사내기업가정신이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 우리나라 대기업 구성원을 중심으로

  • 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대기업 구성원의 사내기업가정신이 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 업종별 대표기업 3사의 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하며, 이를 토대로 상관관계 존재여부에 대한 분석 작업을 하고자 한다. 최근 IT 대기업 중심으로 스타트업의 혁신문화를 회사 내부로 유입시키려는 노력들이 급속히 증가하는 상황에서, 사내 기업가정신이 기업내부 구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것은 시의 적절한 연구라고 판단한다. 조직몰입에 대한 연구는 최근 심리학뿐만 아니라, 경영학적 범위에서도 급속하게 확대되고 있다. 기업의 지속성장을 위한 전제조건은 조직구성원의 조직몰입을 통해 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 제품 및 서비스를 경쟁력을 제고시키는 것이다. 이를 위해 기업은 기존에 검증된 조직몰입의 선행변수에 대한 과감하고 지속적인 관리와 함께 새로운 선행변수에 대한 발굴을 시도하고 있다. 확인된 시장과 기업의 현실적 니즈에 근거하여, 본 연구는 사내기업가정신과 조직몰입간의 관계에 집중하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 선행연구를 기초로 실증연구를 실시하였다. 문헌적인 연구는 선행연구를 개관하여 기업가정신의 각 구성요소와 조직 및 직무몰입에 관련된 국내외 발표된 논문과 저서들을 통하여 이론적인 배경을 검토하고 최근의 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 문헌연구로는 사내기업가정신과 조직몰입의 개념을 정리하고 구성요인을 고찰하였다. 실증연구는 삼성전자, SK텔레콤, 포스코의 현재 재직중인 구성원을 대상으로 설문을 진행할 예정이다. 설문결과에 대한 통계적 검증을 통해 각각의 구성요소의 유의성과 상관관계를 파악하고자 한다.

An effect of Internal Audit of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System on the Performance of Organization (IATF 16949 자동차 품질경영시스템 내부심사가 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effect of internal audit on the performance of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system to understand the internal audit of companies and propose measures to activate the company's internal audit process. It was identified with the empirical analysis that 'The internal auditor competence, internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, infrastructure, culture/environment, and CEO support' to characterize IATF 16949 internal audit of automotive quality management system affects the internal performance and business performance of the company. In addition, I checked the size of the company and the period of certification period as moderating variables according to the sales based on the presented as factors that can improve the performance of the company, and how the moderating effects are seen in the relationship with the performance of the organization. I did analysis of technical statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, and multi-regression analysis with SPSS program. I summarized the results of the study, as a result of that, it was found that the internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, culture/ environment, and CEO support of independent variables affected the parameter and dependent variables (the internal performance and management performance of companies).

  • 전략경영의 관심은 크게 두 가지로 나뉘어져 왔다. 하나는 조직간 성과의 차이를 설명하거나 성과 차이를 가져오는 전략적 차이를 설명하는데 있었다(Barnett & Burgelman, 1996; Teece, Pisano & Shuen, 1997). 이는 기업이 왜 존재하는가에 대한 다양한 설명을 하여주는데 일조를 하여왔다. 거래비용 이론에서는 기업이 저 비용을 달성하기 위해 시장보다는 내부 화를 통해 기업의 성과를 높이며 (Williamson, 1982), Porter (1980)의 전략 분석 틀들은 기업이 어떤 산업에 진입하는가와 진입 시 어떤 전략을 사용하는가에 따라서 기업의 성과가 달라진다는 것을 보여주었다. 또한 경영자원론은 기업의 독특한 자원이 혁신이나 차별화를 가능하게 함으로써(Wernerfelt, 1984; Barney, 1991), 네트워크 이론에서는 조직간의 네트워크에서 강력한 위치를 차지함으로 인해 (Pfeffer & Salancik, 1978; Burt, 1992), 환경 분석론에서는 시장에서 제공되는 기회와의 적합성이 있는 전략과 구조를 가짐(Scott, 1975; Venkatraman & Prescott, 1990)으로 인해 기업의 성과가 달라짐을 설명하고 있다.(중략)

The Effects of Internal, External Environment and Entrepreneurship on the Performance of Social Enterprise: Focused on the Network Activity (내부 및 외부 환경요인과 기업가정신이 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인: 네트워크 활동을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of internal, external environment and entrepreneurship in the social enterprise with network activity. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to performance of social enterprise, internal, external environment, entrepreneurship and network activity. The proposed model is analyzed to target social entrepreneurs. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, organizational culture positively influence entrepreneurship. Second, environmental uncertainty positively influence entrepreneurship. Third, entrepreneurship positively influence managerial and social performance. Finally, organizational culture to entrepreneurship for high group of network activity is significantly larger than those for low group of network activity. In addition, environmental uncertainty to entrepreneurship for low group of network activity is significantly larger than those for high group of network activity.

  • In response to the recent rapid technological and market changes, the importance of the design of ambidextrous organization has been increasingly emphasized as one of the dynamic capabilities. Firms that show a high performance in the rapid technological and market changes appear to design and implement ambidextrous organization successfully. They have achieved both exploitative competence for continuous innovation with product development and exploratory competence for discontinuous innovation with new market and new technologies. We have examined why and how to design and operate ambidextrous organizations and the effects of ambidextrous organizational characteristics on the performance from structural, contextual and leadership perspectives. We conducted case studies on 3 Korean firms that showed different characteristics of industrial product, company size, etc. Longitudinal case studies exhibit different processes of design and operating ambidextrous organization according to innovative strategy and industrial characteristics.

Effects of Social Responsibility and GSCM Practice on Environmental Performance and Organizational Performance (그린공급망관리(GSCM)도입기업의 사회적 책임과 실행요인이 환경성과 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted empirical analysis of the association between the factors of GSCM corporation practice and social responsibility affecting environmental performance and organizational performance. Smart PLS 2.0 and SPSS 18.0 were used to examine a sample of 93 replies collected from corporations that had adopted GSCM. The results of hypothesis testing were as follows. First, social responsibility has a positive effect on the environmental performance of corporation complying with legal responsibility in environment related sectors. Second, internal environmental management and market environment have positive effects on the environmental performance. Third, corporations with a high level of environmental performance have high degrees of organizational performance. The results of this study are expected to have practical implications to corporations that will adopt GSCM in the near future.

Antecedents of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance in Public Organizations (공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • As the level of people's demand for service quality provided by public institutions increases, interest in improving organizational effectiveness of internal members is increasing. In this context, this study aims to identify the predisposing factors affecting the job satisfaction and perceived job performance of public institution members. In this study, public service motivation, work autonomy, and person-system fit were presented as antecedents to verify the organizational effectiveness, and the results were tested by regression analysis. As a result, all three antecedents have significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Public service motivation, work autonomy has a relatively higher impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, person-system fit has a relatively higher influence on perceived job performance. In particular, the results of this study confirmed that PSM theory is consistent with the main trends and is significant in organizations created through artificial integration. This result suggests the need to maintain the effectiveness of the public organization in the future due to the change of integration of public organizations.

The Effect of Supply Chain Search and Application Strategies on Corporate Operational Performance: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Organizational Capability (공급사슬탐색 및 활용전략이 기업운영성과에 미치는 영향 연구: 조직역량의 매개적 효과를 중심으로)

  • This study examines the effects of supply chain search and application strategies on organizational capability and corporate operational performance. To achieve this aim, a survey was administered to middle managers of 298 small- and medium-sized venture companies in Busan, South Korea. Empirical analysis showed that supply chain search and application strategies have a positive effect on organizational capability and corporate operational performance. In addition, organizational capability is positively mediated by supply chain search and application strategies in terms of the mediating effect of corporate operational performance. Consequently, search and application as supply chain strategies are facilitating factors as mediators that improve corporate performance through the concentration of organizational capability. Findings suggest that the search and application of supply chain strategies need to act as accelerating variables that improve organizational performance, and supply chain strategies need to be applied in small- and medium-sized manufacturing businesses.

The effect of Women' social networking on affective commitment and individual adaptation performance (인적 네트워킹이 정서적 조직몰입과 개인적응성과에 미치는 영향: 여성 공무원을 대상으로)

  • The number of female government employees is increasing steadily; therefore, the importance of their effective management is also increasing. Recently, female government employees have organized and exploited their social networks to achieve career success. To obtain a better understanding of the consequences of social networking and its impact on female government employees, 262 female employees were asked to provide details about their experiences and attitudes regarding networking behavior (internal and external networking) and how they influenced affective commitment and individual adaptation performance. The results confirmed that social networking significantly increases emotional sharing, and leads to high levels of affective commitment and individual adaptation performance. The moderating roles that positive psychological capital play in the relationships between social networking (internal and external) and emotional sharing were also investigated. The results confirmed that positive psychological capital enhances the impact internal social networking has on affective commitment and individual adaptation performance. Managerial implications for developing effective female employee management strategies were provided for government managers. Based on these results, the theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendations for future research are provided.

  • With the rapid changes in the industry paradigm including the 4th industrial revolution, the survival and sustainable growth of SMEs and venture capital companies are facing a more difficult environment. The organizational capabilities help these companies to overcome the difficulties, such as absorption capacity, innovation capacity, adaptation capacity. It require many interconnected functions and capabilities to increase company performance. This study is based on the research about market adaptation capacity (agility, flexibility)'s mediating effect between organizational capacity(absorption capacity, innovation capacity, adaptation capacity) and corporate performance(financial, non-financial performance). According to the results of empirical analysis, First, Absorption capacity have a significant effect on agility. Second, Innovation capacity have a significant effect on flexibility. Third, Innovation capability have a significant effect on corporate performance. Fourth, Flexibility have a significant effect on corporate performance. Fifth, The mediating effect of flexibility between organizational capability and corporate performance was verified. Finally this paper also propose some suggestions on how to increase corporate performance for SMEs.
