Housing for the elderly should be planned on the base of elder's needs and preferences as well as their physical, emotional, and socio-psychological characteristics. This study examined the interior style of bedroom and living room the elderly preferred and these preferences are significantly different depending on their characteristics and cognitive ages, or not. This study was carried out by face to face interview with a questionnaire and 6 colored printed 3D images. The subjects were 202 old aged who lives in Busan. The interior style of bedroom and living room were classified into 3 styles; Korean traditional style, Western classical style, and modern style. The subjects made a choice their preferred interior style among three 3D images per each room and answered the reasons. Also, they answered their cognitive ages and general characteristics, and their preferences for the layout of living room-dining room-kitchen, use pattern, floor finishes, and furniture of bedroom and living room. The results were as follows; 1) The subjects preferred bed in bedroom and sofa in living room. Also, they wanted to finish the floor of bedroom and living room by using synthetic material, traditional floor paper, and wood. 2) The elderly preferred Western classical style of bedroom. The reasons were general mood such as warm, comfort, or bright, and the color. 3) These preferred styles were not any significant differences according to their characteristics and cognitive ages. 4) They preferred Korean traditional style, Western classical style, and modern style, in order. They preferred them for their general mood and window. 5) Their preferred styles were significantly different according to their housing types and cognitive ages.

셀프 인테리어와 '온라인 집들이' 열풍은 DIY 문화의 확산, 1인 가구의 증가, SNS를 통한 이미지 공유의 증가 등 다양한 문화 현상의 교차 지점에 위치한다. 본 연구는 대표적인 인테리어 정보 공유 및 커머스 플랫폼인 '오늘의 집'에 게시된 온라인 집들이의 구체적 예시를 통해 청년 1인 가구의 셀프 인테리어에 대해 고찰하였다. 경제적, 공간적, 주거 방식의 제약은 이들의 셀프 인테리어 스타일을 형성하는 데 영향을 미쳤다. 낮고, 단순하며, 가벼운 가구, 작고 저렴한 소품 및 장식들은 '내추럴' 혹은 '모던' 이라고 불리는 스타일로 포장되었다.

Many housing alternatives and design guidelines for the elderly have been suggested along with the rapid increase of old persons. However, most of them focused on the spatial composition and fixtures. They do not address on interior style which affects on interior mood. The interior style is especially important to the elderly who spend most of their time in indoor space, such as housing unit or nursing home. On the base of these backgrounds, the purpose of this study is to examine what interior style of bedroom and living room where the elderly lives are and whether they are significantly different depending on their cognitive ages, or not. The subject were 202 old persons who lived in Busan. Their ages were more than 65 years. They were interviewed by using 3D images of bedroom and living room. Each one consisted of three interior styles; Korean traditional style, Western classical style, and modern style. The results were as followings; The interior style of bedroom and living room which the old persons lived were different depending on the elderly's cognitive ages. The younger the old persons' cognitive ages were, they lived in bedroom or living room of modern style. Also, the older their cognitive ages were, they lived in bedroom or living room of Korean traditional style. These results show that the cognitive age of the old persons affect the characteristics of interior design which they live. Also, it implies that the elderly are not one homogeneous group, but a heterogeneous one.

According to the ROK 2010 census, representatives living arrangement are changing from 4 people per household to 2 people. Increasing number of elderly household and single household, the variety of lifestyles there has been a type of family structure. In this study, 1) through a precedent study review and case analysis to deduct representative group of lifestyle of Korean household. 2) Proposing spatial configuration according to the preferred lifestyle. 3) Deducting residential U-services from which specified from "Ubiquitous City Construction Project Operation Guide (2009)" of the korean Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. 4) Deduct highly expected U-service by each of lifestyle. As a result, spatial configuration and U-Services are proposed by changes of lifestyle which is based on ROK 2010 census.

The current global spread of communal residential culture and the trend of continuing increase of newly built apartment environment are increasing the demand of home network products for each residential space and among households. The continuing advancement of ubiquitous and the introduction and development of home network system are promoting the demand for the product design. The residential culture change and the apartment interior design change are having mutual effects on the lifestyle of residents and the product design and demand new product design. Coordination with interior products, interior style and products, product and fashion design and reconstruction and fusion between the products and their element factors are the core element of this design study. Based on this, integrated design strategy and concept research and analysis were studied for the design process, and have been expressed in three dimension design through which the design functionality and the external aesthetical design can correspond to each other. It's because the aspect of the future development prospect can be predicted in detail by presenting practical design plan.

This study is about finding effects of home appliances to home furnishing. Recently, home appliances go beyond smart by technology development to show design integrated with furniture. Accordingly, this study is First, from the perspective of home furnishing, I examined the meaning of living space for millennial. Second, I investigated home appliances that recently released for millennial, and analyzed appliances trends, focused on product concepts and styling keyword. Third, conducted in-depth interview focusing on four parts : meaning of space, experience of home- furnishing, appliance and interior, feeling of current appliances. Research has shown that design considered space relevance can make home appliances the main of interior. Future studies will need to validate quantified statistical data. Through this study, I hope that will help to set the role and design direction of home appliances in the future.

This paper showed how to apply BIM technology to customized interior design process(CIDP) in order to reduce the heavy workload of stakeholders who are involved in the customized house project. Recently the customers wanted their living space to make a different from others in the field of interior design in particular, therefore, this dissertation focused on the process of the determination of the interior plan through the communication between clients and workers. This thesis indicated the interior design process with IDEF${\emptyset}$ in order to show how many kinds of information workers and expected residents made and shared in the each step of CIDP. BIM in the customized interior design procss is useful to correct drawing errors, help customers' decision-making by showing the 3D model for their own house and decrease the heavy workload of workers concerned by using BIM estimating system.

The demand against the house space of the style which is various increases with to join in and the importance which the color does hold gradually is magnified and color meaning from house space is embossed, diversification the necessity of the color plan which hits to the social change which is turning out is recognized. From the research which it sees the importance recognition against the color plan which is must become accomplished variousfrom house space. It analyzes the color tendency of the apartment model house and it presents it does the guide line of house space color design $2001{\sim}2004$ It was sold in lots from the year Busan area in center, the acreage and the space(the wall/the ceiling, the furniture type, the window and door type and the floor type) it used 'The hue&tone 120 color system' and it grasped to the sincere analysis method and the color use present condition which leads a frequency analysis. When it sees the color analysis result of the research which it sees space especially the color plan period for a discrimination compared to the organic enemy the unity which considers a relationship the crisis which will the plan is become accomplished with the direction for, Magnification feeling or high class of the area it is that it shows the color tendency which is discriminated it was with equilibrium general classification.
