창업가의 주관적 경력성공이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 연구에서는 창업가의 역량을 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신으로 설정하여 창업기업의 성과와의 영향관계에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 특히, 최근 늘어나는 실업율과 정부의 창업지원 정책의 핵심대상군인 청년들을 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 일반적으로 청년창업이 어려운 이유 중 하나는 시장이나 사업에 대한 경험이 상대적으로 부족한 청년들이 실무적인 지원 및 실패에 대한 안전장치 없이 창업을 시작한다는데 있다. 하지만 창업교육을 통해 간접경험을 높이고 청년들이 가지고 있는 장점인 새로운 시각과 유연한 사고방식을 충분히 활용한다면, 실패에 대한 확률을 줄이고 혁신기업을 만들 수 있는 가능성은 더 높을 수 있다 하겠다. 최근 몇 년간 정부는 대학생을 포함한 청년층에게 창업 초기자금을 지원하여 청년창업의 활성화에 많은 노력을 해왔지만, 이러한 지원들은 대부분 창업을 시작하는 초기단계에 집중이 되어있다. 창업은 그 성공률이 3~4% 남짓으로 쉽지 않은 일이지만, 그래도 이러한 초기단계의 지원들은 청년들이 창업시장에 많은 참여를 할 수 있는 동인이 되고 있다. 또한, 청년들이 시장에서 자신의 아이디어를 실험하고 사업화하며 혁신을 이루어가는 창업의 과정은 훗날 그들에게 훌륭한 경험과 경력이 될 것이다. 경험을 통한 자신의 경력에 대한 주관적인 평가는 개인의 삶과 업무에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치게 되기 때문에, 청년들의 이러한 경험들은 우리사회에 지속으로 긍정적인 가능성을 만들어 줄 것이다. 본 연구는 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하기 위한 분석을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 창업기업들이 성장을 위해서 개인이 가지고 있는 경력과 경험에 대한 활용을 높여야 하는 근거를 도출하였다. 이러한 근거 도출을 위해 창업가의 경력에 대한 중요성과 업무능력과의 관계에서 영향을 주는 요인을 가설로 설정하였고 이에 대한 검증을 통하여 주관적 경력에 대한 중요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주 목적은 첫째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 요인에 대하여 실증 분석하여 학문적 체계를 마련하고, 둘째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 요인을 통계적 방법을 통해 찾아내어 창업지원정책의 평가시스템 개발에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다.

A Study on Success Factors of Marine Special Economic Zone (해양경제특구의 성공 요인)

  • Recently, it has been emphasized that 'marine special economic zone' need to be designated and developed. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyse on successful growth factors of 'marine special economic zone'. This study deals with the terms of three connection success factors which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the three successful growth factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.11 score) are scored at the most ones of the three successful growth factors, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score). with a government policy factors(3.72 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to enhance competitiveness of 'marine special economic zone' through as follows, a firm's subjective factors : (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to promote customer service, (3) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (4) to enhance competitiveness through standing in a trio of connection growth model. And, the next, we have to enhance competitiveness of 'marine special economic zone' through considering a industrial environment factors, that is, sustainable growth of marine industry, clustering of marine industry, expansion of infrastructure, etc., and a government policy factors, that is, leading law improvement and policy of leading 'marine special economic zone' designation and development, etc.,

The Analysis on Promotion factors of Air Cargo Transportation in East-South Area (동남권 항공화물 활성화 요인 분석)

  • This study deals with the terms of three connection factors that promote air cargo transportation in the east-south area: a firm's subjective factors, industrial environment factors, and governmental policy factors. According to the analysis results, a firm's subjective factors (4.48) scored highest of the three promotion factors, followed by industrial environment factors (4.20) and government policy factors (3.88). Therefore, it is important to promote to air cargo transportation in the east-south area a firm's subjective factors (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (3) to enhance aviation route development, and (4) to enhance business ability of airlines and forwarders. Next, air cargo transportation should be promoted in the east-south area by considering industrial environment factors and government policy factors.

A Study on the Effects of Employee Value Proposition and the Importance of Job Rotation on the Subjective Career Success (호텔 종사원의 직원가치와 직무순환 중요도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effects of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and the impotance of a job rotation system on the subjective career success. The total 379 samples were surveyed from employees engaging in domestic hotel enterprises located in Seoul using convenient sampling method. The result of this research is as followings. First, EVP has total 5 factors('career development,' 'affiliation,' 'work environment,' 'work content' and 'pay & reward') and job rotation has total 3 factors('individual capacity improvement,' 'procedural justice,' and 'career development'). Second, the results of hypotheses test using a series of multiple regression analysis indicate that EVP factors including 'career development,' 'affiliation,' 'work environment,' and 'work content' influence subjective career success. However, EVP factor of 'pay & reward' does not influence subjective career success. Similarly, EVP factors excluding 'pay & reward' affect a job rotation system. Lastly, a job rotation system positively affects subjective career success. Based on the analysis results, we could draw the importance of the non-financial reward instead of financial reward in the perception of employees' subjective career success. As a research implication, the importance of the creative organization culture was suggested in the conclusion section.

The Structural Relationship Between the Middle Aged Office Employees' Physical·Cognitive, Psychological, and Social Factors and Successful Aging (중장년 사무직 근로자의 신체적·인지적, 심리적, 사회적 요인과 성공적 노화 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify between the successful aging-related predictive factors and the successful aging in the middle aged office. The predictive factors of successful aging such as subjective health condition, cognitive functions, self-esteem, and social support were confirmed by the existing literature. The population of the study was the middle aged office employees, who are generally defined an age group from 40 to 60. The sample of this study was targeted to employees working at companies registered to securities, KSDAQ, and KONEX in Korea. SPSS WIN 23.0 and AMOS 21.0, and M-plus 6.12 were used for the data analysis. The findings of this study were presented below. First, the result of the structural relationship between the predictive factors of successful aging (subjective health condition, cognitive function, self-esteem, and social support) and successful aging was appropriate as RMSEA=.059, TLI=.932, CFI=.944. Second, subjective health condition and social support were significant variables for successful aging but cognitive function and self-esteem were not significant. Third, social support, which is a social factor, was the most influential among other variables. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications were presented.

The Effects of Perceived Health and Ageism Experience on Successful Aging (주관적 건강 및 노인차별경험이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of perceived health and ageism experience of the elderly on successful aging, which were respectively presumed as predictors of biomedical model and psychosocial model of the successful aging. As important research results, firstly, negligence among ageism experience constructs appeared higher than other discriminatory experiences. Secondly, male showed significantly higher discriminatory experience than female in the area of 3 constructs such as property, negligence and employment ageism. Also there were some different discriminative experiences in the area of perceived health and ageism in terms of age, wealth and education. Finally, the results of hierarchical multiple regression hired to find out factors influencing successful aging showed that the factors such as sex, wealth, perceived health and property discrimination of ageism affected successful ageing. Based on the analytic results, we verified that perceived health, i.e., predictor of biomedical model had higher effect on successful aging than ageism experience, i.e., predictor of psychosocial model of successful aging. Thus, it was suggested that health promotion policy should be considered with priority and also combating ageism as well for successful aging.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze subjective and objective factors for the successful operation of One-Person Creative Firms and find significant variables in accordance with the sales and net profit that are representing business performances. Additionally, we were trying to find that what One-Person Creative Firms have had a government assistance need the supports in order to achieving a good performance in sales and net profit. In the result of this study, the sales volume is related that two(2) subjective(Judgment, Planning) and four(4) objective factors(Patent Application, Patent Registration, Business Duration, Initial Capital). The net profit is related that Challenging Spirits in subjective factors and Run-up to the Business, Business Duration, Initial Capital in objective factors. Ultimately, these factors are important variables for the sales and net profit in relationship both the positive(+) and negative(-). This is an exploratory nature of the study rather than the rigorous hypothesis testing. Therefore, a rigorous hypothesis test study model to derive a more detailed study is needed based on the results of this study in the future.

Influencing Factors on Successful Aging of Middle and Old Aged Men (중·노년층 남성의 성공적 노화 영향요인)

  • Purpose: This study is to verify and analyze the influencing factors of successful aging with social support, self-efficacy, community environment and subjective health status on middle and old aged men. Methods: The survey was performed to the men between the ages of 50 and 79 in Seoul and Kyunggi province, Korea. 144 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 program. Stepwise multiple regression was used to identify significant predictors of successful aging. Results: The most influencing factor for successful aging was social support, the second was self-efficacy, the third and the fourth was community environment and subjective health status. This regression model explained 56.7% of the variance in successful aging. Conclusion: The result shows that these variables should be considered in intervention and program of successful aging for middle and old aged men. It can be an important consideration in enhancing promoting care and welfare for the successful aging.

A Study on Success Factors of Online Game Using AHP (AHP를 이용한 온라인게임 성공요인에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, the Online Game industry has appeared the various change of the development environment in the rapid growth. So the online game company has been trying to search games able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the process from development to distribute for the online game through collecting opinions of specialist and taking survey to people employed in online game development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and make out success factors for the online games. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the limit of using it to the company planning to develop successful games objectively.
