This study aims to improve the Korean Farmers' Occupational Disease and Injury Survey (KFODIS), using the questionnaire improvement model, and systematic appraisal tools. The questionnaire improvement model comprises three stages: pretesting, redesign, and field-testing. The survey was evaluated by 13 expert reviewers, using a modified version of the Questionnaire Appraisal System (QAS-99). Based on the results of pretesting, survey questions were modified at a group meeting of experts. To identify potential issues with the improved survey questions, data were collected from 20 interviews and 31 respondents before behavior coding analysis was conducted. The questionnaire improvement model and systematic appraisal tools were useful in identifying, evaluating, and correcting miscommunication and other similar issues in the KFODIS.

본 연구에서는 한강홍수예경보를 위한 기존 Telemeter 수문관측망의 현황을 조사하고 홍수예경보 프로그램을 검토하여 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 호우사상을 분석하여 한강유역에 대한 호우의 원인별 시간분포를 권역별로 나타냈고 강우공간분포에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 유출예측 프로그램의 유역유출모형과 하도유출모형의 변수를 결정하고, 예경보지점별 유출예측 프로그램을 검토하여 개선하였다.

Currently, the appraisal system for public records is mainly based on the disposition authority named 'Records Management Criteria Table,' which has many limitations in digital environment. Especially, it does not apply to other systems than the 'Business Management System' and does not adequately reflect the complex environment of records creation. The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve the 'Records Management Criteria Table,' so that it can be applied to appraisal of records created in a complex work environment. For this purpose, this study investigates a case of 'Factory Establishment and Registration' activity performed by local governments. For this activity, related laws and regulations, business processes and systems for those processes are analyzed and types of records are examined by each business process and system. Based on these analyses, the development procedure and structure of a new 'Records Management Criteria Table' are suggested, so that it can be applicable as disposition authority in the complex environments of records creation.

Government statistics have been treated the most reliable data sources in Korea. In the last 20 years, the numbers and scopes of the government statistics have been expended rapidly. Although government statistics have been widely used in many researches. research methods used in collecting government statistics have not been discussed often. In 1998. we reviewed the survey questionnaire. data collecting methods and procedures of one government statistics. the Labor Demand Survey. Based on the pilot study. we also proposed several survey methods for the quality improvement of the survey. The Ministry of Labor had adopted some suggestions in 1999 survey. This paper introduces the ways in which we investigated the Labor Demand survey. detected the problems and issues in the survey. suggestions for the improvement of the survey. and several survey methods adopted by the Ministry of Labor. However, the effects of the new measures are not included in this paper. and will be studied in the near future when the data become available.

I Bank, which is domestic one, has implemented a performance management system based on the balanced scorecards (BSC). The purpose of this study is to understand the status and seek improvements of the performance management system of the bank. To achieve the purpose, this paper makes study about the earlier researches and does empirical study based on the questionnaire survey analysis. The school records are having lots of problems in the records management by the reason that general teachers who belongs to an elementary and a secondary school, were producing and managing all the records, they don't have any knowledge on the records management system. in this paper, tried to consider the plan of the school records classification scheme and record management system under the research on the actual condition of the management system and problem features. The first plan for managing is to complete the system of business classification scheme, the standardization of records management and develop manuals and guidelines, and the second is the range expansion of managing and reinforcing the appraisal procedures.

This study attempts to suggest an improvement plan of the currently prescribed record classification standard table as the guidance to select and assess the public records of local governments. For this purpose, this study utilized the methodologies of literature review, survey, and experts' assessments. It investigated the current situation on unit tasks and preservation periods targeting major functions of 'construction and architecture' in the record management standard table in the 9 provinces, and it also deduced the characteristics and problems of unit task and preservation period by comparing and analyzing the unit task and preservation period utilized in more than 3 provinces. Based on the results from the analysis on the current situation and comparison, this study deduced the new unit tasks and preservation periods. And the evaluation targeting practitioners and expertise was conducted, and then the revised design plan was finally presented 4 medium- function items, 18 small - function items operated in more than 4 provinces, 47 unit task items, which led to the total 69 items. This study can be utilized as a guidance for establishing the record management standard table based on the uniqueness and originality of public record of local governments and the task function and organization of institutions in the future.

Culverts are structures constructed across river levees. Since river levees are to be constructed continuously, constructions of culvert are known to reduce the stability of river levees. In order to establish an effective inspection system of culverts, a visual inspection system using checklists and smart phone was recommended in this paper. It was determined that the recommended visual inspection checklist is applicable in establishing the investment priority based on the culvert's repair plan establishment, repair and precision safety inspection.
