조립순서결정을 위한 조립상태정보 표현에 관한 연구

  • 조립제품을 생산하기 위해, 부품간의 조립순서를 결정하는 문제는 전체조립공정에 중대한 영향을 미치는 문제이다. 이때 부품간이 조립순서를 결정하기 위해서는 조립상태에 관한 정보가 필요하다. 따라서 효율적인 조립순서를 결정하기 위해서는 조립상태에 대한 효과적인 표현법이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 효과적인 조립정보의 표현법으로서 CCG를 제시한다. CCG는 Component Coupling Graph로서 부품간의 기하학적인 간섭관계에 대한 정보를 접근 방향별로 표현한 그래프이다. 이때 접근방향은 +x,-x,+y,-y,+z,-z의 여섯방향이다. 이 CCG를 이용하면 각 조립상태에 대한 분해가능한 부품을 논리적으로 추론해 낼 수 있게 된다. 부품간의 기하학적인 간섭관계는 coupling 개념을 이용하여 표현하게 되는데, coupling은 각 부품간의 방향별 거리를 나타낸다.

  • A layout of regenerative liquid rocket engine using turbo pump has been designed for development of high performance liquid rocket engine. each components of engine system was placed by considering assembly and characteristic. first stage engine system is controled by one plane of axis gimballing and composed of four engine assembly to cluster with launch vehicle. second stage engine system is controled by two plane of axis gimballing and composed of one engine assembly. assembly and disassembly Processes and required program have been developed. various shape of instruments were also developed for carrying out assembly and disassembly process efficiently.

  • Liquid rocket engines (LREs) are very complex systems that include combustion chambers, turbopumps, gas generators, ducts and tubes, valves and etc. Most components of the LREs require higher than or equal to level 6 IT (ISO Tolerance). The components along with pipe line and/or tubing must dispose not to interfere each other. In addition, effectiveness of maintenance and service after assembling should be considered when the allocation of the components are determined. Especially at the stage of the development, tolerance accumulations or unpredictable errors may result in misalignment and/or mismatches at interfaces of the parts. Namely, it is the engine assembling process that many inherent risks are realized and crises or incidents occur. Therefore, a rapid reaction system should be prepared. In this research, 7 tonf class liquid rocket assembling process was studied and actual building steps were introduced.

  • This paper describes the conceptual design of a customized gripper for the assembly process of IT products, which has a relatively short and regular product replacement cycle. The grippers that are used in the manufacturing field are mostly composed of one to two degrees of freedom and they can only handle one object, not multiple ones. Cost is also an important factor. If it were possible to develop a gripper suitable for the assembly process quickly and easily, some of the difficulties involved in its automation caused by the frequent changes of product and process could be solved. The assembly process utilized for this research is defined and described as the procedure and method of the process analysis due to the confidentiality of the manufacturer. We used an axiomatic design to derive the functional requirements and design parameters of the gripper used for the tablet PC assembly process. We proposed a design method for the conceptual design of the gripper by determining these parameters. For the feasibility study, a specific process was selected and the progress of the gripper design was described as an example. Although there have been studies on the design guidelines for grippers, their considerations are too general and their degree of freedom is too high. This paper defines the function of the gripper based on the assembly process of the IT products, which allows their production to be streamlined and automated. In this research, we attempted to produce a design that reflects the assembly process, not just one that enables objects to be held.

As the method that can do the automation assembly for the ventilation grille, a simple jig and air cylinder have been applied. And a solenoid valve, a filter regulator, and on-off switch have been used in controlling the system. Moreover, the timer is attached to the equipment so that a worker may control the assembly time, as fitting the quantity on demand of production. Actually with executing the assembly test productivity and performance of assembly have been verified. In case of the automation assembly work for a ventilation grille is compared to the manual work. The optimum working speed has been identified to make the process twice or three times better.

  • In inference fit assembly process of the industrial robot, it basically needs the force data. One of the typical methods to get the force data is attaching torque sensors on the robot arm joint or end effector. This is effective way to reduce time delay and to improve preciseness of force control, but this method has several problems. To solve that problem, this paper suggests method which measures assembly force without torque sensor by using the sliding perturbation observer(SPO) and assembly process based on SPO to assemble successfully in inference assembly
