디지털 방송을 채용한 무궁화 위성방송 시스템은 스튜디오, STI, 지구국, 위성, 수신기, RSMS로 구성된다. 새로운 방송방식의 품질을 주관적 평가방법과 객관적 평가방법을 사용하여 측정하였다. 주관적 평가는 ITU-R BT, 500-5[1]에 근거하여 최종 수신된 화상에 대해 실시되었다. ITU-R Rec. 567-3[2]에 근거한 객관적 평가가 각 구간별로 실시되었다. 이 측정결과를 토대로 STL이 교체되었으며, 각 시스템 파라미터가 조정되었다. 또한 국내 7개사에서 제작된 수신기 성능을 평가하였다.

실제 구조물에 있어 확률, 통계 및 이론으로 구해진 랜덤성을 갖는 객관적 불확실성뿐만 아니라 설계자의 경험이나 공학적 판단에 의해 주관적으로 평가되는 인간오차나 시공중의 과오 또는 구조설계에 미치는 사회적, 정치적 및 경제적 요청 등의 퍼지성을 갖는 주관적 불확실성이 존재하기 때문에 현실적으로 랜덤성과 퍼지성을 동시에 고려한 실뢰성평가 즉, 안전성평가에 대한 퍼지이론의 도입이 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 구조물의 객관적·주관적 불확실성을 동시에 고려한 신뢰성해석방법으로 베이즈의 의사결정이론에 퍼지이론을 병합한 퍼지-베이즈 신뢰성해석 알고리즘을 개발하여 건축구조물의 신뢰성평가 및 안전성평가에 적용하여 분석하였다.

본 연구는 고객 지향적 통시서비스 품질기준 정립을 위한 기초연구 과제로서 크게 통신 고객의 감 성파악 및 감성실험 부분으로 이루어졌다. 우선, 전형적 감성공학적 접근법에 의해 화상회의 시스템 을 사용할 때 느낄 수 있는 206개의 감성어휘가 추출되었으며 이를 어의적 기준과 상대적인 중요도를 기준으로 하여 10개의 주요 감성으로 정리하였다. 사용자의 불만사항 등으로부터 감성실험을 위한 설계변수를 추출하였으며 실험환경 구축을 위한 simulator가 구성되었다. 실험은 음성지연, 음성에코, 화면의 초당 프레임수 그리고 통화주제를 인자로 하는 2$^{4}$요인배치법에 의해 실시되었으며 16명의 피실험자와 Magnitude Estimation방법을 이용하여 파악된 각 감성이 주관적으로 평가되었다. 분산분석 결과, 음성지연은 모든 주요 감성들에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 화상프레임 수는 거리감과 안정성을 제외한 모든 사용자 감성에 주인자로 작용하였다. 또한 요인분석을 실시한 결과 동적인 요인과 정적인 요인으로 전체 감성을 구분지을 수 있었으며 속도감과 깨끗함이 각각을 대표하는 감성으로 나타났다. 주관적이고 복합적인 통신 사용자의 여러 감성을 단일 품질 평가지수로 나타내어 통신소비자의 시스템 선호도 평가에 사용할 수 있는 방법이 제안되었다.

본 논문에서는 동영상 화질을 최대한 유지하면서 압축 비트량 절감을 효율적으로 이루기 위해 복수개의 영상처리 필터를 영상의 블록에 따라 선택적으로 적용하고, 영상처리 필터의 선택을 위한 MSSIM 및 KL Divergence 기반의 영상 처리 평가 함수를 제안한다. 영상압축의 경우, 영상 내 특징에 따라 화질과 비트량 절감의 특성이 다르며, 이에 따라 단일 목적을 가진 영상처리 필터로서는 화질을 유지하면서, 비트량 절감이라는 목적을 동시에 만족 시키기 어렵다. 이에 따라, 주관적 화질을 최대한 유지하면서, 비트량을 절감시키기 위해 주관적 화질 측도로서 MSSSIM(Multi-scale Structural Similarity)를 사용하고 비트량 측도를 위하여 KL Divergence 를 사용함과 동시에 두 가지 척도를 하나의 척도로 결합시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 아울러 제안한 측도를 사용하여 서로 다른 특성을 가진 영상처리 필터를 전처리 필터로 사용할 경우, 주관적 화질을 최대한 유지하면서 비트량 절감을 유지할 수 있도록 동영상 압축이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

As social work practice for the disabled is still centered in provider's perspective in Korea, this study started with concerns for consumerism that is emerging as an alternative for the social work practice for the disabled. Consumerism is rooted in organization process of the disability rights movement, and considered as an ideology that protects actively the rights and influence of consumers. However, consumerism is not operating as an accomplished ideology yet, but as a type of the practical discourse. Consumerism is interpreted in multiaxial meanings and the conscituents of consumerism is used ambiguously in practice. This is because theoretical reviews on the conceptual thinking of consumerism are scant and empirical inquiries into conceptual cognition of social workers who uses this concept as a professional are scarce. After analyzing the data using Q methodology, the result shows that social workers' major cognitive types on consumerism perspective consists of four types; Empowerment type, Market-mechanism type, Multi-opening type and Traditional-value type. These types are classified by the dimension of 'specific/extended', 'traditional/reformative' and 'instrumental/autotelic'. This result will attribute to develop consumer-intimate policy, practice program and professional training program and to give facilities for lucid communication among policy, practice field, theory and movement in social welfare for disabled as it materializes the explicit conception of consumerism that is understood ambiguously in Korea.

This papers reviews the concept of happiness which has begun to be widely used in many fields. The concept of happiness is extensively examined within the analytical concept of subjective well-being. Three components of subjective well-being are clearly summarized in the paper. In addition, related questionaries measuring those components are provided from the most widely accepted in the study of happiness. The role of two factors such as income and unemployment in determining individuals' happiness is also discussed.

This qualitative study employed focused group interviews to collect data on the forgetfulness experienced by elderly persons (over the age of 65) who suffer with subjective memory impairment. The participants were ten elderly persons who participated in the cognitive function improvement program at an elderly welfare center in D city. They were divided into three groups that were comprised of three/four people each, and each group was interviewed for 40~60 minutes. The results showed that "difficulties in human relations", "feeling uncomfortable in daily life", "exposure to a safety risk", "inexpressible ambivalence" and "family effort to overcome forgetfulness" were all expressed in the interviews. The elderly who participated in this study and who complained of subjective memory impairment had both feelings of anxiety and anxiety about non-dementia, and they were making efforts to overcome forgetfulness themselves. Based on this study, we suggest that interventions should be developed that reflect the individual needs of elderly people with subjective memory impairment.

본 고에서는 홀의 음향측정에서 지금까지 주로 사용되고 있는 물리변수들을 추출하여 물리실험을 행한 후 이 결과치와 심리실험 결과를 상호분석하여 어떠한 홀에 대한 최종적인 판단은 무대의 연주자나 청중에 의하여 판단되어지고 있는 것을 감안하여 주관적 반응과 상관이 높은 물리량을 얻고자함에 있다.

조건부 대체 알고리즘 (CRA: Conditional Replenishment Algorithm)은 융합형 3DTV 서비스에서 부가정보를 전송함으로써 수신기에서의 화질을 개선하는 방법이다. 이 알고리즘은 비용함수를 도입함으로써 가변크기의 처리단위 (PU: Processing Unit) 마다 최적의 모드를 결정하는데, 이 과정에서 시공간적 인접 PU 사이에 모드의 불연속이 발생하는 경우에 블록화 또는 플리커링 현상 등 주관적 화질을 저하시키는 문제가 생길 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모드를 결정하는 과정에서 시간적으로 연속적인 PU 사이의 상관성을 고려함으로써 플리커링 현상을 방지하는 기법을 제안하고 모의실험을 통해 주관적 화질이 향상됨을 보였다.

This study aimed to analyze the influence relations by applying Q methodology to five-star hotel restaurants' culinary staffs through the research on the subjectivity of five-star hotels' restaurant menu promotion on culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion. This paper largely suggested two research questions like following. Research Question 1: How is the acceptance type of culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion regarding five-star hotels' restaurant promotion? Research Question2: What are the homogeneous characteristics and the implications shown in the acceptance type of culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion regarding five-star hotels' restaurant promotion? In the results of typological analysis based on such research questions, total three types were drawn. In detail, the type1(N=13)(Active personal development type), the type2(N=10)(Normal menu pursuit type), and type3(N=2(Enterprise development pursuit type) showed distinctive characteristics to each other. Researching five-star hotels' culinary staffs' subjective cases, this study could not comparatively analyze diverse cases. Also, in the future, the follow-up research aims to gradually conduct more diversified and objective analysis by developing more detailed questions and analysis method of Q methodology.
