광굴절률 현상은 optical signal processing과 홀로그램 기억소자로 널리 응용 될 수 있기 때문에 지금까지 광범위하게 연구되어져 왔다. 광굴절률 현상에서 중요한 변수는 빛이 있는 동안 drift, diffusion 과 photovoltaic current와 같은 전하 운반 메카니즘을 통해서 local charge의 재분포에 따른 공간전하장(Space-charge field, $E_{sc}$ )이다. 지금까지 single beam에 의한 공간전하장을 측정하는 방법으로 birefringenc $e^{1.2}$ 와 interference metho $d^{3}$을 이용하여 굴절률 변화를 측정함으로써 얻을 수 있었다. 그러나 이런 방법들은 공간전하장의 변화를 측정하기위해서 전기광학계수를 측정하여 얻는 간접적인 방법이고 또한 실험방법도 다소 복잡하다. 따라서 본 투고에서는 이미 발표된 광굴절률 현상시 제 2 고조파 세기(SHG)의 변화로부터 공간전하장을 간단하게 측정하는 방법을 이용하여 congruent, MgO가 4mole%, F $e_2$O가 0.1mole% 첨가된 LiNb $O_3$ 단결정의 공간전하장에 대해서 연구를 하였다. 이 방법은 전기광학물질인 LiNb $O_3$에서 SHG 위상정합조건이 dc 전기장에 의존하는 성질을 이용한 것이다. 그리고 온도가 일정할 경우 전기장의 변화에 따라 SHG의 크기가 변함을 이용하였다. The data on the striped rice, borer populations, collected in the four years from 1973 to 1976, was reanalyzed to study the characteristics in the aggregation pattern of the insect larvae in the paddy fields. The distribution pattern of the larvae was well fitted to the negative binomial model in both the first and the second generation. With reference to the Green's coefficient of dispersion estimated, the aggregation of the larvae was categorized into three phases: initial high aggregation, changing, and dispersed stable phase. Except the changing phase, each phase in each generation could be defined by a common k. The phase-change was initiated by the larval dispersal between hills of the rice plants: the larvae of the third stage and those of the fifth stage, for the first and second generation, respectively. The characteristics of the aggregation pattern were stable in the second generation. In the first genaration, the pattern was more or less variable, indicating that the life system of the insect in the first generation was more susceptible to the variations of the external physical factors than that in the second generation.

We report a simple method for determining photovoltaic constant and conductivities of any photorefractive crytals which have no inversion symmetry by utilizing the electric field dependence of non-phase-matched second harmonic generation. New theoretical expression for the electric field dependence of Maker fringes is derived and space charge field can be determined using this from the observed change of intensity of second harmonic wave. The photovoltaic constant, dark conductivity and photoconductivity are easily deduced from an analysis of the measured relaxation behavior of space-charge field at two different light intensities. We demonstrate this method for $LiNbO_3$ at 514.5 nm.4.5 nm.

'The Third space,' which is the concept that embraces sociological, spatial, and marketing concepts, refers to the place which is other than the home and the workplace and which is a comfortable frequented place where meditation, psychological relaxation, and social needs can be satisfied. 'The Third space' has the characteristics of comfort, openness, interactivity, playfulness, and diversity. In modern times, most of consumption spaces play the role of 'the Third space,' and the typical example is $Caf{\acute{e}}$. $Caf{\acute{e}}$ began from its origin with the characteristics of 'the Third space,' and recently it has become the complex cultural space of urban dwellers. $Caf{\acute{e}}$ as 'the Third space' has the characteristics of a healing space, communication space, personalized space, value-expressive space, culture and consumption space, nomad space. Such characteristics of $Caf{\acute{e}}$ are well represented in the cafes around the regions where 'street culture' has recently been formed. As examined through the examples, $Caf{\acute{e}}$ as 'the Third space' can be more strategically produced by establishing themes through storytelling, giving spatial identity through style creation, diversifying the sequence through complex space organization, and establishing interaction devices through experience elements.

Floating holograms are technologies that provide rich 3D stereoscopic images in a wide space such as advertisement, concert. In addition, It is possible to reduce the 3D glasses inconvenience, eye strain, and space distortion, and to enjoy 3D images with excellent realism and existence. Therefore, this paper implements a user gesture recognition system for manipulating a floating hologram characters that can be used in a small space devices. The proposed method detects face region using haar feature-based cascade classifier, and recognizes the user gestures using a user gesture-occurred position information that is acquired from the gesture difference image in real time. And Each classified gesture information is mapped to the character motion in floating hologram for manipulating a character action. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed user gesture recognition system for manipulating a floating hologram character, we make the floating hologram display devise, and measures the recognition rate of each gesture repeatedly that includes body shaking, walking, hand shaking, and jumping. As a results, the average recognition rate was 88%.

미래 학자들은 21세기를 해양혁명(Marine Revolution)의 시대로 예견하고 있으며, 세계의 선진국가들은 해양이 지닌 방대한 자원을 개발하고 해양환경을 보전하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 또한 해양관광은 전세계적으로 신관광상품으로 인식되고 있으며, 수심이 얕은 연안, 섬과 섬사이, 해안 등은 미래의 공간자원으로써, 제2의 국토공간개발지역으로 그 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 또한 "21세기 국토개발구상(안)은 해양을 중심으로 U자형의 국토개발축을 구상하고 있다. 남해안축은 한려해상, 다도해의 역사 문화자원을 이용하여 "남해안국제관광벨트"를 조성하고 정기적으로 서해안 동해안과 연계하는 관광벨트를 조성하여 3면의 해안을 활용하는 관광계획을 구상하고 있다. 현재 추진중에 있는 남해안 관광벨트사업은 동 서화합의 물꼬를 트는 대표적인 사업으로 지역간 화합을 추구하는 새로운 전기를 모색하고 있다. 남해안 관광벨트사업은 산발적 부분적 개발을 지양하고 해양관광벨트 산업관광벨트 환경생태관광벨트로 공간의 다원화 전략을 세계적으로 수립하여 지역발전을 도모하고 주민의 일자리 창출을 통해 소득의 극대화가 가능토록 하여야 한다. 따라서 남해안을 국내 외 관광객을 대거 유치할 수 있는 국제 해양관광 선도지역으로 개발을 유도하며 영 호남 공동의 상징적 프로젝터로서 21세기 해양관광시대에 대비하고 동 서화합협력체제의 구축방안을 마련하는데 있다.

In this study, the concept of spatial big data and effective ways to build a spatial big data system are presented. Big Data is defined as 3V(volume, variety, velocity). Spatial big data is the basis for evolution from 3V's big data to 6V's big data(volume, variety, velocity, value, veracity, visualization). In order to build an effective spatial big data, spatial big data system building should be promoted. In addition, spatial big data system should be performed a national spatial information base, convergence platform, service providers, and providers as a factor of production. The spatial big data system is made up of infrastructure(hardware), technology (software), spatial big data(data), human resources, law etc. The goals for the spatial big data system build are spatial-based policy support, spatial big data platform based industries enable, spatial big data fusion-based composition, spatial active in social issues. Strategies for achieving the objectives are build the government-wide cooperation, new industry creation and activation, and spatial big data platform built, technologies competitiveness of spatial big data.

When the character of space could be dichotomized into the existing public space and private space, social order could be maintained by public policing only, Since enormous private property was formed and private space was enlarged by the development of capitalism, however, the necessity of private policing system came to the front. The large capitalists began to establish separate policing system to protect their property and safety. However, as social alteration was further diversified scale of economy was enlarged, the character of space could not be simply explained owing to the formation of space that could not be explained by simple dichotomous division. Namely, the 3rd space was formed as middle class between public space and private space. The 3rd space created additional demand of policing besides the existing public policing and private policing. The policing system to safety such demand of policing is called hybrid policing. As policing system in which character and legal status of public policing and private policing are mixed, the hybrid policing system may be originated from the diversification of demand of policing. Johnston insists that the demand of hybrid policing system will be further increased, becoming the model of policing system in the future. In Korea, the police guard system or special guard system can be classified into the type of hybrid policing. In accordance with the trend of diversified demand of policing in the future, I suggest to develop Korean model of hybrid policing system so that it can be utilized in elevating the policing index in Korean society.
