The purpose of this study is developing basic module of kitchen furniture design by considering the dimensions of work-surfaces, such as the size of worktable and the length of the kitchen furniture based on the physical size of a human scale and the behavior in the kitchen and the size of goods. In conclusion, this study develops a basic module of the kitchen furniture and suggests the new dimension for the kitchen based on the human scale and demand for the kitchen goods thus, it is expected to use it as a basic data for the kitchen space study and kitchen furniture industry.

최근 국민소득 증가와 주거환경의 변화로 주방의 편의성 및 미관을 위해 빌트인 연소기(주방가구 안에 일체로 설치된 연소기) 설치가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 빌트인 구조로 연소기를 설치할 경우 연소기와 호스의 접속부분은 은폐구조로 되어있어 일상점검이 불가능함에 따라 안전관리상 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 한국가스안전공사는 지난 2011년 5월 연결부분 점검기준을 KGS코드로 제정 시행하고 있으나 점검구를 '연소기와 호스 연결부 부근'이 아닌 다른 곳에 뚫거나, 미관상의 이유로 막아버리는 경우가 있어 여전히 안전관리에 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 한국가스안전공사는 빌트인 연소기 내부 가스 체류로 인한 폭발사고 방지를 위해 '빌트인 연소기 설치기준'을 보급하고 있다.

One of the conspicuous changes in kitchens is that kitchen space is more economically constructed than ever before giving more considerations to functionality. At the same time, eco-friendliness begins enjoying more attention for health and well-being reasons. Which is more important between functionality and eco-friendliness is a matter of personal taste and judgement. But eco-friendliness has become one of the more critical criteria for users to choose kitchen furniture. This paper examines the design trends of Contemporary kitchen furniture from the perspective of functionality and eco-friendliness. Results show that, as has been expected, many of kitchen furniture items manufactured by major furniture businesses have been found more functional and more eco-friendly than before the research period. I expect this trend to continue long into the future.

Recently the development of China has attracted all over the world, many scholars of different areas are interested in Chinese Culture and Chinese Market. After sixties of last century development of the economic of the South Korea closer to modernization, but there are many problems, one of them is the urban living style boasts of the features of concentration. Because of this phenomenon the lack of housing space become more serious. It also come to be a social problems. Therefore narrow residential area become inevitability. At the same time, effective utilization of housing space become a demand. Especially for those families with limited living space, it's meaningful for them. Between the China and the South Korea. Chinese have the same situation too, the different is kitchen space of chinese is closed. It means they have to cook in limited space. With increased supplies and more small appliances, an inevitable requirement is opening out the kitchen space, but unreasonable furnishings and living space reduces the efficiency of the kitchen, which has led to the discontent of users. From this, base on the investigation and analysis of diet&living space of most chinese apartment, and through differences kinds and places of storage items. With them I would combine the food culture and feature of storage space of China to solve problems of the efficiency of the kitchen.

This paper analyzed the modern trends and the present state of kitchen furniture and electric appliances depending on the advancement in IOT technology, in order to contribute to seeking a method of approaching consumers as an effective way for kitchen furniture and electric appliance companies to develop IOT products. Prior to analysis, the chronological transitions of Korean kitchen furniture and examined the effects of Korea's own emotions and characteristics on modern kitchen. For this study, the changes in Korean kitchen space were explored, based on previous studies, recent trend magazines, articles and professional books and the trends of modern kitchen furniture were observed. Also, the concept of IOT technology was considered and then the tendencies of modern IOT kitchen furniture and electric appliances were analyzed. The case study targeted the recent three-year trends of two types of domestic kitchen furniture and small-sized IOT kitchen electric appliances, which are sold, or have been introduced on foreign online stores and have been unveiled at CES Electric Appliances Exhibition. As a result of the study, it was found that many foreign countries, including the US have been developing various IOT kitchen electric appliances. The enterprise concept is to change kitchen with their IOT products, not changing future kitchen with IOT technology. This implies that approaches to product development may change. Moreover, it was recognized that for kitchen design, characteristics of product users need to be considered, according to Korean ideology.

본 연구는 주부들의 주활동공간인 부엌가구와 공간의 설계에 있어사용하기 편리하며 가사활동에 따 른 피로를 경감시키고 요통과 같은 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있는 부엌가구와 공간의 개발에 그 목적을 두었다. 연구는 먼저 수도권의 32평형 규모의 아파트150가구를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 만 24시간동안의 실제 가사활동을 Video로 촬영하여 동작분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 주부들은 수납의 용 이성과 공간의 크기, 작업대의 높이 등을 가장 많은 개선사항으로 지적하였으며, 절반이상의 주부들이 앉은 자세에서 작업이 이루어졌으면 좋겠다고 응답하였다. 또한 동작분석 결과 작업의 70%이상이 개수 대를 중심으로 조리대와 가열대 주변의 한정된 공간에서정적으로 선 자세에서이루어지는 것으로 파악 되었다. 이러한 선 자세에서의 작업에 따른 피로도를 감소시키기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입하였으며, 개수대를 씽크대의 'ㄱ'자 코너에 위치하여 주방활동시의 이동거리를 단축하고자 하였다. 피로도의 경감 을 측정하기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입한 개선된 씽크대와 기존의 입식씽크대에서 가사활동시 요구되는 주부들의 에너지 대사량을 비교하기 위하여 심장박동수와 산소호흡량을 측정하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 주방에 입좌식의자를 도입한 경우가 가사활동에 요구되는 에너지 소모량이 심장박동수와 산소호흡량의 기준에서 각각 평균적으로 30%와 57.5% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 파악되어 이러한 부엌가구의 도입으로 주부들의 가사활동에따른 피로도가 절반 가까이 감소될 수 있음을 니타내었다. 또한 부엌가구의 재배치 에따른 가사활동시 이동거리가 평균적으로5.5%이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 주방설 계에 적용할 경우 가사활동의 효율성과 편리성이 향샹됨은 물론 가사활동에따른 피로도를 경감 시키고 요통 등의 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.1일 1회씩 4회 투여한 군에서도 암수에 상관없이 전 농도 군에서 염색체이상을 나타내지 않아 유전독성을 나타내지 않음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance. Kitchen cabinets are essential furniture for storing the kitchen tools, but their high installed location makes it difficult for users to access the upper of the cabinets. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new type of kitchen cabinet that allows users to easily take out or store items by adding new height adjustment features while maintaining the function of the existing cabinet. For convenience and safety, an appropriate complex link mechanism is designed so that the selected floor, not the entire cabinet, can come down to a desired height with one operation. Moreover, the optimal descent path is set to prevent the floor tilting or interfloor interference during descent, and appropriate link shapes, lengths, and joint types are selected to implement it. FEA analysis is performed to ensure that the stretched complex linkage can support the load of the stored items and the feasibility of the height adjustable kitchen cabinet is verified through fabrication.

The purpose of this study is to investigate household Items and storage of kitchen and to suggest basic data for the desirable storage space. For the study, the samples were taken from 30 families living in 3-bedroom apartment. The personal interview and physical trace method were used to analyze the types and quantities of household Items and the storage conditions in kitchen furniture. The result was as follows : first, a total of 210 types of household Items were found in the kitchen, and the items ranged widely in purpose, from cooking and dining tools, hygiene products, and general household goods, which indicate that a variety activities in addition to cooking and eating are performed in the kitchen. Second, regarding the quantities of household Items, the majority of them were used for cooking and dining. Also the types and quantities of household Items varied according to the age of the child. Third, regarding storage of household Items in the kitchen by furniture type, the majority of the items were stored in the wall cabinets, base cabinets, and countertops and, as a storage method, simple 'placement' was most common. This suggests there is lack of three-dimensional storage in the kitchen. The findings show activities and storage in the kitchen space vary according to the age of the child, and household Items are stored by using several common methods.
