고용량/대면적/초정밀 제품을 지향하는 개발추세에 따라 고진공 펌프중 하나인 크라이오펌프의 활용도가 크게 증가하며 첨단 공정장비인 LCD 분야 등과 같이 수소 분자와 물 분자 등의 배기가 중요한 응용분야에 크라이오펌프의 수요가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 크라이오펌프의 운전성능에 대한 표준절차에 따른 실질적인 측정은 빈약한 편이다. 이에 크라이오펌프의 종합 성능평가 기술 개발을 통해 실질적인 크라이오펌프의 운전성능을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 고진공 펌프중의 하나인 크라이오펌프의 종합 성능평가 표준절차 및 표준시스템에 대해 소개하며, 상용화 제품에 대한 각 회사에서 제시하고 있는 성능지표에 대해 실질적인 측정에 대한 비교분석을 하고자 한다. 또한 가장 중용한 성능지표 중의 하나인 배기속도 측정에 대해 물리적 특징과 구조적 오차에 대한 보정 식들을 제공하고자 한다.

University library is more than just a collection. In other words, it is an access point and gateway to a world-wide information. Therefore, the evaluation of hybrid library and information services should be recognized an essential management activity. The goal of this study is to develope a new evaluation model for Korean university libraries, based on the analysis of existing models and perception level of the shakeholder groups. As result of statistical analysis, the study suggested six evaluation domains, thirty-seven indicators, and the relative importance (weight) and measure criterion.

에듀테인먼트는 여러 가지 소재와 다양한 기술이 결합된 종합적인 예술이라 할 수 있다. 에듀테인먼트에서 사용하는 시각적인 매체와 청각적인 매체에 대한 선호는 주관적인 성향이 강하므로 소프트웨어 품질을 평가하듯이 어떤 기준에 따라 평가하기 어려운 요인이 있으므로 에듀테인먼트용 품질평가는 지표가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 에듀테인먼트를 평가 지표를 개발하고 중학생들에게 인기가 높은 온라인 에듀테인먼트를 대상으로 개발된 평가 지표를 기준으로 평가하고 이를 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to construct the school library consulting supervision model and to develop the evaluation indicators of school libraries in Korea. Individual School library should contribute from school educational objectives to national level educational objectives. When school libraries have accountability, consulting supervision and evaluation for the school library education is needed. School library consulting supervision model was developed with seven components. School library evaluation index is proposed with seventy-two indicators in six categories. Results of the evaluation will be able to take advantage consulting supervision.

최근들어 환경변화가 가속화되고 기업의 환경적응성이 중요해짐에 따라 R&D 활동의 평가과정이 학습의 핵심적인 단계로서 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 또한 R&D 활동에서 결과 중심적 접근, 사업부와의 연계 등이 강조되면서 구체적 R&D 성과평가가 연구관리(R&D management)의 중요한 이슈가 되고있다. 그러나 그동안 R&D 성과평가는 R&D 활동 자체가 불확실성을 가지는 특성으로 인하여 체계적 접근이 이루어지지 못하여 왔으며 최근에 들어 R&D 성과평가 부문이 연구관리 및 기술경영분야의 도전적 연구과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 R&D 성과평가를 어떻게 접근할 것인지에 대한 접근방법과 성과 지표의 내용, 성과지표의 선택 및 개발절차, 향후 연구과제를 중심으로 제시한다. 본 연구의 세부내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간기업 연구개발활동의 성과평가에 적용가능한 평가의 분석틀(framework) 및 관점(perspective)을 제시하였다. 기존 평가모형에 대한 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 종합적, 체계적인 평가분석틀을 도출하고, 측정가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 또한 성과지표들을 다양한 기준에 따라 분류하고 각 분류에 따라 적용가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 둘째, 각 기업별 특성을 고려하고 경영전략과의 연계를 명확히 할 수 있는 구체적인 성과지표를 개발하기 위하여 4단계의 R&D 성과 평가지표 개발절차를 도출하였다. 셋째, 향후연구를 위한 성과평가 연구분야의 주요 연구과제들을 5가지로 정리하여 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to compare and analyse the evaluation or performance indicators for academic libraries suggested at domestic and foreign. For the study, evaluation indicators of the various evaluation models(IFLA, ISO, ALA/ACRL, LA, HEFCE, CERLIM, JUAA, UNICOOP. KLA) was analysized. Evaluation or performance indicators should shed light on inputs and outputs of resource, levels of demand and satisfaction, the library effectiveness, and operating efficiency. There is a great deal of work going on at present, but as yet there is no greed set of indicators that can be across all academic libraries. Therefore, new evaluation indicators for physical and electronic libraries should be developed.

The objectives of the study were to evaluate the aquatic environment of an urban stream using various ecological parameters of biological biomarkers, physical habitat quality and chemical water quality and to develop a "Multimetric Eco-Model" ($M_m$-E Model) for the ecosystem evaluations. For the applications of the $M_m$-E model, three zones including the control zone ($C_Z$) of headwaters, transition zone ($T_Z$) of mid-stream and the impacted zone ($I_Z$) of downstream were designated and analyzed the seasonal variations of the model values. The biomarkers of DNA, based on the comet assay approach of single-cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE), were analyzed using the blood samples of Zacco platypus as a target species, and the parameters were used tail moment, tail DNA(%) and tail length (${\mu}m$) in the bioassay. The damages of DNA were evident in the impacted zone, but not in the control zone. The condition factor ($C_F$) as key indicators of the population evaluation indicator was analyzed along with the weight-length relation and individual abnormality. The four metrics of Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index (QHEI) were added for the evaluations of physical habitat. In addition, the parameters of chemical water quality were used as eutrophic indicators of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and conductivity. Overall, our results suggested that attributes of biomarkers and bioindicators in the impacted zone ($I_Z$) had sensitive response largely to the chemical stress (eutrophic indicators) and also partially to physical habitat quality, compared to the those in the control zone.

This study considered the developing course on evaluation indicators of military library which published in 2007, and applied them to 84 military libraries in 2008. By analyzing the results from applying, this study also tried to find more effective evaluation indicators which are available properly. Through the output analysis of documental evaluation and actual inspection, which performed by ten organizations, on military library, revised and completed 28 indexes of 8 classes-plan, finance, service, collection management etc. and some of their evaluation scales. For accurate, objective evaluation, it is suggested that the navy and the air force libraries which have different military traits have needs for grouping separately from the army libraries, and also proposed to make standard of research on the actual condition for military libraries that can be used in each military line.

우리는 복잡한 현상을 하나의 수치로 표현하는 각종 지표(index)를 생활에서 많이 접하고 있다. 종합주가 지수, 불쾌지수, 소비자 물가지수, 년간 교통사고 건수, 인구 10만명당 교통사고 사망자수 등도 일종의 지표라 할 수 있다. 철도에서도 위험을 평가하는 지표로는 "년간 사고건수", "열차운행 100만-km당 사고건수"와 같이 발생빈도에 초점을 둔 경우와 "년간 사망자수", 혹은 "피해액", "운행지장"과 같이 사고피해에 초점을 둔 경우가 있다. (중략)

국내에서는 수자원 정보화 사업에 일환으로 국가수자원종합정보시스템(WAMIS)을 개발하여 수자원에 관련된 많은 기초 자료 정보를 일반에 공개 제공하고 있으나, 주 이용 계층은 수자원관련 종사자 또는 연구자들이 대부분이다. 국가수자원종합정보시스템에서 제공하는 양질의 수자원 정보를 일반 국민들이 보다 쉽게 이해하고, 이용할 수 있도록 국내에서는 이들 기초자료를 바탕으로 다양한 수자원 지표 및 지수를 개발하였다. 이러한 수자원 관련 지표 및 지수를 개발하기 위해서는 서로 다른 단위와 특성을 가진 자료들을 모아 하나의 지표로 정의하는 과정이 필요하며, 하나의 지표로 정의되기 위해서는 반드시 표준화(normalization)과정이 필요하다. 국내에서 가장 보편적으로 사용하고 있는 방법은 Z-score법이며, 이외에도 가장 단순하고 간단한 방법인 Ranking 법, 자료의 극값(최대값, 최소값)을 이용하는 Re-scaling법, 일정 지표를 기준으로 하는 Distance to a reference country법 등이 있다. 표준화 방법은 각기 다른 장 단점을 가지고 있으며, 그 특성에 따라 정의되는 지표값은 다르게 나타날 수 있기에 지수값의 변화를 야기시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 물이용안전성지수를 이용하여 기존 분석과 다양한 표준화 방법을 이용하여 지표를 산정하였을 때 표준화 방법에 따른 변화를 분석해 보고자 한다. 기존 연구에서 사용된 표준화 방법은 Z-score법이며, 다른 표준화 방법을 적용해 봄으로서 기존 산정 결과와의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 지수를 구성하는 세부지표에 따라 수집되는 기초자료의 단위 및 특성은 다양하기 때문에 적합한 표준화 방법을 찾는 과정은 매우 중요하며, 이는 지표를 보다 정확하게 산정할 수 있도록 한다. 합리적인 표준화 방법을 통해 올바른 지수를 도출할 수 있고 객관적으로 수자원 환경을 평가할 수 있으며, 또한 수자원 계획 및 정책 개발에 있어 중요한 기준으로서 적용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
