경사도에 따른 고층 주거 단지의 주동 형태에 관한 연구 - 설계경기 당선안을 중심으로 (A Study on the Block Plans in High-Rise Multi-Family Housing based on a Gradient - A Case Study on Prizewinners in the Design Competitions)

  • Owing to the mass-housing policies of high-density and high-rise, the residential environments in Korea have come to be uniform and monotonous. Nevertheless, the design competitions introduced for the first time in 1980s have Played significant roles in developing the fresh ideas and concepts in housing design. And in our country, the land of the gradient $0-9^{\circ}$ that is able to plan as level sites come up to 32.5% of the total land and the land of the gradient $10-29^{\circ}$that should be designed by considering the characteristics of the sloping sites is 53.2% of the whole. For that reason, the development of the apartment housing in the sloping site has been done largely to solve the issues associated with the scarcity of the land. Therefore, it is very meaningful job to see the various design methods on the basis of the characteristics of the sites, particularly gradient, by analyzing the prizewinners in the design competitions. In this context, the research analyzed the works that won the design competition after 1990, and organized the types of the block plans and the design characteristics applied in our residence housing. Secondarily, it classified that types by the gradient and analyzed statistically and compared the numerical value.

  • 본 연구는 셋백에 관한 예비조사를 통하여 셋백의 정의와 셋백발생의 배경 및 기능 등을 파악하고 셋백 사례들에 대한 분석의 틀을 물리적인 특성, 주요 발생 요인, 그리고 셋백유형의 세 가지 범주로 나누어 각 범주별 분석 항목들과 산정식들을 제시함으로써 셋백에 관한 분석의 체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 또한 이를 서울지역 초고층 주거건물의 사례들에 적용하여 기존 사례들에서 이루어진 셋백의 특징들과 한계점을 제시하였다.

  • In field of apartment housing currently, insulation technology is the most effective way because it is common to improve the thermal performance, therefore, it is contributed to energy saving as several regional insulation standards and legal mandate method. In addition, by applying of building energy efficiency rating certification system, it has inspired voluntary energy conservation commitment for the building owner or facility manager by making a plan to evaluate and verify building energy performance. However, these circumstances are not enough to acquire a grade 2 of higher information. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the impact of building energy efficiency rating and confirmed reduction ratio compared to the standard housing on the basis of recent our nation building law when we had changed the shape of windows and wall insulation performance and shapes of housing.

  • 현재까지 구조물의 안정을 결정하는 유일한 방법은 안전률개념이 이용되고 있으나, 최근 이 안전 율에 대한 문제점이 제기되어 구조물의 신뢰도에 대한 기준으로 파괴확률을 적용시키고자 하는 연구 가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 한편 토류구조물은 벽체의 변위형태에 따라 토고분포가 달라짐 에도 불구하고실제문제에선통상 벽 체변위를 고려하지 않는 Coulomb이론이나 Rankine 이론을 이용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서 는 뒤 채움이 모래로 수평인 연직벽체가 벽체저면을 중심으로 회전하는 주동(AB)과 정 점을 중심으로 회전하는 주동(AT) 2가지 경우를 대상으로 전도에 대한 파양를 다룬다. 동일한 설계조건에 대해서 종래의 Coulomb이론과 Dubrova토력재분포리론. Chang의 방법으로 구한 정적 주동토력과 Seed and Whitmann의 지진하중을 중첩시킨 지진 주동토력을 ,각각 고려하여 최근에 발전된 AFOSM (Advanced First Order Second Moment)해법으로 신협도를 해석하여 비교 검토한다.

BIM 기반 에너지성능분석을 통한 공동주택의 주동 설계 전략개발 - 주동타입 및 층수 변화를 중심으로 - (Multi-Family Housing Block Design Strategy Development by BIM-based Energy Performance Analysis - focusing on the Block Types and the Variations in Stories -)

  • Korea has achieved a rapid economic development and with the increase in population and national income and the expansion of social and economic activities, energy consumption has rapidly increased too. Energy consumption per head has constantly increased and currently, power consumption per head is 7.5 times bigger than in 1985. Buildings occupy 25% of total energy consumption and especially, 50% of total energy is consumed for heating and cooling. In this situation, multi-family housing, which has constantly been increased, has an energy saving rate of 1.9%, which is the lowest level and this makes the government's energy policy for sustainable energy system development useless. Besides, energy consumption leads to secondary problems, such as air, water and marine pollution and heat pollution and wastewater/drainage and the increased use of fossil fuel is a fundamental reason for ozone layer destruction and global warming. Therefore, efficient energy consumption plans are required. This study aims to analyze energy performance in each block type of high-rise and diversified multi-family housing that accounts for 60% of all the housing forms, depending on the variations in stories through BIM-based energy simulation. For this study, four representative block types were selected, based on the multi-family floor plan, which is certified for energy performance evaluation and they were applied to the floor plan of a multi-family house that is scheduled to be built. Then BIM modeling was conducted from the fifth story to the 40th story at an intervals of 5 stories and based on the finding, energy characteristics of each block type and energy performance depending on the variations in stories were analyzed. It is considered that this would serve as objective data for block type and block story decision of energy performance-based multi-family housing.

부산 아파트 단지의 주동 평면형태의 변화 특성에 관한 연구 (Morphological Transformation of Building Blocks of Apartment Complexes in Busan)

  • The research is to track the morphological transformation of residential towers of apartment complexes in Busan. Though apartment is one of the most important components in Korean society, it has not drawn enough attention from academia as well as the public, especially regarding its shape. In result, its morphological change has barely been recognized. Instead, negative, but superficial, evaluation has become dominant tendency to deal with the shape of apartment tower. There are numerous 'partial' evidences to inform the morphological change of apartment plan type, and understanding the change is critical since morphological resultant reflects culture, politics, economy of a society. The research has been done on the 261 apartment complexes built through 2016 in Busan. The analysis shows that $I^0$ type, to represent 'typical boring architectural shape' of Korean apartments, has been dominant until the year 2000. However, its portion has become drastically decreased since the mid-2000. Composite plan type, the geometrical precedents of which had never been existent, emerged in the mid-2000, and this phenomenon may symbolize the change of morphology of apartment. When tower plan types are grouped together according to geometrical shape, three types, I-type, L-type and Y-type, take the most of residential towers, explaining 97% of the total. As expected, I-type is the most dominant, but its influence has decreased as time passes. Y-type might become one of the most important type in the period V. L-type has become the leading type in the Period VI to exceed I-type by 12 percent.

한국산 숭어과 어류의 분류 (Synopsis of Family Mugilidae (Perciformes) from Korea)

  • 1990년 7월부터 1994년 7월까지 우리나라의 연안에 서식하고 있는 숭어과 어류의 분류학적 위치와 이들의 특징을 재검토하였다. 그 결과 숭어 Mugil cephalus, 가숭어 Liza haematocheilus, 등줄숭어 Liza carinatus. 등 2속 3종으로 분류되었고 지금까지 서식하고 있는 것으로 보고된 알숭어 Mugil japonicus는 Mugil cephalus와 동일종으로 확인되어 Mugil cephalus의 synonym으로 정리하였다. 이들 어류의 속간 중요 분류학적인 형질로서는 뒷지느러미의 연조수, 상악골의 후단 길이와 형태, 설골의 형태 안전골의 형태 상악치의 형태 등에서 잘 구분되었고, 종간 분류학적인 형질로서는 위의 형태, 유문수, 종열 비늘수, 이석의 형태, 체형, 새파수, 전상악의 각도 등에서 독특하게 나타났다. 이들의 서식 지역은 Mugil cephalus와 Liza haematocheilus는 거의 같이 출현하며 우리나라의 전 연안에 서식하고 있으며, Liza carinatus는 남해에서만 출현하고 있었다.

BIM기반의 공동주택 주동 유형별 건물에너지 시뮬레이션 비교에 관한 연구 (A Comparative Study of Building Energy Simulations for Building Types in Multiple Stock Housing based on BIM(Building Information Modeling))

  • The energy efficient design of the multiple stock housing is very important not only to save energy but also to increase sustainability in a whole city because the multiple stock housing type is dominated in the major residential supply markets in Korea. During the early design phase of the multiple stock housing type, the architect need convenient and accurate tools for evaluating energy consumptions based on building types rapidly. Building Information Modeling(BIM) is introduced as useful tool systems providing interoperability between 3rd dimensional modeling tools and environmental engineering analysis tools, and could reduce time and cost for unnecessary modeling works in the analysis. However, it is still hard to apply to building design practice and integrated energy simulation techniques because interoperability using industrial standard file formats such as IFC and bXML is still underdeveloped. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to perform the building energy simulations, to compare the results on typical building types in multiple stock housing based on BIM, and to clear the problems using industrial standard file formats between 3rd dimensional modeling and building energy simulation software. In addition, through comparisons with simulation results according to the typical building types such as building forms, orientations, and building stories, the interrelation ship and characteristics of BIM based building energy simulation software are analysed and evaluated.

한국 품종 대두(Glycine max L) 미숙배로부터 체세포배발생과 배지의 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid 농도가 체세포배의 형태에 미치는 영향 (Somatic Embryogenesis in Immature Zygotic Embryo Cultures of Korean Soybean (Glycine max L.) Culitivars and Effect of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid on Somatic Embryo Morphology)

  • 국내 5가지 품종의 대두 미숙배로부터 발생되는 체세포배 형성빈도와 자엽변이에 대한 2,4-D 농도의 영향을 알아보였다. 여러가지 농도의 2,4-D가 첨가된 MS 기달배지에 각 품종의 미숙배를 6주동안 암소에서 배양한 결과 '울산콩', '금산콩', '뱀콩' 및 '반청두'의 경우 1-2 mg/L 2,4-D를 첨가한 배지에서, '아주까리'는 20 mg/L 2,4-D를 첨가한 배지에서 가장 높은 체세포배 형성빈도를 보였다. 또한 횡으로 반분한 체세포배를 0.1-1 mg/L 2,4-D가 첨가된 배지에서 배양하였을 때 최고 70%의 빈도로 이차배를 형성하였다. 미숙배(접합자배)에서 유도된 체세포배의 형태는 2,4-D 농도에 따라 다르게 나타났는데 즉, 0.2 mg/L 이하의 농도에서는 하나의 자엽을 갖는 배와 나팔형보다는 두개의 자엽을 갖는 정상적인 형태가, 0.5-4 mgh 농도에서는 정상적인 형태보다는 나팔형의 체세포배 형성빈도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 체세포배의 자엽형태에 따라 식물체 재생률을 조사하기 위하여 ME 기본배지와 0.1 mg/L IAA, 1 mg/L BA, 1mg/L Gh₃ 및 0.5% 활성탄을 각각 U 기본배지에 첨가하여 16시간 광주기하에서 4주동안 배양한 결과, 식물체 재생률은 일반적으로 두개의 자엽을 갖는 정상적인 배가 하나의 자엽을 갖는 배, 나팔형 및 구형기의 체세포배에 비하여 높았으며, 특히 1 mg/L GA3를 첨가한 배지에서 가장 높은 재생률(25%)을 보였다.
