현재 치수계획은 선적인 개념의 제방위주 하천대응 치수계획에서 벗어나 면적인 개념의 유역 대응 치수계획으로 전환되고 있다. 이에 유역종합치수계획에서 유역대응 치수계획으로 천변저류지 계획이 수립되고 있지만 계획수립에 대한 표준화된 방법이 제시되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 낙동강 유역종합치수계획을 중심으로 각 유역종합치수계획에서 사용하였던 방법들을 정리하여 천변저류지 수립절차, 분석방법, 홍수조절효과, 운영방안 등에 대해 살펴보고 또한 천변저류지 홍수조절효과 산정에 대한 문제점 및 향후 계획을 제시하여 천변저류지 계획 전반에 대한 수립 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

많은 당뇨병환자가 눈, 혈관, 발에 합병증이 생기 않도록 혈당조절을 포함해 많은 신경을 쓰는 반면, 치주질환으로 인한 치아상실이나 염증 등은 심각하게 받아들이지 않고 방치한다. 나이가 들면 으레 치아가 빠지는 것이려니, 잇몸이 안 좋아지는 것이려니 하고 넘어가는 것이다. 당뇨병환자가 혈당조절을 하기위한 요소 중 식사요법이 중요한데, 치주질환을 방치해 치아가 빠지거나 잇몸 염증이 심하면 음식을 제대로 씹을 수가 없어 혈당관리가 어려워진다. 또한 치주질환으로 치료를 받고자 해도 일반 치과에서 받기에는 '당뇨'가 걸리고, 그렇다고 종합병원으로 가기에는 절차가 다소 복잡하기도 하다. 이에 한 치과에서 당뇨인들이 보다 쉽고 빠르게 치주질환문제를 해결할 수 있도록 당뇨치아클리닉을 개설해 찾아가보았다.

사출성형에서의 지금까지의 에어트랩 문제의 해결법은 사출금형 내에 유동적 관계와 사출성형 기술자의 경험으로 해결했었다. 본 연구에서는 에어트랩 문제를 해결하기 위하여 금형을 설계할 때 미리 에어트랩의 위치를 알고 금형 디자인을 수정하여 사출 시간의 단축과 사출성형의 경제적 효과를 얻고자 한다. 사출성형을 할 때 에어트랩의 불량이 많이 발생하는 특징 형상들을 선정하여 각각의 특징형상들을 다시 해석하여 각각의 특징형상들의 에어트랩의 발생위치와 발생률을 알아내고, 사출금형설계에서 에어트랩불량이 일어날 형상들을 특징형상 변수에 대응시켜 최적의 형상으로 수정절차를 개발하였다. 여기서, 사출속도의 조절, 금형 온도의 조절, 수지온도 조절, 금형내의 압력 조절, 벤트의 설치 등은 최적의 상태로 고정시키고 형상수정 요소로 형상의 두께, 각도, 깊이, 필렛, 모 따기를 선정하여 특징형상 상관관계 모델을 구성하였다.

증기터빈 발전소에서 터빈제어밸브는 운전중 적절히 개도를 조절하여 보일러에서 공급되는 유량을 조절하여 터빈속도 및 발전기의 전기적 출력을 제어할 수 있도록 해준다. 이러한 터빈제어밸브는 4개로 구성되어 있으며, 운전중 최적의 발전효율을 얻기 위해 저부하에서는 4개의 제어밸브가 동일하게 조절되다가 밸브 전환 운전을 완료한 후 4개의 밸브가 주어진 특성에 따라 각기 조절되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 이때 수행되는 과도기적인 운전절차인 밸브 전환운전시 발전기 출력 등의 변화가 없어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 밸브전환 운전시 발전기 출력을 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 고압터빈 1단 압력을 궤환받아 발전기 출력을 보상하는 제어알고리듬을 제시하고 실제 발전소에 적용한 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

The main purpose of this study was to develop a mobile platform that supported college students to become self-regulated learners, and to examine its effects on students' academic achievement and self-regulated learning abilities. For this purpose, a mobile platform was designed and developed through the steps of systems approach. All the sub-steps were monitored and pilot-tested. The mobile platform incorporated a number of features designed specifically for the self-regulation components, with the intention of enhancing students' academic achievement and self-regulated learning abilities. Finally, research results suggested that students were taking advantage of the mobile platform that supported students' self-regulated learning. There were statically significant differences in academic achievement according to the type of mobile platform, F(1,133)=1767.202, P<.001

The purpose of this article is twofold; first, investigates the relations between the cyber deviant behaviors and the reasons it causes in details and second discuss the measure to prevent cyber deviant behaviors and its recurrence. The findings of the study are; First, the factors which influence more to the cyber deviant behaviors are subjective norm, social identity, and self-control in a row. Second, identified such factors, anonymity (+), consciousness on public order (+), learning experience on information norms (-), and social identity have influences on the subjective norm that both factors of internet addiction (+) and anonymity (+) have significant impacts on self-control in negative perspectives. In conclusion, to prevent cyber deviant behaviors will provide a lot of opportunities to develop self-reflections and critical thinking and the ethics of accountability, and ability of sympathy. This study suggests the so-called reflexive practice-oriented process of education on Information as a strategic teaching-learning procedure. The process framework consists of four stages including problem identification, risk analysis, self-reflexive, and practice & evaluation that have a spiral structure, repeats a life-cycle.

This paper is to study for causality validation of relation of the repair justice and repair satisfaction, relation between repair satisfaction and re-purchasing with South Korea's most important express service users. Through this research, we would like to confirm to seriousness of the failure express service and effects of controlling effectively adjust in relation between repair impartiality and satisfaction of repairs. The results of the study show as below. First, the result shows the justice outcome in express service, interaction justice, outcome justice in the relation of satisfaction with repair have regardful effects to the satisfaction of repair. This result explains that interaction justice has a positive influence. Second, in the relations between the procedural justice in express service and the satisfaction of repair, it is presented that the procedural justice has not regardful effects and results show differences from other leading researches. This result explains that procedural justice has not a positive influence. Third, as analyzing seriousness of the failure express service, controlling regulation effect in the relation of repair justice and repair satisfaction, seriousness of interaction and controlling regulation effect are not regardful effect in this relationship. These results are explained that the seriousness or controlling of the failure express service have not a positive influence to the relation of repair justice and repair satisfaction. Finally, in the relation between repair satisfaction and the intention to use again, repair satisfaction has a regardful effect to intention to use again. This result explained that it has positive influence to repair satisfaction and the intention to use again.

Most of the researches on coopetition are focused on the effect of coopetion on firm performance in the firm level. However, few studies attempted to find out the effect of coopetition in team and individual level. In this paper, we examined the effect of individual perception of team climate for coopetition on the knowledge sharing and the moderating effects of procedural justice and personal initiative between the two variables. Empirical results using R&D researchers in research institutes of large-firms showed that individual perception of team climate for coopetition is positively related to knowledge sharing. In addition, we also found that procedural justice has positively strengthened the effect of coopetition on knowledge sharing. Finally, we addressed implications, limitations and future research directions.
