Trend of Mold and die Industry (국내 금형산업 생산 및 업계 동향)

  • 우리나라 금형산업이 2012년 생산 10조원 시대를 맞이하였다. 1960년대 가내수공업 수준에 머물던 국내 금형산업은 불과 반세기만에 금형 생산 10조원을 넘어서 세계 5위 금형생산국의 입지를 굳건히 하는 한편, 세계 1위 금형강국으로 도약하기 위한 발판을 마련하였다. 한국금형공업협동조합은 매년 통계청 '광업 제조업조사보고서' 자료를 분석하여 금형생산 통계를 발표하고 있다. 최근 2011년 금형생산 통계를 집계한 결과 종업원 10인 이상의 기업을 기준으로 국내에 금형업체는 1,341개사, 생산실적은 7조126억원으로 조사되었다. 또한 조합자체 분석결과 10인 미만의 금형업체는 전국에 약 2,300개사가 존재하고 있으며, 이들 업체의 생산량과 일반 제조업체의 내제화된 금형, 그리고 2012년 추정성장률까지 모두 합산한 경우 2012년 10조원을 넘어선 것으로 전망된다. 이같은 금형산업의 성장이 더욱 뜻깊은 이유는 국가전반의 경제성장에 커다란 파급효과를 남기고 있기 때문이다. 지난해 금형수출이 25.1억 달러와 무역수지 흑자규모 23.6억 달러를 기록해 국가경상수지 개선에 금형이 한몫을 톡톡히 했다. 무엇보다 국가뿌리산업이라고 불리우는 금형은 자동차, 핸드폰, 가전 등 주력산업의 경쟁력을 뒷받침해 이들 제품이 세계 일류상품 반열에 올라서게한 일등공신으로 평가되고 있다. 본 고에서는 한국금형공업협동조합이 발표한 통계자료를 바탕으로 금형 업계 동향을 살펴보도록 한다.

  • Lasting machines for shoe manufacturing are continuously developed with the aid of automation and CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing). Although automation and CAM techniques have tremendously reduced the labor in shoe manufacturing, there still remain some parts manufactured by experts. In order to enhance the capability and efficiency of machines for labor-free shoe manufacturing, CAD data of a shoe last is essential. While CAD datarization takes the fundamental role in the shoe design and manufacturing, there has been little research for the CAD datarization of a shoe last. In this paper, a new procedure for CAD datarization of a shoe last using finite element patches and a tension sl)line method is proposed for application to shoe manufacturing machines. The outer line of a shoe-last sole is interpolated by a tension spline method and bonding lines are extracted from the shoe CAD data. Data set for a control algorithm of the tasting machine can be produced from the CAD data.

새로운quinolone계 항균제의 경구용제제화 연구

  • 열분석 (DSC, TG/DTA)을 통해 Q-35는 A, B, C의 세가지 다형이 존재함을 알수 있었으며 이중 상대습도에 따른 흡습성의 변화가 적고, 가습에 의해 다형전환이 일어나지 않는 C형이 제제에 유리하다고 사료된다. 또한C형은 분쇄, 연합 및 타정에 의한 다형의 전환이 없었다. Q-35의 용해도는 물, 메탄올, 에탄올에 각각 0.30.3.55,6.31mg/m1 이었으며 PH5이상에서는 급격히 용해도가 감소하고 산성에서는 용해도가 크게 증가하는 양상을 나타냈다. 적층시험, 배합시험을 통해 선정한부형제의 표준 처방 혼합물로 정제를 저조한 결과Q-35의 성형성은 양호하였고 Q-35의 함량이 증가함에 따라 붕해시간이 다소 지 연됨을 알수 있었다. 그러나 Q-35원료는 유동성이 적어 직타법이 적합하지 않았으며, 습식 과립압축법에 따라 저조한 정제의 붕해시간은 5-9분, 15분 후 용출은 91.$\pm$5.0% 이었다. Q-35정제를 4$0^{\circ}C$, 4$0^{\circ}C$ ㆍ 75%RH에서 6개월, 6$0^{\circ}C$에서 3개월 보존후 함량을 측정한 결과 각각 100.0, 98.7, 98.9%이었으며 그밖의 항목에서도 안정한 결과를 얻어 Q-35정제는 온도 및 습도어 안정한 것으로 사료된다. 대량생산 연구결과 Q-35의 결정수가 이탈되지 않도록 건조, 코팅 공정 중 정제의 온도를 5$0^{\circ}C$ 이하로 유지시켰다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the external educational environments that small business persons had faced as well as the internal competences of Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), and provide with the directions establishing the small business college. To do so, the study employed PEST analysis and 7S model. As the results of this study, it was quite suggestive that standardization of curriculum and educational facility, qualifications of professional teacher, and rating system and specialization of the college should be considered in order to establish the effective small business college.

An Empirical Study on Customer-Oriented Quality Creation of Shoe : Focusing on Kano′s Model and QFD (제화의 고객지향적 품질창조에 관한 실증적 연구 - Kano의 모형과 QFD를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the customer oriented quality creation by considering quality elements required by customers in the product design process. The study tried to extract attractive quality elements by using Kano's model. After identifying the elements HOQ(the house of quality) of QFD(quality function deployment) was used to identify the trend of quality elements evaluation. Test for equal means (t-test) was applied to verify the attractive quality elements of adult shoes. It made us find the customer oriented quality elements from the customer needs and latent dissatisfaction. We collected the opinions of experts on shoes and complete the cause and effect diagram and affinity diagram (KJ method). The data of the questionnaire was put to the QFD and the contents of quality elements was identified by brain storming method. We calculated indexes which were the multiplication of weight and marks of quality elements in the cross table of the HOQ by QFD. Then we tested for the equality of means between the indexes and the sum of attractive quality elements. The results for equal means were statistically significant. To create the customer quality the product design should be differentiated between the age groups over attractive quality elements.

  • Although consumer needs for better products force manufactures to put emphasis on design, often development of a product has been done without the formal process to consider consumer needs. In order to identify the implicit needs of customers and the areas of potential demand on a product, several analysis scheme such as QFD (Quality Function Deployment) has been developed. QFD, also known as the House of Quality, is the efficient tool ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs, i.e. VoC (Voice of Customer) To utilize this tool on a product design, first of all, the consumers attributes and the engineering characteristics must be exactly investigated. However there were only few studies about them on shoe design. Hence in this paper we developed an innovative framework for shoes design based on QFD. As a result, we uncovered 29 dominant human satisfaction dimensions as the consumers attributes for customer-oriented quality evaluation of a comfortable shoes. Here, 29 human satisfaction dimensions for a shoe design were identified as the dimensions that represent the human sensitivity and psychological feeling on comfortable shoes. Also, we proposed 60 human interface elements as the engineering characteristics. The relationships between human satisfaction dimensions and human interface elements were investigated. This study will help the designers and manufacturers clarify the conceptual and abstract aspect of the design evaluation by proposing a more systematic and process-oriented method.

Research on Shoe Size of Internet Shopping with Consumers and Vendors (인터넷 구두 치수실태 조사 -착용자 및 제화업체 조사를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the sizing problems for shoes, and provide improvement information for shoe industries in internet shopping mall. For this, the study was conducted through a survey with 611 young women consumers from late 10s to late 20s. In addition, we investigated the actual conditions of shoe size system from manufacturers and vendors of internet shopping mall. On the survey from consumers, it was revealed that the main reason which makes the consumers hesitate to purchase is the difference between the image or size shown by the monitor and the actual product. Also, the problem was substantiated through status of internet shoe vendors. Moreover, it was found that consumers rarely have the knowledge of the letter sizes for the foot girth at purchasing shoe. To overcome the problems of shoe size system in internet shopping industry, the new sizing system that both consumers and vendors can satisfy is needed immediately.

  • The spread of computer and network gets various social and economic activities done quickly and efficiently. As a result, it makes a crime using network easy and increases the vulnerability of a social system. As there is a crime as a social being, we need to give careful consideration to the crime occurring in virtual space. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the regulatory need of the Criminal Procedure concerning the network security issues as the new legal and regulatory space that begins to be realized from the late of 20th century because of the extent of social threat. Above all, we addresses whether the amendment of existing legal regulations is necessary, based on the special characteristics of the virtual space.

  • 사용자에게 맞춘 개인화된 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 기술의 발전으로 개인화의 수요는 점점 늘어날 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 개인 맞춤형으로 전문 스포츠 선수화, 족부 장애우를 위한 정형 제화 등 전문적인 기능 중심의 개인화나 패션을 위한 스타일 중심의 개인화 등 개인 맞춤 제작 신발을 제작할 때 기존의 아날로그적인 방식으로 발 변인을 측정했을 때 각 변인에 대해 기준점이 명확하지 않아서 재현성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자를 이용해 간단히 측정 가능한 기본적인 발 변인 이용하여 다른 변인들을 학습하고 딥러닝을 이용해 추정하는 방법에 대해 서술한다. 이를 위해 20개의 발 변인을 휙득 하였고 그 중 6개의 기본적인 발 변인을 이용해 14개 변인을적합 방지를 위해 Dorpout을 적용해 학습하고 학습한 데이터를 이용해 학습하지 않은 데이터를 테스트해 각 변인별 결과를 보여준다.

Dissolution Test to Optimize Liquid Formulations for Enteric Coated Tablets and Capsules Containing Enteric Coated Granules of Omeprazole (장용정 Omeprazole정제와 캅셀제의 액제화 투여 방법의 용출시험)

  • Omeprazole is usually administered as encapsulated enteric-coated granules and enteric-coated tablets because of its acid-labile nature. For children and patients who can not swallow, it can be mixed with water or other liquid after a capsule is opened or a tablet is crushed. This study was performed to compare omeprazole liquid formulations of tablet and capsule Omeprazole 20 mg capsule containing enteric coated granules was opened and 20 mg entric-coated tablet was ground to be mixed with sodium bicarbonate solution, orange juice or water. Each liquid formulation was poured into dissolution tester, mixed with first solution (artificial gastric juice; pH 1.2) for two hours, then with second solution (artifical enteric juice; pH 6.8) for thirty minutes. pH was measured periodically for two and half hours. Samples were drawn periodically, mixed with lansoprazole as an internal standard, and injected to HPLC. As results, pH of sodium bicarbonate solution of omeprazole was significantly higher than that of orange juice or water in first solution (6.2-7.4 vs. 1.2, p<0.005). At 150 min, concentrations of omeprazole in three diluents with granules and in sodium bicarbonate solution of tablet powder sustained significantly higher than in other solution of tablet powder (p<0.001). In conclusion, enteric-coated granules from capsule with three diluents and powder from tablet in sodium bicarbonate solution was stable during dissolution test, which would be appropriate and recommended for patient who can not swallow solid preparations.
