The rehabilitation facilities for disabled people keeps going to grow with social changes that disabled people are dramatically increasing. This paper try to provide basic concept of the architectural planning for the disabled rehabilitation facilities. To accomplish this purpose this study has analyzed the behavior pattern of user with disabilities. This study has introduced the problem of using space in the rehabilitation and welfare facilities for the disabled and the architectural concept for resolve it. The architectural planning concept appears by barrier-free accessibility, safety for mobility and use, amenity integrated the spatial cognition and flexible structural system.

As we make every effort to improve our health, the needs and interests of the rehabilitation medicine is increasing. And as society gets more advanced and as the quality of life become higher, rehabilitation department will be important for general hospital and we need the certain guidelines about it. In this study, selected 8 general hospitals in the metropolitan area are analyzed by the analysis of drawings and comparison. The important architectural planning of rehabilitation department are the connection with orthopedics and neurosurgery and the position for convenience approach. Rehabilitation department has 0.63~1.07% of general hospital area. And the rehabilitation department is divided into four branches - medical service space, office space, public space and support space. As the number of programs in the rehabilitation department is increasing, the planning will be considered for the flexible use. And this study proposed the programs, necessary spaces, space composition and basic planning of "rehabilitation department".

Inter-floor noise in an apartment building is a serious problem that causes conflicts between tenants. Accordingly, there are various attempts to solve this problem, but it is not easy to find a clear solution. Therefore, in this study, a soundproofing material between floors was developed that can improve the sagging that occurs after construction. And as a result of testing the developed interlayer soundproofing material, both light weight and weight were grade 1. And it was analyzed that maintenance performance could be improved with integrated structural characteristics.

본지에서 소개하고 있는 '한국의 건축가' 기획연재는 그동안 게재 되었던 이희태(95년 3월호 ~ 5월호), 김정수(95년 6월호 ~ 8월호)에 이어 건축가 김수근(1931~1986)에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 이번호부터 소개되는 건축가 김수근편 에서는 그가 태어난 1931년부터 1960년까지의 유년시절과 건축의 수련기(성장배경과 서울의 북촌, 일본에서의 건축교육)를 시작으로 1960년부터 1972년까지의 한국건축의 새로운 이념형을 찾아서(김수근 건축연구소, 한국종합기술개발공사, 인간환경 계획연구소), 공간시대(1972년~1986년)등으로 구분하여 그의 작품세계를 분석ㆍ소개하고자 한다.

병원은 다양한 의료서비스를 제공하기 위해 의료기관 별 운영 전략에 따라 각기 다른 방식으로 운영된다. 특히 종합의료시설은 중증도가 높은 환자를 대상으로 수술이나 입원 등의 의료서비스를 효율적으로 제공하고자 그에 따른 운영 전략이 상이하다. 이러한 병원의 운영방식에 의해 결정되는 건축 역시, 건립 시기, 유형, 중증도에 따른 병원의 규모 등에 따라 시설 수준의 차이가 나타나며 이는 최근 정부에서 요구되는 제도 및 정책의 수용 여부를 결정짓는 중요한 요인이 되기도 한다. 최근 의료법은 기존 의료시설뿐만 아니라 신규 의료시설에 대한 설치 및 운영기준이 강화 추세에 있고, 서울시 또한 공공의료 확충을 위해 감염관리시설이나 필수의료시설 설치를 위한 용적률 인센티브 정책을 추진 중이다. 병원 운영 환경이 상이함에 따라 종합의료시설 설치 및 운영에 대한 인센티브제도의 적용 기준을 일괄적으로 적용하기에는 어렵다. 그러나 공익을 위해서 종합의료시설 인센티브제도를 지속 가능하게 운영하기 위한 객관적이고 합리적인 기준은 반드시 필요하다. 공공의료 기능 확충을 위한 서울시 종합의료시설 지구단위계획 수립·운영 기준은 공공과 민간이 모두 만족하는 의료환경 구축을 위해 매우 깊은 고민이 필요했다. 본 논설은 서울시 공공필요의료시설 확충 제도의 주요 내용과 공공필요의료시설 설치 및 운영 기준에 관해 소개하고자 한다. 특히 기준의 주요 내용을 정립하게 된 배경과 이유 등을 설명하여 본 제도의 의의를 정확히 전달하고 향후 보완해야 할 부분들을 검토하고자 한다.

부산 시청사 현상설계 공모결과 일신종합건축이 당선작으로 선정되었다. 총16개 작품이 응모한 이번 현상공모에는 당선작 외에 부림 건축+동일건축 안이 우수작으로 선정 되었으며,신도시건축안과 세진 건축안이 가작으로 선정되었다. 당선작으로 선정된 일신 건축안은 건물의 상징성이 부각된 건물로 오픈스페이스가 많이 확보되어 이상적이고, 배치 및 동선계획이 적절히 계획되었으며, 전면의 여유 있는 공간을 확보 건물의 친근감을 주도록 계획되었다. 청사는 93년에 착공하여 96년 말까지 공사를 끝내고 시청 및 시의회, 경찰청 등이 들어서게 된다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작1점, 가작2점을 게재코자 한다.

Purpose: As the medical environment changes, the size of medical facilities continues to change. Of course, it is not easy to analyze the correlation between changes in the medical environment and changes in facility size in a rigorous scientific method. However, the results of investigating and analyzing changes in the size that occurred for any cause be able to serve as important references for future medical facility architectural plans. Methods: This study surveyed 68 general hospitals in Seoul for 15 years from 2005 to 2020. The change in the number of beds was investigated with data from the Ministry and Welfare. The gross area change was confirmed by analyzing the of all hospitals. Results & Implications: As a result of the survey, general hospitals in Seoul show a common phenomenon in which all hospitals except one case have expanded their size in the direction of increasing the gross area per bed over the past 15 years. However, in the method, a relatively small hospital with less than 500 beds mainly chose to reduce the number of beds. Large hospitals increased both the number of beds and the gross area, however showed a significant increase in the gross area.

2007년 매출2006년 대비 2882%증가,수주액 3148% 증가라는 대기록을 남긴 곳이 있다. 바로 (주)한성종합기술단건측사사무소(대표 김황평). 한성종합기술단은 지난해 약 151억6876만원의 매출을 기록해 2006년 5억2627만원 대비 무려 2882%가 증가하는 실적을 남겼다. 주로 ESCO분야 보안등과 냉난방교체사업을 추진하던 한성종합기술단이 지난해 2월 신재생에너지사업부를신설하면서 적극적인 영업활동을 통해 이 같은 매출 신장을 이뤄낸 것. 한성종합기술단을 찾아 지난해 실적과 올해 사업계획에 대해 들어봤다.

경기도는 다가오는 세계화와 정보화시대에 걸맞는 종합청사 건립을 위한 설계경기를 실시, 지난 96년 11월 6일 총 14개 작품이 접수된 결과 무영건축(안길원)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 심사는 경기도청 각실 국장 4명과 교수 9명 등 13명으로 구성된 심사위원단이 맡았으며, 우수작으로는 진우건축(김동훈)안이, 입선작으로는 건축이상건축(김춘배)안과 태경건축(김명준)안이 각각 선정됐다. 이번 설계경기의 당선작에게는 기본 및 실시설계권이 부여되고, 우수작에게는 상금 2천만원이, 입선작에게는 상금 1천만원이 각각 수여되었다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.
