대학 조직에서 자율성은 필수조건이다. 따라서 그것은 대학 조직에 있어서 하나의 이념으로 확보되어야 한다. 대학 조직에서 자율성은 왜 필요한가? 첫째, 교육의 본질이 학생의 자율성을 신장시키는 데 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 대학의 교육기능 자체가 전문성을 필수적으로 요구하기 때문이다. 셋째, 자율성은 대학의 전통적 기능인 연구와 교육의 기능을 창조적으로 수행하는 데 필요할 뿐만 아니라 현대와 같이 복잡한 사회에서 다양성과 창의성이 존중되고 환경과 여건의 변화에 신축성 있게 능동적으로 대응하는 데 필수적인 이념이기 때문이다. 넷째, 국가의 가장 기본법인 헌법에서부터 대학의 자율성이 보장되고 있기 때문이다.

저작, 발음, 미관등 3대기능회복에 주안점을 두어왔던 치과보철학은 근년에 와서 l아 및 그 주위조직, 악골 및 악관절, 저작근육들과 그들을 지배하는 신경계통등 구강악계(stomatognathic system)의 total treatment로 더욱 발전되어 가고 있다. 구강악계를 구성하는 조직들은 각기 독립적으로 저작, 발음, 연하등 그 기능적 행위에 참여하는 것이 아니라 서로 긴밀한 협조와 조화에 의하여 이루어 지기 때문에 어떠한 조직의 잘못된 치료는 한 개의 기능적 단위인 구강악계전체에 영향을 미치게된다. 그러므로 치과수복 치료에 있어서 단순한 인레이로 부터 전구강회복에 이르기까지 이들 보철물들은 기능운동시 다른 조직들과 잘 조화되어야 된다는 것은 당연한 사실이다.

대학의 성격이 변화하고 시대적.역사적 요청이 도전으로 다가오는 이 시점에서 대학개혁을 성공적으로 정착시킬 수 있고, 대학의 목적과 사명을 충실하게 성취할 수 있기 위해서는 종래의 대학 행정조직의 틀로부터 새로운 시대에 적합한 틀로서의 전환적 대학행정조직의 틀이 마련되어야만 한다. 전환적 행정조직의 모형은 일(과업) 중심 조직으로의 전환, 수혜자 우선지원의 서비스 행정 강화, 조직관리의 철학과 실질적 기능 수행의 강조, 능력사회의 전형으로서 제시되는 애드호크러시 지향, 의사결정별 문제중심의 편제기준에 따른 구조화, 자율적 평자체제에 초점을 둔 전문적 기획기능의 강화를 추구한다.

The purpose of this study was to clarify similarity and identity between university library and archives through comparison of their information materials, functions and organizations. As a results, the archives are so much similar to library in the records, functions. It means what they can use the library resources together. The archives organizations mainly belongs to museum and rarely to libraries and administration organizations.

This study is about how functional conflict, hierarchical conflict in child-care centers and the sociology population of teachers influence organizational effectiveness. The questionnaire listed about the organizational conflict and the organizational effectiveness were used in this study. For the analysis of the questionnaire, frequency, percentage, reliability, and regression were used as statistical tools. In the results, the teacher's academic backgrounds, career, and marital status seem to have an influence on the organizational conflict. The hierarchical conflict in child-care centers has a more negative influence on organizational effectiveness than the functional conflict.

점점 취약해지고 있는 우리 나라의 산업 경쟁력은 WTO 체제의 새로운 무역 질서와 치열해진 품질 및 생산성 경쟁으로 더욱 심한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 품질 우위를 통한 산업 경쟁력 향상 노력은 기업마다 가지고 있는 공통적인 경영 과제가 되고 있지만 정부와 관련 단체 등의 의욕적인 품질경영(QM : Quality Management)시책과 노력에도 불구하고 이를 통한 가시적 경영 성과는 극히 일부 기업에서만 확인되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 TQM 적용상의 이론적 과제 해결에 보다 접근하기 위하여 품질기능 전개(QFD : Quality Function Deployment) 방식을 조직에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 조직에 대한 품질기능 전개가 TQM체제 구축을 위해서 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고, 어떠한 단계로 전개하는가를 단계별로 제시하였다. TQM 도입 단계에서 전 조직 부문과 계층을 품질기능이라는 요소로 시스템화하고 이 시스템을 통하여 전 부문이 조직적으로 참여할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

현대사회에서는 도시민의 삶의 질 향상과 관련하여 어메니티의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 특히 도시의 위생 및 안전과 관련된 환경, 방범 방재, 교통, 치안 등 공공부문의 경우 효율성과 안정성이 담보되어야 한다. 그러나 기존 도시들의 경우 각 부문의 운영이 독립적으로 이루어짐에 따라 도시 운영상의 비효율적 요소들이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 최근 활발히 논의되고 있는 U-City 구성요소 중 도시통합운영센터의 체계적인 관리 및 운영을 통해 해결될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 도시통합운영센터를 위해서는 도시전체를 통합운영, 관리하는 운영방안을 통해 도시의 분산 운영 및 관리에 따른 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 각 유관기관의 운영체계를 유기적으로 운영할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 도시통합 운영업무에 있어 이해관계를 갖는 유관기관, 조직, 부서 등을 도출하고 각각의 역할과 업무에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 도시통합운영센터는 도시별 조건이 상이하여 기본적인 공공 분야에서는 기능적인 공통점을 가지고 있지만, 운영기관이 다르고 분야 및 책임, 이해관계로 인해 통합모델로서의 제시가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 기존 도시통합운영센터 및 유사기능수행조직의 운영 사례를 분석하고 이를 중심으로 도시통합운영센터 운영조직의 구성과 기능에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 기존 도시통합운영센터 운영 사례분석에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 U-City 도시통합운영센터를 대상으로 현황 파악 및 문제점을 도출하고, 유사기능수행조직의 운영지침 또는 운영사례 분석을 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터 운영방안을 위한 운영조직의 구성과 기능을 제시한다.

Knowledge service firms are able to have higher 'Organizational Performance (OP)' by improving efficiency in management processes on customer problem solving. This study explores the role of inefficiency that has been overlooked up to now compared to the management process efficiency. We also suggest in this study 'Hierarchical Culture (HC)' and 'IT Relatedness (IR)' as the factors influencing the inefficiency of management processes, and propose the moderating effect of 'Task Difficulty (TD)' on the relationship between independent factors and 'Inefficiency of Business Process(IP)'. The results of analysis show that 'HC' has a positive effect on 'IP', and 'IR' has a negative effect on 'IP'. 'TD' was significant moderator of between independent variables and 'IP'. 'IP' was shown to play a full mediating role between independent factors and 'OP'. In conclusion, knowledge service firms are desired to reduce 'HC' and enhance 'IR' by minimizing unnecessary formal procedures, securing flexibility in decision making through appropriate empowerment, creating a smooth flow of knowledge, and enhancing the level of IT resource management and utilization. In addition, in order to effectively reduce 'IP', it is required that a company with a high degree of 'TD' to more reduce a 'HC' and a company with a low degree of 'TD' to more enhance a 'IR'.

지식 경영 시스템(KMS)이 기업 내 지적 자산의 관리 및 가치 재창출을 위한 새로운 조직 운영방식으로 인정됨에 따라, 어떠한 구조와 기준으로 조직에 적합한 기능을 선택하여 구성하는가에 대한 문제가 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 기존상용 KMS에 대한 유형을 분류하고, 기능을 추출하여 일반적인 KMS의 기능 리스트를 작성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기존의 시스템에 대한 기능적인 특성을 비교 분석하였다.

The delicate histological structure of gill in teleosts can be easily affected by a variety of biological, chemical or physical detrimental agents because it is directly exposed to the surrounding water. The epithelium of secondary lamella is thin to allow efficient gaseous exchange and this also renders it particularly vulnerable to various pathogens. As well as the main respiratory role, the gill has other various important functions such as acid-base balance, osmoregulation or the excretion of nitrogenous waste products. Thus destruction of epithelial integrity such as epithelial necrosis or thickening can render a fish very vulnerable to respiratory, secretory and excretory difficulties. This article was tried to describe in detail the common processes of pathological responses correlated to the normal histological structures of the gill in teleosts.
