This paper analyzed the relationship between corporate debt financing and interest costs using micro firm-level data. We also analyzed the differences in this relationship by the year of 2008 financial crisis. We did not find a negative relationship between corporate interest costs and debt financing. Prior to the 2008 financial crisis, we found a negative relationship between corporate interest costs and debt financing. However, following the 2008 financial crisis, we found a positive relationship between corporate interest costs and debt financing. The impacts of the decrease in corporate interest costs on the increase in corporate debt financing are not significant in the Korean economy. After the 2008 financial crisis, the decrease in corporate interest costs is followed by a decrease in corporate debt financing.

This paper tried to find how the characteristics of purchasing items would have influence on the relational e-procurement. The characteristics of purchasing items include the importance and the complexity of purchasing items. In order to define these characteristics, this paper reviewed various literatures about purchasing strategies. The empirical analysis through the multi-nominal logistic regression shows that the importance of items has influence on relational e-procurement, while the complexity of purchasing process has little influence. And also, the relational e-procurement through EDI as a long term buying relationship is being converted toward the exchange through purchasing sites.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 기업에서 내부현금흐름과 부채가 투자지출과 어떠한 관계에 있는가를 분석함으로서 외부자금조달의 제약 및 대리인 문제가 투자지출에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 전체 기간에 대하여 투자지출은 내부현금흐름과 강한 양(+)의 관계를 나타내어 외부 자금조달의 제한이 투자지출에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 표본을 분류하여 분석한 결과, 단독기업이 재벌기업에 비해 정보비대칭 문제가 심각하므로 더 큰 외부자금조달의 제한에 직면할 것이라는 증거는 발견되지 않았으며, 주식시장의 장세에 따른 분석결과, 주가 상승기에 투자지출과 부채비율은 두드러진 음(-)의 관계를 형성함으로서 이 시기에는 부채가 투자를 억제하는 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 IMF 이후 1998년에는 내부현금흐름이 투자지출에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 투자기회가 적은 기업에서만 부채의 계수가 유의적인 음(-)으로 나타나 IMF 이전과는 다른 양상을 보였다.

한국은 1989년 2월 통신분야 우선협상대상국(PFC: Priority Foreign Country)으로 지정된 이래 미국과 쌍무협상을 계속한 결과 1993년부터 통신망 관련 제품시장을 개방하게 되었다. 또한 한국이 올해 안으로 GATT의 정부조달협정에 가입할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 통신기기 시장개방이 우리나라 통신산업에 어떠한 영향을 줄 것인가하는 문제는 관심의 대상이 되기에 충분하다. 본 연구에서는 시장개방으로 인한 외국기업의 국내통신기기 시장의 잠식규모와 이에 따른 국민경제파급효과를 분석해 보았다.
