  • To cope with the serious housing shortage arising from rapid urbanization and industrialization, residential communities were constructed to meet the growing demand for housing. However, mass construction of these residential communities unavoidably resulted in uniformity standardization. In particular, for high rise apartment blocs using the ground floor as the center of the lower levels housings has raised problem of sunshine, airing, privacy. The research which it sees as the house low evaluation it is coming to become it plans a public facilities on lower levels of the building which keeps the quality which the ground connection and human scale back separates as, to solve the problem point of the lower levels house and the resident collective life which is smooth becomes accomplished.

  • Designing of the apartment house in present has been contributing to private unit reflected demands and characteristics of residents. However, common space hasn't been designed in various ways compared to unit. Though the main entrance is place to link inner space and out space, to make resident identity and to communicate with neighbors, It has been produced the same type. The space design in 21st century is focusing on contents of space with the development of techniques, and we need to find applicability of new design related to digital technology in apartment house. The purpose of this study is to find applicability of interaction design at main entrance in apartment house for improvement functions of entrance. The results of this study were as follows; The main entrance is possible more active place through the interaction design that would be satisfied with residents needs and functions.

Physiological Fuzzy Neural Networks for Image Recognition (영상 인식을 위한 생리학적 퍼지 신경망)

  • 신경계의 뉴런 구조는 흥분 뉴런과 억제 뉴런으로 구성되며 각각의 흥분 뉴런과 억제 뉴런은 주동근 뉴런(agonistic neuron)에 의해 활성화되며 길항근 뉴런(antagonist neuron)에 의해 비활성화 된다. 본 논문에서는 인간 신경계의 생리학적 뉴런 구조를 분석하여 퍼지 논리를 이용한 생리학적 퍼지 신경망을 제안한다. 제안된 구조는 주동근 뉴런에 의해 흥분 뉴런이 될 수 있는 뉴런들을 선택하여 흥분시켜 출력층으로 전달하고 나머지 뉴런들을 억제시켜 출력층에 전달시키지 않는다. 신경계를 기반으로 한 제안된 생리학적 퍼지 신경망의 학습구조는 입력층, 학습 데이터의 특징을 분류하는 중간층, 그리고 출력층으로 구성된다. 제안된 퍼지 신경망의 학습 및 인식 성능을 평가하기 위해 정확성이 요구되는 의학의 한 분야인 기관지 편평암 영상인식과 영상 인식의 주요 응용 분야인 차량 번호판 인식에 적용하여 기존의 신경망과 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 실험 결과에서는 제안된 생리학적 퍼지 신경망이 기존의 신경망보다 학습 시간과 수렴성이 개선되었을 뿐만 아니라, 인식에 있어서도 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Preference of Consumers for facade Design with Brand Concepts in Apartments (브랜드 아파트의 주동 입면 디자인에 대한 소비자들의 선호도에 관한 연구)

  • In the recent years, domestic construction companies have tried to differentiate their apartments using brand positioning. Respective construction companies are attracting public attention with discriminative brands. This study investigated residents' preferences focusing on apartments facade design used in marketing strategy of brand apartments. Four concepts in surveyed brand apartments are deluxe, modern, eco-friendly and comfortable. According to the related study on design factor of apartment facade, the design factors are chosen such as the overall building shape, balcony form, main color, exterior wall shape, material, main access shape, pent house design and window size. As a result of analysis, there was a difference between brand concepts and consumers' views. Therefore, apartment facade design to differentiate their own companies' brand images should consider the perception of customers.
