relationship.

최근 한국과 미국 기업에 있어서 회계법상 가장 큰 이슈 중 하나는 재무보고와 관련된 내부통제제도(ICFR: Internal Control over Financial Reporting)에 관한 것이다. 한국과 미국에서 각각 내부회계관리제도와 SOX(Sarbanes Oxley Act)라고 불려지고 있는 내부통제 법령에 의해 기업들은 자체적으로 내부통제를 구축, 운영하고, 이에 대해 매년 회계법인에 의해 검토 또는 감사를 받게 되었다. IT 부문도 기업 업무 영역에서 중요성을 더해가고 있기 때문에 내부통제 제도의 한 영역을 차지하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 기업 특성과 IT 관리 특성이 기업의 IT 부문 내부통제 구축 시 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실제 기업 IT 내부통제 구축 데이터를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 기업 특성 중 자산, 종업원 수, 업종과 IT 관리 특성 중 IT 기획팀 IT 아웃소싱, 주 시스템 플랫폼을 각각 독립변수로 선정하였고, 이들 6개 독립변수가 내부통제 구축 시 도출된 통제항목(Control Activities) 개수 대비 미비점(Deficiency) 비율, 통제항목 개수, 미비점 개수 각각에 대하여 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 검증하였다.

이 연구에서는 통제된 색인어를 이용하여 파악한 지식 구조와 통제되지 않은 키워드를 이용한 지식 구조를 비교하여 두 구조가 어떤 차이점을 보이는지를 살펴보았다. 또한 색인효과가 어떻게 나타나는지, 비통제어를 사용한 경우가 실제적으로 더 상세한 하위 영역을 표현하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 실험 결과 통제된 색인어인 주제명표목을 사용한 영역지도와 비통제 색인어인 키워드를 사용한 영역지도 둘 다 인공지능 분야의 주요 분야들을 비슷하게 나타냈지만, 주제명표목을 사용한 경우에 색인효과가 일부 나타났다. 그리고 대체적으로 주제명표목에 기반한 영역지도보다는 키워드에 기반한 영역지도가 더 상세하게 나타났다.

오늘날 정보와 정보시스템은 조직의 핵심 자원 중의 하나이다. 이러한 자원이 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용되지 못하면, 조직의 전략적인 목표 달성에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이처럼 중요한 자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 정보시스템에 대한 적절한 통제가 수립되고 이러한 통제가 적절하게 작동하는지를 점검하고, 여기에 대해서 조언을 해 주는 기능, 즉 정보시스템 감사 기능을 수립하여 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 정보시스템 통제/감사 체계를 도입하더라도 그 수준은 조직에 따라서 달라질 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보시스템 감사/통제 성숙수준을 평가할 수 있는 한 모델인 CobiT의 기본 개념과 적용 사례에 대해서 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect modes of influences environmental dynamism exerts on opportunism, one of important relationship factors. This study particularly delves into the indirect modes of influence in terms of control strategy (control mechanism) and control structure (bureaucratic structuring). To this end, a survey research has been conducted of 200 suppliers in business relationships with Korean hypermarket retailers. An analysis of the collected data indicates that while environmental dynamism has a positive influence on the control mechanisms such as monitoring and incentives, it does not have a negative influence on the control structure such as participation. And then it has a positive influence on the opportunism of suppliers. In addition, participation has a negative influence on the opportunism, but monitoring and incentives do not have a negative influence on it. This study discusses how both retailers and their suppliers should respond to the domestic retail business environment with highly dynamic characteristics, in order to achieve a long-term win-win partnership with one another. It also presents ideas to retailers with regard to what kinds of management strategies and management efforts required to effectively control the opportunism of suppliers.

1997년 외환위기와 국내외 회계부정 사건들로 인하여 회계투명성 확보가 중요하게 부각되면서 산출된 재무정보에 대한 신뢰성만을 평가, 공시하던 기존의 재무보고 모형과 달리 재무정보 산출물뿐만 아니라 이 정보의 일련의 생성과정을 평가하고 결과를 공시하는 재무보고 내부통제시스템이 만들어지고 있다. 현재의 재무보고 내부통제시스템은 기존의 재무회계 정보시스템과 별도로 구성되어 재무정보 생성과정에서 필요로 하는 평가, 승인 및 인증 시통제에 대한 낮은 확신을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경에 유연하게 적용할 수 있고 기존 시스템과의 연동을 쉽게 할 수 있는 J2EE 아키텍처를 활용하여 재무회계 정보시스템과 인터페이스를 통하여 주요 재무정보를 추출 EJB 컴포넌트로 구성하고 이 컴포넌트를 활용하여 수동통제보다는 자동통제를 할 수 있고 적발통제보다는 예측통제를 가능하게 하는 AC EJB 컴포넌트가 적용된 재무보고 내부통제시스템 개선 방안을 제시한다.

This paper attempts to analyze the Park regime's labor control strategy. Specifically, the research questions are twofold: (i) what strategy was it the Park regime adopted? and (ii) why did the Park regime adopt it? According to the analysis, the Park regime chose a mixed strategy based on state corporatism in the 1960s, while adopting a market mechanism strategy in the 1970s. The former tried to control unions by a state-created worker organization with the market, and the latter attempted to weaken unions as bargaining agent to a maximum extent by using market mechanism. The basic reason why the Park regime changed its labor control strategy was complex, (i) appearance of the unstable political ad economic signals and (ii) the ineffectiveness of the labor control strategy in the 1960s.
