  • 본 연구에서는 엘리베이터 용량, 속도, 제어방식, 아파트 건설공법(현장타설공법 및 조립식공법), 승강로의 벽 및 천장구조 등 여러 요인별로 현장에서 엘리베이터 운행시 소음.진동량을 실측하고 문제점을 파악한 후, 현형 설계여건을 고려하여 PC구조아파트에 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 저감공법을 제시하였다.

  • There might be still weakness in domestic R&D of DIY based modular smart phone and device to cope effectively with post smartphone era. Currently, it is essential for us to provide technology development and countermeasure way against subversive influence that development and commercial release of Google's modular smartphone can cause in such ecology. This paper focused to suggest binding assignment and technology prospect required in promoting industrialization related with IoT and deducing the global countermeasure ways through investigation and analysis about advanced technology and patents of modular smart phone and devices. Description includes introduction, technology outline, technology and patent trend, conclusion.

  • Steel-embedded composite piers provide flexible design alternatives to satisfy the required performance due to various design parameters of composite sections. For the fast construction of composite piers, bolt connection can be utilized for small size piers and post-tensioning to the pier segments for the large size piers. In this paper, experimental results on composite piers were investigated to evlauate the effects of design parameters on the behavior of composite piers. Appropriate sections and their integration methods were suggested according to the design conditions. For the modular construction of bridge piers, pier segments need to be divided considering their weight and careful considerations on details to adjust fabrication and construction error. Connection details for the pier cap were also proposed.

  • Bridges have undergone distinctive development in accordance of the introduction of new materials and structural types. The importance on rapid construction technology is currently attracting more and more attention worldwidely as well as domestically because its effectiveness in reducing the overall construction cost. While a wide ranges of previous researches on rapid construction of super structures are available, the studies on substructures are quite limited. The development of the precast segmental internally confined hollow CFT piers are briefly introduced herein and design formulas are presented for pier segment joints, Also, a extensive parametric studies are carried out for the effect of the constitutive elements of the joints. Finally, the design formulas are verified throughout a series of extensive finite element analyses.

  • A concept of Modular GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) deck panel was proposed for bridge decks. The modular GFRP bridge deck system is comprised of main unit module and connector unit module with GFRP flanges and web. Its structural performance under static loading was evaluated and compared with the LUSAS finite element predictions. It was found that the presented GFRP modular panel was very efficient for use in bridges. The failure mode of the proposed GFRP deck was similar when compared with that of commercial other GFRP decks developed.

  • Structural behavior of built-up compression members with unsymmetric connectors under buckling status has been studied through these experiments. When the distance between adjacent H-300 beams of built-up compression member is 2 m in length, and the H-300 beams are lengthened up to 30 m in length with three-10 m-H-beams by bolts and double arrayed, three specimen having each connector plate, single channel, double channel are experimented for evaluating buckling loads. The buckling loads from the experiments are compared with buckling loads of structural analysis using FEM and buckling loads of Timoshenko Eq. in order to figure out how the connectors' type affects on longitudinal and lateral displacements, also strain of the built-up compression members as well. The result from the experiments show that the buckling loads 4.2% decreases in double channel connectors and 36.6% decreases in single channel connectors than plate connectors.

  • 조립식 빗물침투형 저류블록은 우수유출 저감시설로, 황토 및 친환경 무기질 결합재를 이용하여 제작한 고강도 투수성 블록의 적층 및 요철에 의한 끼움식 조립에 의해 형성된 공간에 빗물을 저류하고, 저장된 빗물은 시간이 지남에 따라 지반으로 침투시키는 우수유출 저감용 빗물관리시설로, 집중강우 시 유출수가 발생하는 해당지역에 분산식으로 설치하여 국지적 호우 발생에 대처할 수 있으며, 지속적인 침투를 통한 지하수위 확보 및 가뭄현상의 저감은 물론, 미기후 조성과 건전한 물순환 구조 형성에 이바지하는 빗물관리기술이다. 본 기술은 집중형 대규모 빗물저류조의 적용상의 문제점과 단순저류의 한계성을 극복하고, 기존 침투시설의 낮은 침투능을 증대시키고자 저류기능과 침투기능을 동시에 확보하여 집중호우시 빠른 침투저류능을 향상시킨 조립식 빗물침투형 저류시설이다. 보다 구체적으로는 집중강우에 대한 방재적 측면과 함께 가뭄으로 발생하는 지하수위 저하 등에 친환경적으로 대응하기 위한 복합적인 빗물관리 기술로서, 빗물 유출저감과 함께 물순환 회복 및 저영향개발을 위한 각 지자체의 지침과도 부합될 수 있다. 또한, 콘크리트 제품의 환경적 문제점과 플라스틱 제품의 낮은 물성을 극복하였고, 시공 시에는 보다 현장상황에 맞게 가변적 형태로 적용이 가능한 단순조립 적층공법으로 공기단축에 탁월한 장점이 있으며, 유지관리 시에는 별도의 동력이 요구되지 않는 형태로 개발하였다. 조립식 빗물침투저류블록의 구조체를 이루는 단위 블록유닛은 투수성 소재로 제작되며, 상하부가 개방되어 있고 사각형의 내부에 힘을 받는 격벽과 전후벽이 상호 대응되는 요철로 형성되어 있으며, 단위블록 유닛 다수개가 수직수평으로 연속적으로 조립되어 규모의 제한, 형태의 제한이 없는 구조물 형성이 가능하다. 본 구조체의 저류공극율은 80%이상 확보 가능하며, 또한 블록자체의 투수율이 0.83mm/sec로서 순모래나 순자갈의 포화투수계수보다 투수율이 높아 침투저류 효율성이 높으며 시공 후 상부 토지는 자유롭게 활용 가능하다. 본 조립식 빗물 침투형 저류블록을 이용하여 저영향개발 계획, 우수유출 저감대책 수립, 빗물관리시설 계획시 기존의 시설들에 비하여 경제적, 효율적인 설계가 가능하다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the performance of precast segmental PSC bridge columns with precast concrete footings. The proposed system can reduce work at a construction site and makes construction periods shorter. The precast concrete footings is intended to support precast segmental PSC bridge columns and provides an alternative to current cast-inplace systems, particularly for areas where reduced construction time is desired. Shortened construction time, in turn, leads to important safety and economic advantages when traffic disruption or rerouting is necessary. A model of precast segmental PSC bridge columns was tested under a constant axial load and a cyclically reversed horizontal load. In the companion paper, the experimental and analytical study for the performance assessment of precast segmental PSC bridge columns with precast concrete footings is performed.

A Study on the Deformation Behavior of the Segmental Grid Retaining Wall Using Scaled Model Tests (조립식 격자 옹벽의 변형거동에 관한 모형실험 연구)

  • Most large cut slopes of open pit mines, roadways, and railways are steeply inclined and composed with rocks that do not contain soils. However, these rock slopes suffer both weathering and fragmentation. In the case of steep slopes, falling rock and collapse of a slope may often occur due to surface erosion. Cast-in place concrete and rubble work are the most widely used earth structure-based pressure supports that act as restraints against the collapse of the rock slope. In order to overcome the shortcomings of conventional retaining walls, a segmental grid retaining wall is being used with connects precasted segments to construct the wall. In this study, laboratory model test was conducted to estimate deformation behavior of segmental grid retaining wall with configuration of rear strecher, height and inclination of the wall. In order to examine the behavior characteristics of a segmental grid retaining wall, this research analyzes the aspects of spacial displacement through relative displacement according to change in the inclination of the wall. Also, the walls behavior according to the formation and status of the rear stretcher which serves the role of transferring the load from the header and the stretcher which make up the wall, the displacement of backfill materials in the wall, and the location of the maximum load were surveyed and the characteristics of displacement in the segmental grid retaining wall were observed. The test results of the segmental grid retaining wall showed that there was a sudden increase in failure load according to the decrease in the wall's height and the size of the in was greatly decreased. Furthermore, it revealed that with identical inclination and height, the structure of the rear stitcher did not greatly affect the starting point or size of maximum horizontal displacement, but rather had a stronger effect on the inclination of the wall.
