본 연구의 목적은 지역밀착금융기관 중 하나인 새마을금고를 대상으로 DEA 모형을 활용하여 효율성을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 지자체 중 가장 많은 조합이 있는 경기도를 대상으로 2013년부터 2016년까지의 공시자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 경기지역 새마을 금고에 대한 시군별 효율성을 평가하고 이를 통해 각 지자체 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

The Cooperatives Act was enacted. This enabled people to establish easily cooperatives at various fields. A cooperative is an important vehicle for rural community development. Therefore, the enactment of the Cooperatives Act can be a significant chance for rural policy. The Cooperatives Act have made three significant changes. First, cooperatives can start businesses at all the fields except for financial and insurance business. Second, requisites for people to establish cooperatives have been alleviated exceptionaly. Third, the Cooperatives Act introduced a new cooperative organization, social cooperative which aims to serve the socially excluded class. The self-help approach places rural community members at the core of a development process with two goals: to improve the quality of life within the community and to facilitate the community's capacity building. Community cooperatives contribute to accomplish those goals. One of the roles for cooperatives is to provide products and services at competitive prices. Providing a good or service at a competitive price bcomes increasingly important in some rural communities declines. Cooperative development processes have bic impacts on the ablility of community members to increase human asset and social capital. We conducted a survey targeting rural community businesses to grasp inclinations toward establishing cooperatives. The Cooperatives Act has gained low level of recognition. But so many community businesses wanted to establish cooperatives. This means there is a possibility for many community businesses to establish cooperatives without sufficient understanding. We suggested some policy issues for coping with this situation, as followings. First, the governments should provides rural community residents with opportunities to learn about cooperatives. Second, the current legal systems and regulations about business and social service should be reviewed to do away with the possible discrimination between the new cooperatives and the other forms of incoporation. Third, the cooperation of cooperatives should be encouraged and facilitated in rural communities.

본 논문은 최근 실시간 기업(RTE: Real-Time Enterprise)의 구현도구로 각광을 받고 있는 BPM(Business Process Management)을 위한 새로운 모니터링 기법을 소개한다. 본 논문의 방법론은 기존의 프로세스 모니터링 서비스의 한계를 극복하고 개인에 따라 차별화된 모니터링 환경을 제공한다. 제시된 모형은 모니터링 객체(monitoring objects), 분석기법(analysis methods), 표현 양식(presentation styles), 모니터링 이벤트(audit events)의 네 가지 축에 따라 모니터링 구성 요소들을 분해하고, 분해된 개별 단위들을 사용자가 자유롭게 조합하여 모니터링 서비스를 구성할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 기업의 경영자가 실시간으로 경영성과를 확인하도록 하고 추후의 경영활동에 반영하도록 하는 실시간 기업의 환경을 구축하도록 한다.

컴퓨터의 출현과 도입으로 사무자동화 뿐만 아니라 경영 그 자체가 정보화를 지향하고 있으며, 최근 정보시스템 및 통신기술이 급속하게 발달하고 있는 상황에서 회계정보시스템은 조직의 중요한 정의를 관리하는 시스템으로써 복잡한 현대 조직의 다양하고 복잡한 업무를 지원하고, 통제하는 것뿐만 아니라 조직활동에 관심이 있는 다양한 관계자들에게 정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 시스템은 대다수의 영어조합법인의 취약한 경영방식 및 기존의 수작업을 통한 회계 세무 업무를 회계정보시스템을 통해 보다 쉽고 간편하게 수행한 수 있도록 하였으며, 기존의 회계정보시스템과의 차이점은 전문 지식이 없는 어업인들이 쉽게 복식장부를 기재할 수 있고 회계의 업무처리를 간소화시키기 위해서 3전표제도를 도입하였으며, 어업활동에 필요한 계정과목을 어업인을 위해 최적화시키는데 있다. 그러므로 이 시스템은 어업경영을 위한 자산, 자본, 부채, 수익, 비용의 계정을 통해서 실질적인 재정상태와 경영상태를 파악하는데 도움이 된 것이다.

Some fact-findings which were gained as results of regression analysis with Workplace Panel Survey data about whether Employee Participatory High Performance Work Practices could help to increase the compensation of workers are as followings. Firstly. though High Performance Work Practices wert generally estimated to have positive effects on management performance of establishments, their positive effects were not so significant except in cases of some practices. Secondly, the wage increase effects of the main High Performance Work Practices were much stronger with statistical significance. Thirdly. in case of unionized establishments. the wage increase effects of the main High Performance Work Practices were estimated to be much stronger than in the Don-unionized.

This paper deals with an information security problem that involves the strategies of both an attacker and an administrator of a web-based system. A game-theoretic model for the problem, based on an Stackelberg game environment, is presented. In the model, the administrator selects a set of anti-virus vaccines to cope with potential system attackers and the intruder chooses attacking modes that are most effective against the administrator's chosen set of vaccines. Moreover, the model considers a number of practical constraints, such as a budget limit on the vaccine purchase and a limit on the system performance. In addition, two different scenario analyses are provided, based on the results of the proposed model applied to a simulated pseudo-real-world data.
