주거환경개선사업이후 주거 환경 변화에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 주거환경개선사업의 물리적 환경 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes in Residential Environments after Residential Environments Improvement Projects)

  • This research aims at analyzing the changes in residential environment after a residential environment improvement project focusing on the analysis into the physical environment of a residential environment improvement project, and examining in what direction the changes by residents' own efforts occurred after public support, such as infrastructure. The present residence development method has become different from the previous pulling down method and is focused on regeneration. By examining in what direction the target residence is being changed because of the development by residents' own efforts after the government's public investment at this time, this study also aims at investigating the direction to develop a guideline for residential improvement for later improvement of deteriorated residence. As for the contents of the analysis, changes in public support, such as infrastructure, and other areas after the residential environment improvement project were compared and analyzed from the land use, street system, and condition of buildings before the residential environment improvement project through field survey, geographic information system(GIS), registered land and building data and so on. The biggest change since the support from the government was that at the beginning of the project, the application of special provision of building laws and different financial supports led to lots of newly built buildings. Since then, their number has decreased rapidly, and in most cases, there have been some changes in part, such as changes in the use of land or repair of disposal tanks. Most newly built buildings were multi-household houses, and it has caused road capacity and parking lot capacity, etc., to be exceeded, which has worsened the pleasantness of the living environment. In addition, other problems have also appeared, for example, the lack of residence supporting facilities yet with a higher level of residential density. Regarding the changes in the residential environment after the residential environment improvement project, maintenance of houses were conducted in some degree as diverse alleviation policies to improve poor residence, yet the absence of the guideline for the direction of developing the whole district has made the residence environment more dense and deteriorated. To solve these problems, in advance to a residential improvement project, specific management methods based on short-, mid- and long-term plans for the direction of development by residents' own efforts and a sustainable guideline seem to be necessary.

노인을 위한 주거환경계획 의식에 관한 연구 - 노인생애체험센터를 방문한 예비디자이너를 중심으로 - (Perception on Residential Environment Planning for Seniors among University Students visited Aging Simulation Center)

  • Due to the rapid increasing in the aged population, it calls for social countermeasures urgently. Especially, there are increasing needs of space environment to support physical and spiritual characteristics of elderly. When designing space environment including house, there are growing consideration for elderly and extending appreciation of aging. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception on environment planning for the seniors among university students who majoring in Housing & Interior Design and who visited the Aging Simulation Center located in Seoul. The Aging Simulation Center gives a chance of space design to support the elderly based on the experiences of daily living for the designers who design environment for elderly. Questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain data from 93 university students in their 20s majoring in housing and interior design who visited the Aging Simulation Center. The research findings showed that the recognition for design elements of residential environment for the elderly of respondents was changed toward positive way after visiting the Aging Simulation Center. The Aging Simulation Center was an effective educational environment for the preliminary designers to understand aging and the importance of appropriate design for users' needs. That is, aging simulation space can improve recognition of necessity of universally designed environment to support the elderly. Handrails around bathtub and wash basin, stair slope, electric auto-level controlled kitchen counter and kitchen cabinet were especially perceived for the respondents as very essential design elements to support the aged.

  • 주거지에서의 지속가능성은 어메니티, 거주성, 건강 등의 주제와 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 지속가능성의 개념은 도시성장관리, 도시재생, 뉴 어바니즘, 압축개발, 스마트성장, 질좋은 주거환경의 개념과 상통하는 개념으로 사용되고 있다. 거주성능관리시스템(RPMS)은 다양한 도시성능을 판단하고 평가할 수 있는 시스템으로, 도시관련 계획가나 관리자의 측면에서도 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서울시정개발연구원에서 개발한 거주환경의 질 지표를 주거지의 지속가능성 지표로하여 RPMS를 이용한 평가가능성을 과 적용방안을 모형으로 제시하였다.

  • The concept of universal design has become an essential requirement for environmental design, due to the growing population of the aged, and the increasing needs of people with disabilities. This study aims to propose a universal design guideline for apartment housing units that can be adapted to both a general household and a household with elderly or disabled individuals. This design process encompasses literary reviews, and includes the measurements of the dimensions and facilities of currently available apartment housing. The three domestic universal guidelines were reviewed, and a universal design checklist for apartment housing units was developed. Afterward, the individual elements and inclusive factors of universal design, for apartment housing units, were collected and examined according to the each functional space within the home. The results and conclusions are as follows: 1) The factors of universal design are diversified by the division of the functional spaces within the home, such as the private space, the work space and the entertaining space. 2) Due to the lack of space and storage, wheelchairs cannot be used in most currently available apartment types; this problem can be resolved by applying flexibility and optional adaptation. The solutions for the above are additional design factors that will enable more convenient usage and elaborate design.

  • This study is lately stand on the basis of the importance for global warming and environment and accept changes of the paradigm of the 21st century. also it is to start architecturial access that suggest to solutions about environment, energy and health problems in high-rise residential architecture that lately the importance for global warming and environment. Spacially since 1990, high-rise residential architecture has developed into increase rapidly, and nowdays, this has become one of the new residence type. but this have diverse problems. For this reason, this building faced neccessary to improve living space and obtain to eco-friendiness and sustainability. Therefore, this study is focused to environment-friendly architectural certification in Korea and other countries, aims to suggest planning and technical elements from this system. Through 11 cases of high-rise residential architecture certified sustainable certification system, this study drew out tendency and charateristics of main strategy elements. These analysis will express informations of current level and also suggest to direction for improvement in quality of high-rise residence.

주거지 내 초등학교의 범죄안전성 분석과 계획방안 (Crime Prevention Analysis and Design Guideline of the Elementary School in Urban Residential Blocks)

  • Recently the crime against elementary school students has been rapidly increasing. Under these circumstances, this study is to analyze the basic principles of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) for the elementary school in urban residential area, and suggest some planning and design guidelines. Among 59 elementary schools in Pyongchon, Bundang, and Pangyo new towns, 11 distinctive schools were selected for analysis study. School cases were investigated comparatively from the viewpoints of visibility, securing of observers, activity support and reinforced territoriality on the basis of theoretical crime prevention concepts. The analysis adopts various methods including theoretical research, field study, observation, and examination of plan. Some of findings of this analysis are as follows. Most of schools rely on the mechanical and physical devices such as CCTV, gate control, or walls, which are considered to be quite passive measures and ineffective for the crime prevention. Other effective methods such as offering school facilities to the public or public space sharing with surrounding residents, for the protection of crimevulnerable students by public eyes. Therefore, in order to prevent crimes effectively, it is urgently required to analyze the environments around and in the school, and to improve physical conditions on the basis of CPTED principles.

고령화사회의 주거환경 계획방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Planning Direction of Living Environment for the Aged)

  • Personalities. human relations. living patterns. and so on of the aged have been moulded respectively for a long period of time and their present situation of health. family make-up. economic condition etc. are different individually. Various characteristics - physiological. psychological and social peculiarities - of the aged are analyzed and studied in preceding paper to grope planning factors of architectural spaces by referring to sundry records from many branch gerontology, medical science. psycology. sociology. etc. - of knowledge in a position of architectural planning. So. in this paper. the directions of planning residential environment for the aged are studied on the base of those planning factors of architectural spaces. there are room(X$_1$). unit home(X$_2$), public housing(X$_3$), residential district(X$_4$) as dwelling spaces for the aged in X axis and safety(Y$_1$). hygiene(Y$_2$). convenience (Y$_3$), comfortableness (Y$_4$). psychology ($Y^5$), aesthetics ($Y^6$). society ($Y^7$). economy ($Y^8$) as the terms desired to spaces in Y axis. And the directions of planning residential environment for the elderly are studied by discussing mutual matters relevant to the subject on the cells of matrix formed by X. Y axis. In planning residential environment for the elderly. their physiological. psychological. social characteristics should be considered thoroughly and many types of dwelling spaces should be built. Then they can take up their abode to suit their conditions easily.

주거환경 계획을 위한 거주자 요구 조사 -김해시를 중심으로- (The Dwellers Opinions about their Preferred Element of Designs for Housing in order to Enhance the Level of Housing Environment)

  • This study was designed to know the dwellers opinions about their preferred element of for housing in order to enhance the level of environment through better housing plan. The main tasks of investigation were to: (1) determine the preferred elements of design for housing. (2) determine the usage of outdoor space dwellers prefer, (3) ascertain what kinds of management program and public facilities dwellers need. The sample, of 450 dwellers, was selected from the apartments in Kimhae. In complete questionnaires were not used in the analysis of data, thus, the total research sample consisted of 400 dwellers. The questionnare was developed by the researcher for this study. Data were collected during June 1996. Respones from 400 dwellers were processed by SAS package program using frequency counts, percentages and x2 to analyze the data. The major findings were: (1) that size of house, number of bed room, number of bath room, housing type that they want were significantly different according to the characteristic of the dwellers, (2) they preferred in individual heating system to the centralized heating system of the compound, and the preferrence differed significantly in accordance with what system they are using now, (3) they wanted to have more green zone than enlarging childrens' play ground or parking lot, (4) about the management program and public facilities they wanted, there was no significant difference according to the characteristic of the dwellers.

인간 친화적 로봇 상호작용을 위한 집사 로봇의 작업 관리 시스템 (A Task Planning System of Steward Robot for Human-friendly Human-Robot Interaction)

  • 한국과학기술원 인간친화복지로봇 연구센터에서 개발 중인 ISH(Intelligent Sweet Home)는 다양한 서비스 로봇 및 인간-기계 인터페이스(HMI:Human-Machine Interface)를 통해서 노약자 및 장애인의 일상 생활을 도와 줄 수 있는 지능형 주거 공간이다. ISH에서는 홈네트워크를 통해 연결된 가전 기기 및 환경 정보 취득이 가능한 센서 장비, 그리고 지능형 침대, 휠체어, 이동 보조 로봇 등이 거주자가 독립 생활을 영위할 수 있도록 여러 가지 서비스를 제공한다. 하지만 노약자 및 장애인의 관점에서 서비스 양의 증가뿐만 아니라, 이를 쉽고 편하게 운용할 수 있는 서비스 질의 측면 또한 중요하게 고려하여야 한다. 이러한 이유 때문에, ISH에서는 집사 로봇(steward robot)의 개념을 도입하여 거주자와 복잡한 시스템의 효율적인 매개체로 사용하고 있다. 사용자의 편의를 추구하기 위한 공학적인 접근방법 중의 하나로, 본 논문에서는 집사 로봇의 작업 계획 기능에 대해서 설명하도록 한다. 작업 계획 시스템을 이용하여, 집사 로봇은 사용자의 상위 레벨 명령을 해석하여 각 로봇 또는 제어 가능 개체들을 제어하게 된다. 제안하는 시스템은 STRIPS(STanford Research Institute Problem Solver) 상태 표현 방법과 그래프계획(Graphplan) 방법에 기반하여 작업 계획을 수행한다. 또한 작업 계획 속도를 증가 시키기 위하여 공간 추상화(world abstraction)와 하위 목표 계획(subgoal planning)의 개념을 적용하였다. 그리고 ISH에서 정의된 시나리오를 이용한 상위 레벨 명령을 통해 제안된 시스템의 효용성을 검증하도록 한다.

  • 주택의 공급은 도시화 현상과의 밀접한 관계를 통해 이해될 수 있다. 많은 도시들이 산업화와 도시화의 과정을 통해 도시에 인구가 집중하고 주거의 질이 저하하며 주택의 부족으로 인해 주택공급을 위한 제도와 정책들을 시행하여 왔다. 네덜란드의 경우 도시에 인구가 집중하던 시기에 주거환경개선을 위하여 1901년 주택법을 제정하였고 이후 주거공급의 확대를 위한 여러 가지 노력을 기울이게 된다. 이러한 과정을 통해 정립된 네덜란드 집합주거 주거유형의 배경에 대하여 이해하고 로테르담과 암스테르담의 현대 집합주택의 계획적 적용 단계를 분석해본다. 한편 서구사회의 경험을 통하여 공동주택의 비중이 계속적으로 늘어가고 있는 우리 사회에서 공동주택 주거유형에 대한 문제를 어떻게 바라보아야 할지 고찰해본다.
