낙후된 도시를 정비하는 방법으로 새로이 등장한 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업은 전면철거방식인 주택재개발사업이내 공동주택 건설방식과 비교하여 지역주민의 재정착 비율이 높고, 기존 도시 조직을 고려하며 점진적으로 개발할 수 있는 기성시가지 정비수법으로 주목받아 왔다. 또한 지역의 침체된 경제를 활성화시키고 황폐화된 구시가지를 회복시키기 위하여 정부에서는 도시의 새로운 경쟁력을 찾고 지역 주민의 삶의 질을 보장하기 위해 지역 주민의 삶의 질을 보장하기 위해 지역 커뮤니티를 근간으로 하는 도시재생사업을 추진하게 되었다. 효과적인 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업을 위해서는 주민참여가 중요하며, 현재에 이르러서는 필수적인 요건이 되었고, 도시계획 역시 주민과 함께 하는 방향으로 변화하게 되었다. 이에 따라 GIS도 주민과 같은 비전문가의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 도구로 확대되어 활용되고 있다 하지만, 현행 주민참여 방식은 형식적인 수단에 불과하며, 주민 참여도를 높일 수 있는 획기적인 방법은 아직도 연구해야할 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티의 재생을 목적으로 하는 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업에서 능동적 주민참여를 좀 더 효율적으로 이끌어 내고자 사업정보제공서비스, 주민의사반영 서비스, 쌍방향적 의견교환서비스, GIS 서비스를 제공하는 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 앱 기반 PPGIS 모델을 제안하였다. 최근 스마트폰의 보급률이 급증함에 따라 스마트폰의 활용은 주민들의 관심과 참여 비율의 변화를 크게 가져올 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 스마트폰의 앱 기반 PPGIS 모델은 정책결정자, 전문가 그리고 주민이 서로의 생각을 교환하고 이해하는데 또 다른 유용한 의사소통 도구가 되어 주민의 참여도를 높여 줄 것이라 기대된다 특히, 스마트폰을 많이 사용하고 있는 젊은층의 흥미를 유발하여 참여도가 낮은 젊은층의 참여도를 높이는데 기여할 것이라 여겨진다,

The study was intended to suggest the design alternatives and guidelines of village community center as a common living space for the elderly in rural area. First, two design alternatives were derived from the previous research which examined the conditions and old persons' needs of village community center. Then, the design guidelines were proposed on the basis of the previous research and the elderly's evaluation for those two alternatives. The subjects were 85 old residents who were more than 60 years old and lived in rural area in Gyungnam. The interview was carried out using a questionnaire, models, and isometrics of two alternatives. The subjects evaluated positively both of two alternatives. The design guidelines of village community center were derived as follows: Both of two alternatives can be used as a model of village community center. The dining and living space in the center should be opened and large. Both of indoor and outdoor toilet should be arranged in village community center. Also, each toilet for man and woman should be separated.

The purpose of this study was to prepare for developing rural house remodeling techniques utilizing the traditional residence factor. The study was carried out through both literature research and on-site research. The traditional residence space factors were identified through literature research and on-site research was carried out through analysis of the rural house remodeling cases. The results of this study was as follows ; 1) Traditional space factors were derived by literature research i. e. space arrangement (topography, direction, plane arrangement), exterior factors; walls, madang, interior factors; roofs, ondol, floors, colours. 2) The traditional residence factor utilizations of remodeling were applied a result through investigation case and analysis. Five rural houses in Namsa village, Danseong-myeon, Sangcheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-Do were analyzed as remodeling cases including traditional residence factors. There were limitation of budget problems and material selection in the traditional residence factor utilizations of remodeling. The researchers have chosen target rural houses which applied for traditional residence factors to remodel the rural houses, and the most important factor to consider was harmony with rural unique characteristics. The researchers suggested considerations should be placed on development with energy savings and convenience in rural house remodelling.

농촌 지역의 토지를 계획 관리하는 새로운 방안의 하나로서 토양의 잠재 생산력과 주거를 고려하여 대상지구(경기도 안성군 죽산면)의 토지 이용 방향을 분석하였다. 지리정보시스템(소프트웨어 ARC/INFO)을 이용하여 토지이용계획의 분석과정을 객관화하고, 논과 밭, 주거지에 대한 토지의 적합성을 분석하여 5등급으로 분류하여 제시하였다. 그리고, 토지 용도의 적합성 구분은 농촌 지역의 개발계획을 수립하는 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

In Korea, open spaces of urban housing do not serve residents as "regular living areas". We carried out research on the "streets" of urban housings in that the meaning of traditional "streets", playing roles which are not only means of passage but also boundary of life, cannot include present meaning of "streets" of the urban housing. This research is to propose the direction of planning Community Streets for the recovery of the public- and communal urban housing's streets, researching the present employment condition of Community Streets that were prepared recently. Working with 3 complexes which have been completed since 2000, We studied the present employment condition and planned signification, according to the conditions of their surroundings, the physical conditions of Community Streets, and the relationship among main apartment buildings, open spaces, and facilities. From this study, We came up with several suggestions that can present the planning line of Community Streets. Therefore this research is to create the Community Streets for the activity of the streets, the recovery of the community, and improvement of ambulatory environment.

Nowadays living space has been small-sized due to a rise in the standard of living, change of recognition on the increase of housing for the singles, and frequent movements of duty place, etc. and the furnitures naturally evolved assembly and multi-functionality. However, it retuned with an economic charge in the consumers and lost the uniformity in a small-sized living space as well since the furniture depended on the each miscellaneous household goods or products and came to be used. Hereupon it was demanded the system where the various furnitures are to fit to here. This study aimed at this point firstly examined a new environment change which it follows till a small living space is demanded through lots of literature, after understanding the concept of the system furniture, I classified expressive types of system furniture in modern environment and analyzed the design quality and characteristics in it by selecting well-known furniture magazines inside and outside of the country and extracting and analyzing system furniture images which are recorded in advertisements or articles. The objective of this study is to present MMC(Multi Modular Coordination, a system furniture design based on this analysis that inquiring the problems with function, structure, assembly which other existing system furnitures are facing enabled to apply a basic data in unit-module planning and by sampling embodiment modeling by uses.

이 논문은 『임원경제지(林園經濟志)』 제14지 『이운지(怡雲志)』의 1권 「형비포치(衡泌鋪置)」에 수록된 향촌의 주거환경 조성에 관한 서유구(徐有榘, 1764~1845)의 구상을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. '임원경제' 기획 실천을 위한 토대인 향촌의 주거 공간은 서유구가 『임원경제지』를 통해 지향한 바를 관찰할 수 있는 중요한 단서로서, 본고에서 논의하고자 하는 <원림·간소(園林·澗沼)>는 「형비포치」를 구성하는 네 부분 중 두 번째 주거환경 및 조경을 과 관련된 내용이다. 서유구는 <원림·간소(園林·澗沼)>를 통해 당시 문인들 사이에 이상적 정원에 대한 영감을 준 정도로 이해되었던 명말 유민 황주성의 「장취원기」를 조선적 풍수관에 입각해 해독하고, 장취원의 내용으로부터 배운 이상적 주거환경 조건을 조선의 향촌 주거에 실제 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 방법을 제안하고 있다. 본고에서 고찰한 서유구의 중국문헌에 대한 접근 방식과 이를 통해 배운 내용을 조선에 적용하는 태도는 『임원경제지』<예언(例言)>에서 천명한 '조선만을 위한 내용을 채록한다'라는 『임원경제지』 저술의 목표를 보여주는 일례이자 서유구의 지향을 알아 볼 수 있는 중요성을 띠고 있다.

The construction of settlement house in a permanent rental housing development area started between 1989 and 1992, planning of supplying two hundred fifty thousand residences, settlement house became compulsory as a welfare facilities. As a part of Welfare program for low income families, number of settlement housing increased dramatically, also domiciliary welfare center was beginning to set up as a branch of settlement housing to strengthen its service towards families and local communities, thus numerous social welfare organizations play a crucial part in resolving a welfare problem for low income families while satisfying local community's needs. However, despite of these efforts, the number if institutions cannot handle demand of local community's needs and number of welfare institution programs. as a solution, the alternation of space is being used, however, it did not solve basic problem, even worsen in terms of space efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of physical and intangible assets, and to analyze the use of planning in a new cultural space creation project areas. For this study, literature survey, filed survey and participant observation methods were used for data collection. The results were as follows. 1) The project's characteristics had a variety of space utilization's scope. It was to emphasize the organizations and participants in the human side. 2) There are the pumping stations, mokgammak, mills, barbershops, marketplaces etc in physical assets, and it was worth the historic or agricultural facility. 3) The using plans of three kinds in hardware facilities, software programs, human ware(human abilities)are linked to each other organically. 4) The problems in the project's process include the administrative and institutional factors rather than planning matters.

스마트 홈은 유비쿼터스 환경을 가정 내에 실현하여 생활환경의 지능화, 환경친화적인 주거생활, 삶의 질 혁신을 추구하는 주거공간을 만들고자 하는 목표를 가지고 있다. 이러한 목표에 더 가까이 접근하기 위한 연구 및 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나, 현재의 홈 네트워크 시스템은 서로 다른 사용자의 특성을 고려하지 않고 단일화된 서비스만을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에 있는 GPS, Accelerometer, System Log 등의 정보를 활용하여 더 지능적인 서비스를 제시하고, 스마트 홈의 상황을 사용자가 좀 더 쉽게 파악하고 관리할 수 있도록 스마트폰 기반의 모니터링 및 제어 서비스를 제공한다.
