The pitch predictor is one of the most important part for the robust tree coder. The hybrid backward pitch adapation which is a combination of a block adaptation and a recursive adaptation is used for the pitch predictor. In order to improve the error performance and track the pitch period change of the input speech, it is proposed to smooth the input of the pitch predictor. The smoother with three taps can have fixed coefficients or variable coefficients depending on the estimated autocorrelation function of the output of the pitch synthesizer. The inclusion of a variable smoother can track the pitch period change within a block and reduce the effect of channel errors.

The new periodic array structure or frequency selective surface with polarizers characteristic is proposed. The present structure is constructed with two sheets or FSS material, spaced about one-eight wavelength apart, the dipole element orientations of the two sheets being almost perpendicular to each other. The methods of the spectral domain immittance and MoM are used to analyze electromagnetic scattering from this periodic array structure. To confirm the validity of the polrizer's functions or the new periodic array structure, frequency selective surfaces are fabricated, calculated values for the frequency response of the reflection and transmission loss are compared with measured values. Good correspondence has been observed between them. Good axial ratio has been also observed to be achieved in the proposed structure.

육용종계의 주기능은 산란이다. 그러나 사료를 자유채식시키면 체중이 과도하게 증가하고 비만해져 정상적인 산란을 기대할 수 없게 된다. 이 해결방안은 무엇보다 사료섭취의 제한으로만이 가능하다.

본 논문은 슬라이딩 모드 제어 기법을 이용한 직류 전동기의 디지탈 속도 제어기에 관한 연구이다. 또한 연속 시스템에 적용하던 슬라이딩 모드 제어기법을 이산 시스템에 사용할 수 있도록 해석하고, 실험하였다. 슬라이딩 모드 제어기에서 발생되는 채터링(CHATTERING) 현상을 감소시키기 위해 스위칭 주파수를 높이고, 샘플링 주기를 최대한 줄였으며 제어기 출력에 필터를 도입하였다. 또한, 스위칭 지연과 외란에 대한 보상도 고려하였으며 슬라이딩 모드 제어기를 마이크로 프로세서로 구성하였다. 전력 소비를 줄이기 위해 LIMITED UNIPOLAR 모드에서 직류 전동기를 구동하였다.

지금까지 변압기의 유지보수는 일상순시와 전력설비를 일정기간 사용함에 따른 정기점검에 의하여 불량개소를 발견하고 보수하는 일정주기에 따른 예방보수를 하였으나, 경제적인 유지와 신뢰성 있는 전력공급을 위하여 변압기의 상태를 점검하여 정비하는 상태점검으로 전환하고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 변압기의 이상징후를 운전상태(on-line)에서 상시 감시하여 장래에 일어날 사태 등을 예측하고 그것이 치명적이기 이전에 처리하는 예측보전기술 중심으로 변하고 있다. 변압기의 내부이상을 진단하는 방법으로는 부분방전법, 절연유의 특성시험 및 가스분석법, 역률측정법, 저압서어지 시험법 등이 있으나, 진단방법의 특성 및 신뢰성을 고려할 때, 어느 한 방법으로는 불충분하므로 각종 진단 결과의 종합분석이 필요하다.
