ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network)은 종합정보통신망이라 명명되었으며 그 이름에서 내포하듯이 음성정보와 각종 멀티미디어 정보를 함께 보내고 받을 수 있는 통신망이다. 기본적인 서비스인 BRI(Basic Rate Interface)는 2개의 정보채널에 각각 64kbps 속도의 통신 서비스이며 규모 있는 회사에 보급되는 PRI(Primary Rate Interface)는 30개의 정보채널을 제공한다.

세계 인터넷 사용 인구가 급증함에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 여러 형태의 전자상거래가 두드러지게 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 인터넷을 통한 거래가 증가할수록 온라인 거래의 익명성과 비대면성을 이용한 여러 형태의 범죄 및 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 전자상거래의 신뢰성의 문제를 극복하고 여러 가지 사기, 범죄로부터 소비자와 판매자를 보호하는 해결방안의 하나로서 인터넷 에스크로 서비스(Internet Escrow Service)가 그 대안이 될 수 있다. 에스크로 서비스에서는 구매자가 물품 수령을 확인한 후에 판매자에게 대금이 지급되기 때문에 구매자는 안전한 전자상거래 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있고 판매자는 확실한 물품대금지급을 보장 받을 수 있다. 또한 인터넷 에스크로 서비스 사업자(Internet Escrow Service Provider)는 에스크로 서비스를 전자상거래 계약체결 이후에 거래를 원활히 성공시키기 위한 제반 필요 사항들을 종합적으로 제공하는 종합 거래관리시스템 ( Total Transaction Management System)으로 확대, 발전시킬 수도 있다고 사료된다.

최근 전 세계적으로 서비스 산업의 노동력 비중이 늘어나고 서비스업 뿐만 아니라 농업 및 제조업 분야에서도 서비스의 가치 비중이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 최근까지 서비스는 대부분 제공자의 직관과 경험에 의존하여 운영되었기 때문에 서비스의 성과와 고객 만족도는 미미한 수준에 그칠 수밖에 없었다. 이에 따라 서비스의 생산성을 향상시키고 서비스 수준을 혁신하는 방법을 찾는 것이 산업 사회의 주요 현안으로 떠올랐고 이러한 배경 하에 서비스업의 본질을 과학적으로 규명하여 서비스 분야의 혁신을 이루기 위해 경영학, 사회과학, 산업공학 등 여러 분야의 지식을 종합하여 서비스 과학(Services Science)이라는 새로운 학문 분야를 만들려는 움직임이 일기 시작했다. 서비스 과학의 목적은 공급자와 고객 사이에 가치를 창출하는 일련의 과정인 서비스를 보다 과학적인 방법을 통하여 측정하고 예측할 수 있는 것으로 변환시킴으로써 서비스의 미래 가치와 위험을 정량적으로 예측하고 나아가 서비스의 성과와 만족도를 높이는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 U-city 건설에 중추적 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 지리정보시스템(GIS)의 비즈니스 모델을 대상으로, GIS 정보 서비스의 특성을 규명하여 이러한 정보 서비스가 높은 생산성을 갖기 위한 방안으로서 다학제적 관점의 공유를 통해 다양한 학문 분야의 지식을 종합 적용하고 서비스의 특성을 고려하여 직관과 경험이 아닌 과학적인 도구와 방법론을 통해 GIS 정보 서비스를 관리할 것을 제안한다.

An increase of the number of the real time applications and the Internet hosts make the Internet architecture changed. Current Internet architecture has some problems to process the real time traffics. To solve these problem, a new Internet architecture is proposed as the Integrated Service model. In the current Internet, as multicast protocols, the QoS multicast and the best-effort multicast have been studied in their separate network environments. But, the Integrated Service Packet Network is a heterogeneous network composed of the QoS delivery domain and the best-effort delivery domain. Thus, those separated multicast protocols have limitations in an ISPN. In this paper, we propose a multicast protocol for the ISPN with the QoS and the best-effort multicasting, and analyze the performance of this protocol. As a result, we find that the packet losses are same for hybrid multicast and best-effort multicast when the bandwidth is sufficient. But, if there exist some background traffics, the hybrid multicast has less packet loss than of the best-effort multicast.

This study aims to discuss the current status of the ride-sharing platform industry, which embodies the core values of the 4th Industrial Revolution, sharing and connectivity, as well as economic, industrial, and legal issues. To understand the position of competing groups, the research conducted extensive literature reviews on domestic and international cases of technical and legal issues of the sharing economy. The result indicates that the ride sharing industry showed the economy of synthesis in which production, supply, distribution, and consumption are on one platform. It made possible to share values to users and synthesize them with new services through easy-access mobile application technology. To resolve the conflicts between the taxi industry and the ride sharing industry, this study suggests the following: Ride-sharing companies should make contributions to provide legitimate services. The taxi industry needs to understand the value of the new industry and consumers who chose the shared platform service. The significance of the current study is that it proposed a comprehensive analysis and policy direction toward the issue of balance between public and private interests and legal stability.

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to implement the comprehensive linking system centered on identifiers in order to provide seamless academic information services to researchers. To achieve this goal, interviews were conducted with 17 researchers from five centers and one secretariat belonging to KISTI. The contents of the interview are about the establishment and management status of the identifier of the academic information service DB. As a result of the interview, it was found that the identification rate for identifiers such as KOI was high in the case of domestic articles DB, but the identification rate for global identifiers such as ORCID was low in the case of foreign articles DB except for DOI. To solve this problem, this study proposes the council for joint use of a comprehensive linking system to build the comprehensive linking system model centered on identifiers. The joint use council will be organized around domestic academic information distribution institutions, and the council is expected to discover and implement new services through ID linkage by collecting foreign identifiers.
