While every nation in the world is emphasizing economic growth, we are confronting a side effect called environmental pollution. The main cause of environmental pollution is abuse of fossil fuels which emit carbon dioxide and are causing various problems including global worming. Green IT becomes popular as a method to reduce environmental pollution as well as a method to develop IT industry. The purpose of this paper is to develop education contents of green IT for elementary school students. For this purpose, extensive literature review works have been searched and analysed. In this paper, education contents of green IT are developed for three categories, knowledge, application, and ethics. In order to verify the validity of practical guidelines in application category, 55 elementary school teachers are randomly selected and their responses are gathered and analyzed through thorough statistical work. We expect that the proposed education contents will be guidelines for future green IT education.

The increase of wheelchair users due to the rapid growth of elderly population, traffic accidents, and industrial disaster etc. becomes a major issue in our society. Thus, the Convenience Promotion Law was enforced to facilitate the use and installation of convenient facilities for the disabled, the elderly and pregnant women. Currently, not only newly built buildings but also roads and parks are accessed and used by all the people without any hindrance. In contrast to this, so far not many studies on residential space design for wheelchair users have been carried out except for public facilities. So, wheelchair users have to bear the inconvenience in their houses made upon the standards of the general people. Therefore, it is necessary to develop design guideline considering the physical characteristics of wheelchair users and their family members to lead a convenient life. This study was conducted in universal design perspective and intended to establish design guideline of convenient residential space for wheelchair users and general people. To accomplish the objective, surveys for wheelchair users' actual conditions and needs, and video observation were carried out.

Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop task guidelines for hospice team members. The task range of all personnel who work for hospice institutions was identified, and a tool describing roles and tasks of the hospice team members was developed based on review of related literature, both domestic and international. Methods : The content validity of the tool was assured by an expert panel through two phases of discussion. The first phase of the study included a survey conducted from December 1999 to January 2000 for a total of 126 hospice experts and practitioners affiliated with domestic hospice institutions. The second phase of the study included 35 subjects. The data were collected using a survey when the investigators visited each hospice institution. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results : 1) In the first phase of the study, all items scored over 80 points in CVI were selected as the roles and tasks of hospice coordinator, nurse, pastor, social worker, pharmacist, nutritionist, therapist, volunteer, and nurse aide. However, two items were excluded because they scored below 80 points: an item describing eligibility of a physician, a person who has a license for managing anesthetic agents was scored as 78.6 points, and an item describing the eligibility of the team leader of volunteers, a person educated at the graduate level was scored as 74.7 points. 2) In the second phase of the study, all items scored over 80 points in CVI were selected as the roles and tasks of hospice nurse, pastor, social worker, pharmacist, nutritionist, therapist, volunteer, and nurse aide. Of the roles of the hospice coordinator, however, the item scored as 77.9 points, assess and plan a patients physical, social, emotional, and spiritual status, and, of the roles of the team leaders of volunteers, the item scored as 78.6, attend a team meeting once a week and participate in building an standard nursing plan for patients were included in the tool since they scored over 80 points in the first phase of the study. Conclusion : The developed task guideline should be further modified and revised based on the findings of a preliminary application in the actual field. There is also a need of continuous research for developing more culturally-appropriate task guidelines for hospice team members.

Design Hourly Volume (DHV) is the hourly volume used for designing a section of road. DHV is also used to estimate the expected number of vehicles to pass or traverse the relevant section of road in a future target year. The Design Hour Factor (DHF) is defined as the ratio of DHV to Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT). In addition to high precision of predicted traffic volume, in order to design a roadway to be the proper scale, applying appropriate DHFs considering traffic flow characteristics and type of area which surrounds the relevant roadway is important. This study categorizes sections of expressway (Suh Hae An Expressway) according to their area type and estimates DHFs utilizing traffic data obtained from a vehicle detection system (VDS). This study shows that DHFs calculated using VDS data are different from those using traffic data acquired from a coverage survey. While AADTs from both data show similar values, peak hour volumes from both data show significant differences especially for recreational areas. DHFs from the coverage survey are quite different from the values provided by the Korean design guide or previous research results and DHFs for urban areas are higher than recreational areas. However, DHFs from VDS shows similar values to previous research results. The result of this study suggests that using VDS for estimating DHFs is more reliable than using a coverage survey.

민선지방자치 실시 이후 충남도민의 자치의식 조사를 통해 자치의식 제고 및 자치역량 강화와 관련된 정책적 시사점 도출을 통하여 향후 바람직한 충남도민의 자치의식 정립 및 자치역량 강화에 요구되는 일련의 지침을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 문제하에 자치의식 조사 결과를 통하여 본 정책적 함의는 지방자치단체의 정책능력 신장, 지방의회의 역할과 지방의원의 자질 향상, 지방공무원의 역할향상 기대, 주민의 자치의식과 주민참여 활성화 노력 등으로 요약할 수 있다.

본회는 지난 6월1$\~$30일(1개월간)에 회원기업을 비롯한 국내기업의 외국기술도입 효율화와 공업소유권제도 개선을 적극 유도, 조장하고자 1962년부터 1975년 12월 31일 사이에 외국기술을 도입한 251개 업체를 대상으로 외국기술도입계약현황$\cdot$공업소유권보유 및 활용 실태조사를 실시하였다. 본조사에서 나타난 결과는 기술도입 및 공업소유권 정책이나 제도상의 미비점을 개선, 보완하는 기초자료로 채택하도록 관계당국에 제시하였다. 동조사의 지침 및 결과분석은 다음과 같다.

지난 2월 한국통신기술협회는 정보통신표준관련 각 기관(ETRI, KT, NCA, DACOM)의 실무전문가로 구성된 특별조사팀 운영으로, 전기통신표준화지침(정보통신부 고시 제1994-97호)에 의해 국내의 전기통신표준 적합인증 업무를 수행할 수 있는 ''전기통신표준 적합인증 세부운영규정(안)''을 작성한 바 있습니다. 본 고는 이 세부운영규정(안)을 작성하기까지의 특별조사팀 구성 및 운영 등에 관한 전반적인 활동 결과를 소개한 것입니다.

Personal mobility (PM) can increase the mobility of individual, so that the elderly can be set as the target group for using PM because of relatively low walking ability to normal. In this study, we design PM device for elderly that can be used safely in the walking environment such as sidewalk. There are various obstacles in the walking environment, so the device must have mechanical performance to overcome all of them. In this study, we survey the status and level of obstacle factors in walking environment to determine the dynamic performance of the PM device for elderly. We check up several guidelines about walking facilities to define obstacle points for the device, establish field survey methodologies, and conduct field survey for some specific road sections. Based on the survey results, we confirm the possible problems that could arise when the dynamic performance of the device is selected based on the facility-related criteria. We also define the performance requirements for the device based on the requirements for electric wheelchair.

This is a research analyzed general patten and change as measure and guidances about government reorganization and surveyed a state of the records management according to the reorganization. The result of analysis, first, the guideline of government reorganization requires complementary measures according to the various patten and primary factor. The archives management according to the reorganization requires not only the change of the function between organizations but between internal organizations. It is arrangement guidance of transferring secret records and special archives management division records according to reorganization. Forth, archivist and official's duty related with transferring records should be stipulated according to Government reorganization. Fifth, the records oversight and missing should be minimized as amending related laws and regulation.
