  • This paper deals with two topics which are vital in fuzzy expert systems; one is how to build fuzzy knowledge base by fuzzy expertise modeling for representing knowledge with imprecise characteristic and the other is how to draw an inference from fuzzy knowledge base using translating rules. The result of this study provides the basic principle for constructing the fuzzy knowledge base and the fuzzy inference system.

  • 국화과에 속하는 Solidago속 식물의 정유가 꽃, 잎, 줄기등 이 식물 전 기관에 분포되어있는 이생세포간근에 함유되어 있다는 사실에 기초를 두고, 선기능을 가진 세포들이 일반세포에 비해 강한 dehydrogenase활성을 나타낸다는 사실을 이용하여 2,3,4-triphenyltetrazoliumchloride를 써서 분비강주변의 세포들의 선기능을 조직화학적으로 증명하였다.

  • The demonstrations of collagenous fiber in mandibul ar bone formation were analized histochemically, using Carson's Mallary-Heidenhein stain, McManus' PAS reaction and H-E stain The stain ablity of osteoid increased with formation of bone tissue. In the surrounding areas of osteoblast and osteocyte were showed slight activity.
