이매패류는 내장 기관계와 외투강 기관계에 다양한 분비선을 가지는데, 이들 분비선은 대부분 단세포선의 형태이다. 선세포의 종류는 기관에 따라 다르며, 동일한 기관일지라도 생물종에 따라 현미경적 구조와 기능이 다양하게 보고되고 있다. 일반적으로 외투강 기관계 가운데 외투막 상피층에 존재하는 선세포들은 주로 외투강의 정화 및 패각형성에 관여한다. 아가미에 존재하는 선세포들은 발달된 섬모들과 함께 먹이 포획 기능을 하고, 발의 상피층을 구성하는 선세포들은 점액을 분비하여 내부 근육층을 보호하고 아울러 저질 잠입에 유리한조건을 제시하게 된다. 본 연구는 영상분석에서 이진 영상의 잡음제거 및 에지 검출을 위한 연구로 임펄스 잡음이 존재하는 영상의 잡음 제거는 임펄스가 크거나 잡음 에너지가 상대적으로 작을 때는 기존의 메디언 필터를 이용하여 잡음을 제거하지만 임펄스 잡음과 같지 않는 잡음이 존재하는 경우에는 본 연구에서 제안한 형태학적인 연산을 적용하여 잡음을 제거하고, 에지를 검출하는 방법을 제안한다.

지식하부구조는 '능력'의 형태를 띠고 있다. 능력은 기본적으로 지식의 형태로 존재하게 된다. 그러나 이 지식은 기초연구 또는 교과서나 설계도와 같은 형식화된 지식만을 지칭하는 것이 아니라 공식언어로는 제대로 표현되지 않는 암묵적인 지식(tacit knowledge)까지 포괄하고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 일반적으로 기업 특수적 성격을 지니고 있거나 산업 특수적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 공동의 경험을 지닌 사람들이나 조직들 사이에 공유되는 지식이기 때문이다. 이러한 측면에서 보았을 때, 능력으로서 존재하는 지식하부구조는 특정 산업이나 영역에서 국지성을 지니고 있다고 파악된다.

Soybean isoflavones known as an anticarcinogenic factor were evaluated in some Korean soybean foods by high performance liquid chromatography. Unfermented soybean foods contained predominantly isoflavone ${\beta}-glycosides$ (genistin and daidzin), but in the fermented soybean foods isoflavones were present mainly as aglycones (genistein and daidzein). Average contents of isoflavones of tofu, soymilk and soy sprout were 1, 151, 676 and 424 mg/kg, respectively. Among the fermented soybean products, soybean paste (Chongkukjang) was highest in the isoflavone content (920 mg/kg) and the degree of hydrolysis of ${\beta}-glycosidic$ bonds was ranged from 30 to 100%. Doenjang, Chunjang and Kanjang contained lesser amounts of isoflavones and their contents were 627, 291 and 10 mg/kg, respectively. Korean traditional fermented foods, Chongkukjang and Doenjang could be regarded as the excellent sources of soy isoflavone aglycones.

In current P2P concept, pure P2P and Hybrid P2P structures are used commonly. Gnutella and Ktella are forms of pure P2P. and forms of Hybrid P2P are innumerable. File searching models exist in these models. These models provide group management for file sharing, searching and indexing. The general file sharing model is good at maintaining connectivity. However, it is defective in group management. Therefore, this study approaches hierarchical structure in file sharing models through routing technique and backup system. This system was designed so that the user was able to maintain group efficiency and connection reliability in large-scale network.

유선에 존재하는 유선상피 기저세포(mammary epithelial stem cells)의 증거와 정상조직 혹은 종양조직 발생에서 이들의 역할들을 요약한다. 유선의 실질조직에 기저세포가 존재한다는 것은 여러 형태의 이식실험에서 설명되었고 또 기저세포의 표현형적 특징들은 여러 가지의 vonoclonal antibodies에 의해 논증되었다. 이들 연구의 결과들은 유선의 기저세포군이 end bud와 유선의 기저층(basal layer)에 존재한다고 제시하고 있다. 그러나 이들 기저세포들이 유선의 preneoplasias와 neoplasias에서도 존재하는지에 대해서는 아직까지 명확한 대답을 주고 있지 않다. 명확한 결론을 얻기 위해서는 기저세포에만 특이적으로 나타나는 phenotypic marker들을 확인해야 하고 또 이들이 변형(transformation)된 세포군에도 표현되는 지를 확인할 때에야 가능할 것이다.

Arsenic was detected in the 29 water samples out of the 46 groundwaters located in the Ulsan metropolitan area and it's concentration ranges from $<0.1\;to\;72{\mu}g/L$. Among them the arsenic concentrations of three samples are over domestic drinking-water requirements $(50{\mu}g/L)$, and those of 10 samples are more than WHO MCLs, $10{\mu}g/L.$. High arsenic groundwater were recognized in the two region; one was near the tectonic line, especially Ulsan iron mine at Dalcheunri and the other was around Hyomundong distributed Jeongia conglomerate. It is estimated that the former is originated from pyrite oxydation type, oxygenated redox, whilst the latter is resulted from oxidation of reducted FeOOH. The species of arsenic in groundwater is in pentavalent arsenic, $H_2AsO_4^-,\;HAsO4_^{-2}$ near tectonic line, and trivalent arsenic, $H_3AsO_3$ around Hyomundong.
