입법예고된 도서관법시행령 개정령(안)에 대한 각 도서관계의 의견을 수렴하고자 지상공청회에 회부(1,300건)한 결과 396건의 의견서가 접수되었으며, 여기서 제시된 의견을 1988년 3월 12일 제 3차 도서관법시행령 개정심의위원회에서 심의하여 안을 작성하였고, 또 한편으로는 문교부에서도 관계기관과 협의하여 안을 작성하였다. 이를 상호 취합하고 심의하고자 1988년 3월 30일 제4차 도서관법시행령 개정심의위원회를 개최하였는데, 여기서 검토되고 종합평가하여 채택된 안이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the project approach on the thinking faculty improvement of preschoolers. The subjects in this study were 60 preschoolers who were selected from S kindergarten in Gyeonggi Province. After an experimental group and a control group were organized with 30 preschoolers each, the experimental group engaged in project activities that were based on the project approach, and the control group didn't. As a result of making a comparative analysis, the following findings were given. The preschoolers who participated in the project approach were found to excel over the other preschoolers who didn't participate in perceptual thinking, analytic thinking, synthetical thinking, inferential thinking and thinking faculty. Therefore there should be more consideration to the project approach in the sector of early childhood education, since the activities are effective in improving the thinking faculty of preschoolers.

The aim of this research is to overall analyze/classify characteristics of Asian major ports. To achieve this aim, we firstly pointed out critical problems on research methodology and research scope which most of previous research have, from related literature review. In order to overcome those problems, major ports in A냠 were selected by the objective indicators, and both algorithms of AHP(Analytic Hierarchical Process) and FCM(Fuzzy C-Means) that revise weakness in previous clustering method were used. Through these hybrid approach, it were found that only 10 ports of 16 major Asian ports had their own phases in Asian major ports. Those 10 ports were classified into 6 port groups, and also membership degree of each port within the 4 port groups and ranking of each ports seer analyzed. Finally, based on results of these analysis, present status and future direction of Busan port were discussed.

The 「Health Care Workforce Support Act」 was came into effect on 29 October 2019. Health care workforce is the most important national health resource, and the quantity and quality of them is also related to the level of national health care. This study examined the background and major contents of this Act and suggested future improvement by analyzing main issues. Th e Act was enacted to support the health care workforce for their recruitment and better working environment. By stipulating the establishment of the master plan, management of the supply and demand, improvement of working environment for health care workforce, the act contributed to raise the quality of health service and health promotion. Given that the act was developed in consideration to support of health care workers, it has many meanings. However, it is necessary to reexamine the above-mentioned five issues in order to develop the effective law while utilizing the significance of the law for health care workforce support and has to revise as soon as possible.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of integrated pest management (IPM) with 3point 5score microscopic monitoring method for laying farms infected with poultry red mites. A total of 8 laying farms infected with poultry red mites were divided into two treatments: 1) integrated pest management with 3point 5score microscopic monitoring method and 2) normal pest management with 3point 5score microscopic monitoring method. The results revealed that there is no significant difference between the groups with respect to the score of poultry red mites not only regardless of disinfection for the laying farms but also from week 4 to week 20 (P>0.05). However, the farm with IPM had a lower (P<0.05) score than those with the normal pest management method on week 24. Based on the result of the present study, controlling the presence of poultry red mites using IPM, along with consistent monitoring and supplementation using the 3point 5score microscopic monitoring method, is deemed effective in reducing the ultimately targeted infection rate of poultry red mites.
