  • 일반적으로 통신 산업에서 기술혁신은 매우 활발하게 이루어지는 반면 조직혁신은 상대적으로 미진하게 진행된다. 왜냐하면 조직혁신은 사업전략의 변화와 달리 변화의 도입과정을 거쳐 정착단계에 이르기까지 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되는 과정이기 때문이다. 그러나 조직혁신 과정이 많은 비용과 시간이 소요된다고 할지라고 급변하는 환경 변화 하에서 기업의 비전을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 기업의 사업목표에 적합한 조직구조와 문화의 정착이 선결되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직혁신에 관한 이론 및 모형 고찰을 통하여 통신사업자의 바람직한 조직혁신 방안을 도출하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 조직혁신 분석 모형을 개발하고, 이 모형을 통해 통신사업자의 조직${\cdot}$구성원 ${\cdot}$기업문화 등의 혁신을 위한 방안을 도출하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 그러나 통신 사업자들을 위한 성공적 조직혁신 방안이 다른 산업 분야의 조직혁신 방안과 뚜렷한 차별화를 보이지 못하고 있다는 점과 통신 사업자들을 대상으로 하는 실증적 분석이 제대로 이루어지지 못했다는 점에서 그 한계점이 있다고 하겠다. 향후 본 연구를 기반으로 하는 연구에서는 좀 더 구체적인 통신 사업자들을 위한 차별화된 전략적 대안 및 구체적 실행 방안 도출이 요구되며, 주요 통신 사업자들을 대상으로 하는 내부설문 등을 통해 사업자의 구성원들이 필요로 하는 조직혁신 방안을 도출할 필요가 있다.

  • 향후 재벌규제 또는 재벌개혁의 바람직한 방향은 첫째, 그 목표가 글로벌 경쟁에 직면해 있는 우리나라 고유의 기업조직인 재벌의 경쟁력 강화에 초점이 맞추어져야 하고, 둘째, 재벌규제는 기존의 경제력 집중 억제 규제나 지배구조 관련 규제 등과 같은 획일적 직접 규제를 탈피하여 시장경쟁을 통해서 해결하도록 하여야 하며, 셋째, 지배구조 관련 각종 규제는 모든 기업이 채택하도록 일률적으로 규제를 시행하기보다는 기업이 주어진 경영 환경에 따라 자율적으로 선택할 수 있게 하여야 한다. 마지막으로 시장경쟁을 통한 기업조직의 효율성 제고를 위해서 정부는 공시제도의 유효성 제고에 최선을 다해야 한다.

  • In this study, a model of the effects of advertising on an employee's organizational identification was proposed by combining psychological contract, social identity theory with hierarchy of effect model. Our empirical results show that perceived accuracy of message in advertising affected attitude toward advertising significantly while perceived relevance of message with respondents' department didn't. And attitude toward advertising influenced employee's organizational identification. New findings in this research is the role of attitude toward advertising influencing on employee's organizational identification as mediator variable.

  • Acupuncture is a treatment method that originated more than 3,000 years ago in China and is practiced in most of the world. Acupuncture became the most popular complementary and alternative medicine modality. Ultrasound is useful for research and educational purposes, visualizing needle insertion at acupuncture points, especially next to vulnerable structures such as nerves or the pleura. Additionally, ultrasound is an ideal imaging method for evaluation the biomechanical effects of needle manipulation on tissue and has the distinctive advantage of yielding both images of tissue morphology and biomechanical information. Elastography take aim at quantifying a mechanical response or the mechanical property of tissues from a mechanical stimulus, generated internally or externally. Therefore, the combination of ultrasound and elastography analyses allows quantitative assessment of dynamic changes in the structure of human connective tissue.

  • The steady increase in academic computing activities on campus have blurred the distinctions between Academic Libraries and Computer Centers. Considerable attention has been focused in recent years on the cooperative relationship between these two separate campus units. This article explores collaboration of two units in Chief Information Officers (CIO) organizational model that have a number of colleges and universities in America, proposes an application programs in CIO Organizational Model in order to use National Colleges and Universities. Therefore, This author undertook a study of convergence of information technology and the organizational relationships among information management positions In campus, and sought on CIO's decision-making roles, their responsibility, various CIO organizational models. The models described can help a college or university identify the administrative configuration most suitable for its campus culture.

  • 최근 미사일 추진기관 및 기체 구조재로 사용되는 알루미늄 7175 합금의 형상의 변화와 제조공정 변화에 따른 미세조직 변화에 대하여 고찰하였다. 구조체는 사용처에 따라 Flange Type 또는 Ring Type 등으로 형상이 다양하므로 단조 조건과 제품의 위치에 따라 균일한 물성을 획득하기는 매우 어려운 숙제이다. 본 연구에서는 균일한 물성을 얻기 위한 여러 가지 제조 공정의 변화를 모색하였으며, 제조된 단조재의 미세조직을 통하여 물성과의 연관성을 검토하였다. 적용된 공정은 통상의 열간 단조공정, 아 결정립 미세화공정, 재 결정립 미세화 공정 등이며 단조재의 형상과 동일 부품에서도 부위에 따라 변형량이 다르므로 미세조직의 변화가 다르게 나타났다. 아결정립과 재결정립 미세화 공정은 제품의 형상에 따라 내·외부 결정립이 크기가 크게 변화되었다. 이는 내·외부에 재료에 축적되는 에너지의 양과 외적으로 가해지는 기계적 에너지 및 열적 에너지가 다르기 때문이며, 변형량이 큰 부분의 미세 석출물의 크기가 변형량이 적은 부분의 석출물보다 크게 감소됨은 준안정상이 기계적 에너지가 변형열에 의한 열에너지로 변환됨에 따라 상석출에 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같은 결과는 미세 조직 제어가 알루미늄합금 단조재의 공정설계의 중요한 인자임을 재 확인시켜 주는 것으로 재료의 신뢰성이 필수적으로 요구되는 추진기관의 중요 부품에 적극 고려해야 할 요소라 할 수 있다.

A study on women's welfare organization's network -Focusing on network centrality and organizational effectiveness- (여성복지조직의 네트워크에 관한 연구 -네트워크 중심성(centrality)과 조직효과성을 중심으로-)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing network centrality on women's welfare organizations, and to investigate how the level of network centrality influence the effectiveness of the organization. To achieve this goal, this study conducted a survey on women's welfare organizations in Seoul from March to June, 2009. Network analysis method was used to get each organization's network centrality value. Also, through the Structural Equation Modelling, organizational characteristics predicting network centrality and effect of network centrality on organizational effectiveness. The main results are as follows. First, the significant affecting factors were different between three types of centralities with regards to the type of organization, recognition of resource dependency, attitude of top manager, and established year. Second, the common factors affecting three network centralities were the number of informal ties, accepting feminism as the main organizational philosophy, and the number of qualified staffs. Third, only closeness centrality positively predicted the level of organizational effectiveness among three types of centralities. The faster the organization reaches to other organizations in a network, the organizational effectiveness becomes higher, which means high closeness centrality is more important factor than high degree centrality or high betweenness centrality to increase organizational effectiveness. This result shows social welfare organization should consider changing inter-organizational network strategy from quantity-focused to quality-focused.

Fuzzy Analysis of Consciousness Structure of Administrator for Determinative of Care Service Quality (요양서비스 질 결정요인에 대한 관리자의 의식구조 퍼지분석)

  • The aim of this study is to structuralize a model of the factors determining the quality of nursing care perceived by the director or manager of a long-term care facilities (hospitalization of patients) using FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling), employed in structuralizing social systems. The results were as follows: first, quality in the top tier was shown to be connected with job commitment, commitment to the organization, work experience, care skills, knowledge about the elderly, training and education, which are factors in the middle tier; and second, the structure of the middle tier (job commitment, commitment to the organization, work experience, care skills, knowledge about the elderly, training and education) either showed a connection with the lower tier, which includes employment type, job satisfaction, leadership, relationship with users and workplace relationships, or showed a connection among the factors within. These results confirmed the following: first, care skills and knowledge about the elderly, which demonstrate the job expertise of caregivers, showed a connection with service quality based on work experience; second, job commitment in the middle tier was observed to affect various factors in the same tier such as care skills, knowledge about the elderly, training and education amongst others, and it was determined that it is an important determining factor in service quality. Lastly, a meaningful result was shown in relation to leadership. The leadership skills of the director of the facilities had a connection with the care caregivers' commitment to the organization, which had a connection with service quality. This structure showed the kind of role the director must play in order to improve service quality.

Fabrication of a Dual-structured Biomaterial Combining Collagen and Fibrinogen (콜라겐과 피브리노겐을 합성한 이중구조 생체재료의 제작)

  • Bio materials of fibrinogen and collagen are widely used in tissue regeneration engineering. In this study, I aim to create a new dual-structure support using these two materials. Strategically, tissue regeneration takes priority over blood vessel regeneration, so by forming a fibrinogen support that helps blood vessel formation on the outside of the double support and placing collagen, which is more effective in tissue regeneration, in the center, a synergistic effect in new tissue regeneration is expected. Although these two materials have been used interchangeably in previous studies, there has been no report yet on making a support through the formation of a support structure for the core system. Therefore, the core of this study, the double scaffold, is to propose a method for manufacturing a core structure with a collagen scaffold on the inside and fibrinogen on the outside. The experimental results showed that the fibrinogen located on the outside of the scaffold resulted in rapid biodegradation and drug release due to strategic biodegradation of the dual structure scaffold. On the other hand, collagen scaffolds were found to be able to maintain drug release time relatively longer than fibrinogen scaffolds. In conclusion, it is believed that applying the method of creating a double scaffold will have a synergistic effect on defective tissue regeneration.
