10대 성장동력산업의 핵심이자 IT839의 핵심과제인 홈네트워크 시스템 연구가 본격적으로 연구되고 있다. 홈네트워크 사업의 특징은 고급형 아파트가 아닌 일반 보급형 아파트를 대상으로 하여 보다 많은 사람들에게 홈네트워크의 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 함으로써 국내 산업육성과 경제 활성화를 추구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트웍크산업의 표준화 기술요소에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 논문에서는 소규모 구두공장에서의 ERP 시스템(Gakcibang Management System)을 적용, 구두 공장의 재고를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 효율적인 구두 재산을 관리 하고, 업무 능률을 더욱 향상 시킬 수 있는 시스템이다. 사용 연령대는 3~40대를 대상으로 어렵지 않고 간단한 클릭 몇 번만으로 구두 재고 데이터를 반영할 수 있는 인터페이스환경을 제공하며, Java 으로 설계 되어 운영체제와 관계없이 사용할 수 있도록 구축되었다.

A survey was made to ascertain the indigenous folkcrafts preserved in "Hwajeon" farms in deep mountain areas with the following findings: The folkcrafts which had been handed down from generation to generation of "Hwajeon" farms were very scarce presumably because of the dwellers' frequent moves from place to place owing to their insecure liveli-hood. Moreover, the surges of modern civilization and especially the recent New-community Movement could not have by-passed the "Hwajeon" areas; nowadays, the modernization surge has all but extinguished the folkcrafts that had come down from their forefathers. The recent government policy of farm community electricalization has further helped to transform these "Hwajeon" hamlets into the modernized communities. However, in the isolated hamlets rooted deep in the trackless mountains, we can still, though very rarely, find the folklore and folkcrafts closely associated with the inhabitants' livelihood, through which we can deepen our understanding about their versatile adaptability to the desolate environment.

5만년인가, 4천년인가. 문화재청은 지난 2월 6일 제주도 남제주군 대정읍 상모리와 안덕면 사계리 해안에서 사람 발자국 화석 100여 점과 동식물 화석 수천점을 발견했다고 발표했다. 화석 발견 지층의 생성 시기는 구석기 중기인 5만년전으로 추정되며 선사인류 발자국 화석은 한국교원대 김정률 교수팀이 지난해 10월 처음 발견했다. 경북대 양승영 명예교수는“사람 발자국 화석은 재주도를 포함한 한반도와 중국 대륙이 육로로 연결됐다는 가설을 뒷받침해주는 증거물”이라는 견해를 밝혔다. 선사시대 인류발자국의 발견은 세계에서 7번째이며 함께 발견된 코끼리와 말 발자국은 당시 한반도가 온대 지역이 아닌 아열대 지역이었을 가능성을 제기했고, 말의 기원이 몽골에서 유래되었다는 기존 주장을 바꾸는 계기가 될 것으로 보인다. 그러나, 화석 발자국 발표 이후, 관련학자들간에 이견이 생겼다. 일부 학자들이 연대측정에 의문을 제기하고, 제주도 지층은 4천년 전에 생성된 것이며 ‘5만년 전 추정’에는 무리가 있다는 지적이었다. 한 인류의 이동을 추정하는 데는 5만년 전과 4천년 전은 엄청난 역사적 차이가 있다. 아프리카 대륙에서 시작 된 인류의 조상이 중국과 북방육로를 통해 한반도까지 이동해왔다는 지금까지 학계의 통설은 뒤집힐 것인가. 제주도의 사람 발자국 화석은 그 절대 연대가 정확히 측정된다면 한반도 인류의 일부가 중국 남방의 육로나 해로를 통해서 이동해왔을 가능성이 있다는 새로운 사실을 밝혀줄 것이다. 현대 과학이 연대측정기술을 발달시켜서 역사를 풀어나가기 시작한 것은 겨우 50여년 전으로 일천하기만 하다. 그러나, 그 학문의 깊이는 지구 나이 45억년을 밝혀냈고, 35만년 전 유기물의 생성을 추정해내는 등 심오한 경지에 이르고 있다. 현대과학의 연대측정방법론을 소개한다.

A Gamsil is an ritual instrument which enshrine the ancestral tablets of four lines from late great-great-grandfather and grandmother to late father and mother. This has their soul. Juja's "Garye" informs its structure pattern. It is placed in Sadang and takes the form of a perfectly square box. It partitions four rooms and enshrine an ancestral tablet room by room. They get the ancestral tablets line up from west to east. And they also enshrine the ancestral tablets without his descendant together in Gamsil. A Gamsil is a space to enshrine the ancestral tablets and to place an order within a family. A social status and A family economic power become a standard in making and managing Sadang. Kingdom in Joseon period limited the ancestral tablets considering of his degree of official rank which descendant enshrined. A official servant can be stable economically in getting a stipend and build sadang in the house. While household a little in economic enshrine the ancestral tablets at a Gamsil placed at the a space of private home. His personal circumstances make size and pattern, place change in relation to Gamsil. A Gamsil looks like house in structure and pattern. It has the immortality of the soul. And it changed from a table size to a ancestral tablet size. This Gamsil is comfortable to move and is made considering of the width and height of household. The transition of Gamsil means institutions is in close to a family economic power in social change. Kingdom in Joseon early period makes a policy of a Gamyo's build and an ancestral enshrine in basement of Juja's "Garye". The transition of Gamsil gave a common people limitted socially and institutionally the service of late four lines. Most of people enshrine the ancestral tablets of their four lines in approaching of in the late of Joseon Dinasty. They compromise on their reality and cause. The transition of Gamsil implied many different things in social ; the authenticity search and a dignity expression of his family, the foundation for the diffusion of an ancestral service, a space sharing with ancestor and descendent, the increment of a family economic power etc.

전압이 정격전압을 유지하지 못하면 전기기기의 효율 저하, 수명단축, 손실증대를 야기 시킨다. 하지만 더 큰 문제는 예기치 못한 사고 및 급격한 부하 증가에 따라 전압이 떨어질 때 생길 수 있는 전압붕괴 현상이다. 전압 붕괴 현상은 대규모로 퍼져 대정전 사태를 초래 할 수 있다. 전압안정도를 유지하고 향상시키기 위해 적절한 무효전력의 공급 및 무효전력 예비력 확보는 매우 중요하다. 무효전력 공급을 위한 설비에는 병렬 커패시터, 발전기 등이 있다. 하지만 병렬 커패시터 등 조상설비는 이미 설치되어 있는 양만큼만 출력을 낼 수 있고 사고 등의 급격한 계통변화에 빠르게 대응 할 수 없다. 즉, 사고나 급격한 부하 증가에 효율적으로 대응하기 위한 수단으로 발전기 순동 무효 예비력의 확보가 필수적이다. 하지만 무효전력은 지역적 특성을 띄고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 예비력의 확보와 더불어 지역적 특성을 반영해야만 하다. 본 논문에서는 발전기 무효전력 예비력 관점에서 무효전력의 지역적 특성을 고려 국내지역별 발전기 무효전력 예비력 산정을 위한 발전기 선정을 목표로 한다.

Test and launch facilities which use oxygen as the propellant of a launch vehicle have hazards of fire and explosion by the leakage of oxygen. Also, the personnel operating the facilities, which use the high-pressured gases like nitrogen and helium in the closed room, is exposed to the hazard of death from suffocation. Consequently, we should keep out of the hazards and the accidents by monitoring the contents of oxygen in the air. The method and the system construction for monitoring oxygen contents in the air and the results from its application to Naro space center are described on this paper.

최근 반도체 및 FPD 산업에서 Glass의 사이즈, 무게의 증가함에 따라 물류 이송 장비의 전원장치인 비접촉 전원장치의 크기와 용량이 증가하는 추세이며, 또한, 클린룸의 규모가 커짐에 따라 물류 이송 장비 시스템의 길이가 길어지고 Vehicle의 수가 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 여러 대의 Vehicle간 독립제어가 가능하고, 물류 이송 장비의 구조가 직선부분과 곡선부분이 혼용되어진 구조에서도 사용 가능한 정전류 비접촉 전원장치의 주요 전력변환 토플로지 별 해로해석, 제어방법을 제시하였고 특히 직 병렬 공진 컨버터의 회로해석, 특성평가를 행하였다. 이 특성평가를 바탕으로 정전류 비접촉 전원장치의 시제품을 제작하여 저항성 부하와 선형 구동 시스템에 적용한 Vehicle 2대를 부하로 사용하여 실험을 행하여 실제 적용, 가능함을 보이고자 한다.

클린룸의 규모가 커짐에 따라 물류 이송 장비의 사이즈가 커지고 길이가 장거리화 되고 있다. 이에 이송대차(Vehicle)의 수가 증가하는 추세이다. 같은 클린룸 공간에서 물류 이송 시스템의 공간 활용 밀도를 높이면 생산수율을 높일 수 있다. 따라서 OHS(Over Head Shuttle) 시스템은 여러 대의 이송대차간 독립제어가 가능하고, 물류 이송 장비의 구조가 직선구간과 곡선구간이 혼용되어진 구조를 가지며, OHS 시스템의 이송대차에 전원을 안정적으로 공급하기 위한 비접촉 전원장치에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 직선구간과 곡선구간에서 비접촉 전원장치를 안정적인 전원을 공급하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 기존 방법과 비교 검토하기 위해 시작품을 제작하여 이동대차 2대를 대상으로 실험을 행하여 검증하였다.

온라인 피싱과 같은 경제적 목적의 정보 수집 행위들이 급격히 증가하고 있는 가운데, 위험 사이트 정보를 관리하는 블랙리스트 기반의 대응과 신뢰할 수 있는 사이트를 기반으로 하는 화이트 리스트 접근 방법이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 블랙리스트 기반 방법은 피싱 사이트의 유효시간을 볼 때 비현실적이며, 화이트 리스트 접근 방법은 인증된 사이트 내에 존재하는 악성 웹 페이지나 악성 사이트로 유도되는 피싱 메일에는 대응하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 화이트 리스트 접근 방법을 보완하기 위해 사용자 웹 페이지의 위험도를 정량화 할 수 있는 웹 페이지 위험도 산정 기법을 제안한다.
