음성 신호를 압축한 후, 주관적 왜곡 없이 복원하기 위한 부호화 연구는 대역 제한된 채널에 적용하기 위해 전송률을 더욱 낮추기 위한 연구 분야와 전송률은 높더라도 복잡도 및 성능 면에서 효과적인 연구 분야로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 시스템의 절반에 해당하는 전송률에서도 비슷한 성능을 유지함으로써 디지털 셀룰라 표준화안으로의 가능성이 가장 높은 음성 부호화 방법들에 대해 비교 설명하고, 전송률을 좀 더 낮추기 위해 진행되고 있는 새로운 연구 경햐에 대해 고찰한다. 또한, 전송률은 높더라도 기존 방법에 비해 복잡도는 매우 낮은 부호화기에 대한 설명을 통해 향후 연구 방향에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

유량자료를 이용한 매개변수적 빈도해석 방법은 주관적인 분포형 선정문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 분포형 선택문제는 수문자료의 오랜 축척에 따른 통계적 분석을 통해 하나의 확률분포형을 선택할 수 있는 경우 극복될 수 있을 것이다. 그러나, 일반적으로 수문자료의 관측 기간이 짧아 하나의 분포형을 선택하는데 어려움을 갖고 있다. 반면에, 지역가중다항식을 이용한 빈도해석의 경우 단일분포형 선택문제가 아닌 자료로 부터 매개변수를 선택하고 추정함으로서 White noise를 제거 또는 감소하며 자연계의 이질적, 다중변수적 그리고 시공간적 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단일 주관분포 선택문제가 아닌 자료로부터 매개변수의 선택 추정이 이루어지는 지역가중다항식을 이용한 빈도해석을 수행하였다. 분석에는 서울강우자료로 매개변수적 빈도해석을 수행하는 경우 Gumbel, GEV(Type I Extreme Value) 그리고 LN2 (Log-Normal 2) 등의 분포형을 적용하여 지역 가중다항 추정자의 산출 결과와 비교 검토하였다. 또한 각각의 방법을 적용해 이중첨두(bimodal) 분포형에 대한 모형의 적합성을 도시적으로 비교 산정하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of satisfaction with green space on life satisfaction and to examine mediating effect of subjective health status in the relationship between satisfaction with green space and life satisfaction of older adults living in cities. For the purpose of the study, older adults aged over 65 years old who participated in 2018 Social Survey conducted by Statistics Korea were analyzed. A total of 4,567 older adults were analyzed using multiple regression analyses and significance of mediating effect was examined using bootstrapping method. Results of the analyses showed that satisfaction with green space had a significant effect on life satisfaction. Since a higher level of satisfaction with green space increased the level of life satisfaction, a direct effect of satisfaction with green space on life satisfaction was revealed. Also satisfaction with green space had a significant effect on subjective health status, so persons with a higher level of satisfaction with green space perceive their subjective health more positively. In regard to mediating effect, subjective health status partially mediated the relationship between satisfaction with green space and life satisfaction of the urban elderly. Results of this study show that green space can be used as an intervention method to improve health and life satisfaction of the urban elderly.

This paper presents a digital auto-focusing algorithm using iterative unsharp mask filter. The proposed digital auto-focusing algorithm has the advantage of low computational complexity because it uses a simple filter instead of calculating the point spread function for the estimation of image degradation. The proposed iterative algorithm can control the number of iterations for image restoration according to the objective and the subjective criterion. We show that the proposed algorithm is mathematically equivalent to the conventional image restoration. Finally, in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, various experiments are performed so that the proposed algorithm can provide good results in the sense of subjective and objective views.

This paper proposes the assessment method for objective quality-evaluation-index of mosaic images. Quality assessment was evaluated using seam-line method and similarity and contrast of adjacent images. The evaluation measure was calculated based on selected evaluation criteria and compared with human visual inspection. It was found that quantitative quality evaluation measure showed that the evaluation results were similar to human visual check. Conclusively experimental results proved that proposed evaluation measure could be used for quantitative and objective quality assessment of mosaic images.

As users constitute one of the three components of a transportation system; and in many respects the most important component, user perception is a critical element within the concept of transportation services as transportation exists to provide high quality service to various user groups. However, this user perception has not been studied because it is difficult to be analyzed. The purpose of this study is to introduce the importance and alternative method to consider transportation user perception for various transportation engineering areas such as service quality and safety level of transportation system. For this purpose, various studies related to transportation user perception were reviewed. In addition, experiment results were analyzed to investigate the characteristics of transportation user perception.

It is common to say that Korean journalists' professionalism including the public broadcaster KBS is immature. This study used the Q methodology to explore the subjectivity that KBS reporters and citizens have formed about reporters' occupational achievements. we tried to find out the background and reasons of the subjective dimensions of journalists regarding the immature state of Korean journalists' professionalism. Under a condition for sorting of 'a reporter most likely to be promoted', using 95 statements related to the reporter's occupational achievements, 30 KBS reporters, 10 university students who were eager to be a journalist, and 40 ordinary people of various ages, a total of 80 participants took part in the Q sorting. A total of 3 Q factors were extracted, then analyzed in detail into a total of 6 reporter types divided into (+) and (-) sub types for each factor. As a result, six types of perceptions and attitudes were named as 'a professional reporter','a schemer reporter','an organizational loyalty reporter', 'a passionate reporter','a careerist reporter', and 'a reliable worker'. This study can be meaningful in that it further deepened and expanded the existing researches concerning Korean journalist's professional identity.

본 논문에서는 한국어 정서음성 데이터베이스를 수집하는 과정을 기술하고 및 데이터베이스의 특성에 관해서 논의한다. 데이터베이스는 배우로부터 수집되었으며 주관적 평가에 의해 평가되었다. 배우는 남녀 각 3인씩 총 6인이며, 6가지 정서상태에 의해 10개의 문장을 발성하였고 20명의 평가자가 음성에 포함된 정서상태를 독립적으로 평가하였다. 작성된 데이터베이스는 임의제시 방법에 의한 주관적 평가결과 $80\%$이상의 일치도를 얻었다.

The result of compensatory sweating after surgical treatment for essential hyperhidrosis had problems in objectivity and validity because it mainly depended on the subjective symptoms of patients. Therefore, we tried to evaluate more precisely and objectively, the distribution and degree of compensatory sweating by D.I.T.I.(Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging) with subjective symptoms.

연어는 둘 이상의 단어로 구성된 표현으로 연어에 속하는 개개의 단어의 의미로써 연어의 의미를 유추할 수 없다. 따라서 연어의 의미를 분석하거나 번역할 경우 개개의 단어보다는 연어 그 자체를 하나의 분석 단위로 간주하는 것이 훨씬 더 효과적이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 통계기법을 활용하여 세종 말뭉치로 부터 용언연어의 추출 방법을 제시하고 그 성능을 평가한다. 연어 패턴과 통계 정보를 이용해서 연어를 추출한다. 평가를 위해서 연어 사전과 전문가의 주관적 평가를 동시에 수행했다.
