SCM은 원자재를 공급받아 이를 완제품으로 만들고, 최종소비자에게 판매하는 일련의 사업단위를 관리하는 기법이다 즉, 주문창출, 주문접수, 주문이행 그리고 상품, 서비스 및 정보의 유통, 협력을 포함한 총괄적인 개념의 용어이다. 또한 원자재의 공급자에서부터 최종소비자까지 연결하는 생산의 흐름을 최적으로 운영하고 조율하는 것이 SCM의 목적이다. Supply Chain상에는 여러 개의 다른 조직체와 활동에 필요한 많은 기능(설계, 생산, 조달, 운송 등)이 존재하며, 전체 Supply Chain의 효율성을 증가시키기 위하여 실물, 정보, 자금을 최적으로 관리하는 것이 SCM의 역할이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SCM의 근간이 되고 있는 EDI의 조달시스템에 초점을 맞추어 가상 시나리오를 세우고, 업무를 분석하여, 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 마지막으로 웹상에서의 페이지들을 개발하고 이들을 연결하여서 최종적인 시스템을 구현하였다.

For a sustainable development, the resources circulation system should be established and an environment-conscious activities are required at the same time. These activities should be also implemented in logistics area. Especially, green procurement activities in inbound logistics is recognized as a very important factors in the early phase of an environment-conscious activities. In this paper, we are to suggest the direction through statistical analysis of effects, and cause of influences of environmental procurement logistics activities on logistics performance by environmental logistics strategy and by the size of enterprises, and by Environmental Management System. This study was conducted with the subjects of manufacturing enterprises with concurrent reviews of literature and statistical analysis, and the meaning of this study would be the analysis of the influencers of environment-conscious procurement logistics activities on logistics performance different from existing logistics studies.

댐 및 이와 관련된 시설은 일반 공공 시설에 비해 수명이 긴 것이 특징이다. 최근 이러한 댐 시설은 준공 후 30년에서 50년 가까이 경과한 것이 많아 지금까지 경험한 적이 없는 하드웨어적, 소프트웨어적 관점에서의 노후화 및 시설 관리 문제가 현실화될 가능성이 점증하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 기존 국내 외 연구를 살펴보면 시스템 도입 측면에서의 연구가 많다: (1) 다양한 고용량의 데이터를 통합 관리하기 위한 시스템, (2) 댐 준공까지의 기존 정보를 효율적으로 열람 검색 할 수 있는 시스템, (3) 댐 관리 대장 시스템 등. 그러나 근본적인 관점에서 살펴보면 이러한 시스템 도입 조차 사람의 운용, 재료 및 설비의 구매, 그리고 시스템의 운용 등을 위한 재원의 조달이 근간이라 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 재정조달의 관점에서 국내외 댐 유지관리비 산정기준 사례를 비교 검토하고자 한다.

본 연구는 지방국토관리청의 시설공사의 계약 체결과 기성 준공금 지급 업무를 대상으로 발주청 내부시스템과 국가종합전자조달시스템간의 연계를 위한 업무절차 개선방안을 마련하고 관련 기능을 개발함으로서 건설사의 계약 및 기성 업무처리의 효율성을 제고하고자 한다.

Tax exhaustion effect hypothesis says that firms with low expected marginal tax rates on their interest deductions employ less debt in their capital structure. We use logit analysis to study how financing decision is related to tax after controlling non tax effects. We treat non debt tax shields as proxy of marginal corporate tax rates which affect the probability of using the deductibility of debt tax shields and empirically test the tax effect on financing decision in Korea. In conclusion, we provide evidence that debt financing is positively related to tax in the former sub-period. This results partially support for tax exhaustion effect hypothesis and low tax rate firms have lower debt levels than high tax rate firms.

선박은 해운시장에서 가장 중요한 자산이다. 이러한 선박투자에는 대규모 자본조달이 필요하며 시황 및 경기분석을 통해 고점투자를 방지하고 조달비용을 절감하는 것이 중요하며 이러한 결정이 투자 성패를 좌우한다. 본 논문은 K평균 군집화분석을 이용하여 그리스 선주와 한국 선주의 선박투자행태를 분류하고자 한다. 분석의 결과로 선박투자의 주요 요인들을 식별하여 기업차원의 선박투자의 벤티마크 투자전략을 수립하는데 기여하고자 하며 정책적 차원에서 선박투자에 필요한 전략에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

전기산업은 표준산업분류표상으로는 서비스업에 속해있으면서 발전업과 기타전기산업으로 분류되어진다. 전기사업법상분류로는 일반전기사업자와 발전사업자로 나뉘어진다. 이러한 전기사업을 포함하여 그 기반과 관련되는 산업으로는 설계, 기자재제작, 건설, 연료조달, 방사 등 포괄적인 광의와 개념의 전기산업이 있겠다.
