도시형소공인 지원법 법률 제정을 위한 입법공청회가 지난 9월 26일 한국패션산업그린포럼(공동대표 정세균, 전순옥 의원) 추최, 전순옥 의원 주관으로 국회입법조사처 대회의실(국회도서관 412호)에서 200명의 관계자가 참석한 가운데 개최됐다. 특히 도시형소공인 지원법 대상에서 인쇄업을 빼자는 중소기업연구원의 연구결과가 발표되기도 했지만, 대한인쇄문화협회, 대한인쇄정보산업협동조합연합회, 서울시인쇄정보산업협동조합 등 관련 단체와 인쇄인들의 지속적이고 조직적인 노력에 따라 지원법 대상에 포함키로 최종 결정됐다.

The studies were intended to clarify the effects of selection in sesame breeding. The 82 cultivars of sesame were used as the materials, and 14 quantitative characters were measured on individual plant basis. Selection indexes and genetic advances were calculated by Robinson's methods. In genetic advance values, combinations of days to flowering + number of capsule per plant, days to flowering + length of stem with capsule + number of capsule per plant and days to flowering + number of nodes with capsule were higher than those of other combinations. The highest genetic advance was the combination of all characters, but unreasonable problems such as the expence, time and labor involved in calculating the selection index are remained. For these reasons, it was realized that the selection index for selection should calculated on the basis of the data of 2-3 useful characters, i.e., days to flowering, length of stem with capsule and number of capsule per plant.

Protein domain is the conserved unit of compact tree-dimensional structure and evolution, which carries specific function. Domains may appear in patterns in proteins, since they have been conserved through the evolution for functional formation of proteins. In this paper, we propose a formulated method for conservation analysis of domain combination based on association rule. Proposed method measures mutual dependency of domains in a combination, as well as co-occurrence frequency of them, which is conventionally used. Based on the method, we extracted conserve domain combinations in S.cerevisiae proteins and analyzed their functions based on Gene Ontology. From the results, we drew conclusions that domains in S.cerevisiae proteins form patterns whose members are highly affiliated to one another, and that extracted patterns tend to be associated with molecular function. Moreover, the results testified to proposed method superior to conventional ones for identifying domain combinations conserved for functional cooperation.

As the interest in the combinatorial auction has increased, diverse combinatorial auction market types have been proposed. Although there have been several studies on the combinatorial auction design, the studies covered some factors or partial dimensions of combinatorial auction design. Given the potential practical value of combinatorial auctions, it is necessary to approach it with an integrated and systematic design methodology for supporting a comprehensive range of combinatorial auction models. Thus, we present a systematic framework for combinatorial auction design methodology. In particular, we classified the combinatorial auction architecture types, process types, and mechanism types. This framework characterizes the different combinatorial auction models, and lead to a useful taxonomy of the combinatorial auction design factors and taxonomy of the market types by coordination among the design factors. In addition, we illustrate an n-bilateral combinatorial auction market, derived from our design methodology, to show the viability of our study.

중소기업협동조합중앙회(회장김용구:http://kfsb.or.kr)가 중소제조업 1,500개 업체를 대상으로 실시한 「월중 중소기업경기전망조사 결과」에 따르면 '05년 9월 중소제조업 업황전망 건강도지수(SBHI)는 기준치(100.0)를 밑돈 91.0을 기록, 여전히 부진할 것으로 전망되나 전월(80.5)보다 10.5p 상승, 경기부진세는 다소 완화될 것으로 전망됐다.

농수산물유통공사는 농산물센터 등 10개 업체를 대상으로 수출농산물의 골판지상자 및 파렛트 등에 대하여 포장개선시범사업을 시행, 올 11월말까지 시행기간을 만료하고, 12월 5일까지 수출업체로부터 사업추진 결과보고 및 증빙서류를 제출받아 각 업체별로 포장개선시범사업비를 정산할 예정에 있다. 아울러 골판지포장조합의 품질검사 및 사후관리를 통해 수출농산물포장에 대한 품질강화를 통한 국내 수출 농산물의 상품성 제고를 지원하고 있다.
