The objective of this study is to present a prototype of organic content, using 3 Screen as the basic concept, and to examine the possible applications of such models. Organic content is something with the characteristics of an organism, which adapts to each unit while maintaining connectivity without losing identity, according to the situation of the user and the characteristics of each unit, opposed to contents that exist without connectivity among units. To this end, I produced a prototype called "Fishing Phone," which crosses over TV, 모바일 and PC. In the Fishing Phone, the fish adapts to each unit as it interacts differently with users while maintaining its own identity. It is an organic content that travels freely through the 3Screen. Fishing Phone was created by using technology and products widely used and serviced today, such as WiFi, java networking, flash player 7, omnia2, and space censors. It demonstrates that organic content can transcend the limitations of space in existing contents, generating new value, realizing complex interaction, and ultimately providing advanced applications for marketing.

In this study, as examples of domestic libraries currently using the cloud-based library system, the main characteristics and issues that appeared in the experience of use divided into the processes of introduction, conversion, and operation of each system were investigated, and the results are as follows. First, it is said that new systems were introduced as alternatives to problems caused by the operation of the existing system, and the current products were selected because they were cost-effective. Second, the main issues in the conversion process were data migration work, implementation of existing service functions, and linking problems of internal and external systems in the library. Third, the main advantages identified in the operation process were cost reduction, simple installation and automatic management and maintenance, and convenient use in mobile devices. The main drawbacks were the difficulty of customizing that reflects the characteristics of the library, and the need for stability of the network. The disappeared role of the information technology librarian is the regular system inspection and maintenance support, and various new roles have been suggested. The responses of librarians and users to the new system were generally satisfied rather than dissatisfied.
This study proposes a comprehensive model of purchasing intention of customers in agricultural products online shopping malls. In this study, we derived the factors through the literature reviews and logical reasoning and classified the factors as a business point of view, an information systems point of view and an agricultural characteristics point of view, and developed the integrated research model which is the factors affect purchase intentions by mediating trust and the perceived usefulness. A total of 329 samples of a valid survey data from the members of small agricultural online shopping malls were collected and the research model was empirically analyzed by a confirmatory factor analysis and path analyses using structural equation modeling with the data. The results show that the product quality and the service quality of the business point of view have effects on the trust, however the price adequacy and entertainment have no effect on the trust and the perceived usefulness respectively, also the advertising exposure has no effect on the trust but it has an effect on the purchase intention directly. The information quality and the ease of use of the information systems point of view have an effect on the trust and perceived usefulness. At last, the seasonal product of the agricultural characteristics point of view has effects on perceived usefulness but the regional brand has no effect on the trust. The results of this study provide strategic implications for successful development and operation of agricultural products online shopping malls.
The purpose of this study is examining the differences of mobile SNS's service quality, which consists data quality and system quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. For the experimental analysis, the frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics of sample. The variables were selected by factor analysis that also prove the validity of variables. The value of Cronbach's alpha was calculated to check the reliability of variables. In addition, the group was determined by the both hierarchical and hierarchical cluster analysis, then ANOVA was performed to test the hypotheses that there are differences of mobile SNS's service quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. The results of this study support that there are differences among the groups toward mobile SNS's service quality and also shows the more commitment and loyalty group is the higher recognition of mobile SNS's service quality. Thus, the companies have to realize that mobile SNS is very important key factor to success in rapidly changing business environment. In conclusion, the companies implement different customized strategy for the different group and develop the contents and the applications to maximize the commitment and loyalty of for the mobile SNS users.

This study investigated the effects of preference reversal according to product characteristics and situation. To investigate the relationship between consumer preference reversal and selection change, three research problems were set up and multiple logistic regression analysis was performed considering categorical dependent variables. The results showed that the decrease in preference for the medical service products and general manufacturing products had a significant effect on selection change and selection delay. In addition, we found that selection change according to the importance of attributes in the medical service product was more sensitive than the general product, while selection change according to the preference reversal was higher in general products. This study examined the causal relationship between choices by illuminating the preference concept as the central value of consumers from a different viewpoint than the existing preference and preference inversion research. In addition, the results of this study suggest that it can include not only selective change according to preference reversal, but also alternatives such as selective delay.
In Korea the consumption of coffee has been continuously increased last 10 years. During the period the market size and the numbers of the coffee shop also has been expanded dramatically. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the consumer's selection attributes of coffee shop affect the revisit intention of coffee shop and the brand trust had moderating effects between consumption attributes and revisit intention. Also it was analyzed whether there were statistic differences according to the demographic characteristics. For this study the survey was conducted on Seoul City and Kyeongki-do province and 600 questionnaires were distributed and 480 were collected and 470 samples were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. All the factors of the consumer's consumption attributes of coffee shop had affected the revisit intention. And the factors of brand trust had moderating effects on revisit intention. There were statistic difference by gender for the additional services and there were also statistic difference according to the age group for the new technology environmental service of the inside of coffee shop. The implications of this study were the selection attributes of coffee shop were diverse and the brand trust were considered significant and the consumer's preferences were different according demographic characteristics such as gender, age, and incomes.
In this paper, we explore the information diffusion mechanism under social network environments by investigating the effect of message characteristics on the volume and speed of retweeting in Twitter, a popular online social media service. To this end, we select eight main keywords (i.e., '무상급식', '반값등록금', '나가수', '평창', '김연아', '박태환', '아이폰', '갤럭시') that have been popular on online social media in recent days. Each keyword represents various social aspects of Korea that recently grab people's attention such as political issues, entertainment, sports celebrities, and the latest digital products, and eventually holds distinctive message characteristics. Analyzing the frequency and velocity of retweeting for each keyword, we find that more than half of the sample messages posted on Twitter contain personal opinions for the certain keyword, but we also find that the tweets which include objective messages with hyperlink are the fastest ones when being retweeted by other followers. In overall, when being retweeted, the group of messages related to the certain keyword present distinctive diffusion patterns and speed according to message characteristics. From academic perspective, the findings in the study broaden our theoretical knowledge of information diffusion mechanism over online social media. For practitioners, the results also provide managerial implications regarding how to strategically utilize online social media for marketing communications with customers.
The purpose of study was to test the effects of job characteristics and job stress on job satisfaction in the ICT Convergence Venture Companies and the moderating role of social support between job characteristics and job satisfaction. For this study, the data were collected from 15 ICT Convergence Ventures in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. The sample of 301 employees was selected and analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The results showed that job characteristics had a positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress had a negative effect. And also found out social support had the moderate roles between job stress and job satisfaction except coworker support with regard to role ambiguity, whereas it did not serve as a moderate role between job characteristics and job satisfaction. The research results are summarized, the implications for ICT convergence Ventures were discussed, and the directions for future research were suggested.
The management environment in Korea today is undergoing rapid changes; in particular, domestic corporations and businesses are confronting formidable adversity with IMF crisis and WTO. Though cost cutback, higher quality, rapid production, and diversification of products were accepted as important requirements for competitiveness in the past, they have been replaced by brand power. Consumption patterns have changed their focus from function to image orientation. This is why managers in corporations have invested enormous amounts of resources into producing powerful brands, which can attract consumers' attention greatly enough to improve the image of their products. Brands are regarded as a vital vehicle for marketing strategies and thus as a legal asset. Brands with remarkable and favorable image can secure a loyal consumer groups stable revenues. M & A, currently active between corporations, makes brand equity all the more important. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of internal marketing and increased brand diversification on brand equity by combining them as influential factors with marketing mix factor. For this purpose, literature review was make on previous fragmented studies of influential factors on brand equity build-up. Based on the findings of this study, some operational implications were suggested for marketing managers. The findings and implications of the present study are as follows; First, efficient communication among organization members was found to have a significant effect on product quality. Second, job satisfaction and efficient communication among members was shown to significantly influence price policies. Thirdly, efficient communication among organization workers proved to have a significant effect on distribution strategies. Forth, efficient communication among members was demonstrated to significantly influence advertisement and other public-relations activities. Fifth, opacity of market environment appeared to have a significant effect on product quality, prior market entrance as perceived by organization members turned to be of negative influence on product quality. Sixth, opacity of market environment was found to have a significant effect on price policies. Seventh, opacity of market environment was shown to be of significant effect on distribution strategies. Eighth, grater opacity of market environment proved to improve advertisement and other public-relations activities. Ninth, price policies, distribution strategies, advertisement and public-relations activities were found to have a significant effect on brand equity value. To sum up these findings, in order for corporations and businesses to cope with consumers' needs that are increasingly segmented, internal marketing strategies and brand diversification should be implemented so as to generate greater synergy effect. It is also important to stress that differentiated, higher competitiveness should be secured for Korean corporations and businesses to survive in the drastically changing, globalized market environment. In this regard, continuous and long-term management strategies for brand equity build-up should be ensured and is essential in the present unlimited competition. The last but not least important point to notice is that to increase brand equity value, intensive investment and constant emphasis should be made on internal marketing management on intra-organizational members before strengthening external marketing.
In the age of digital culture, TV broadcasting is exercising more influence as a information and communication medium compared to past. With the appearance of satellite broadcasting service in 2002, the broadcasting environment became a diversified field of local TV, cable TV, satellite, internet, etc. and created the time of multi-media and multi-channel. This ongoing change of broadcasting environment made the passive audience of the past, active image makers and new accepters, participants and users of communications, who know how to choose and use media as the active centerpiece, The active acceptor as the centerpiece of channel selections has become the center of the broadcasting, whereby they pick up and enjoy their favorite TV programs and came to remember the list of their favorite channels and zap them finally. In this point of spotting their favorite channels and improving the degree of recognition for the channels, the development of the noticeable brand for a particular program has made a great contribution. The aim of this study, therefore, is to recognize the factors, which are important in the habits of watching TV and to develop professional brands for TV broadcasting programs. The range of the survey for this study was home news programs and broadcasting stations abroad, which were on air from March to May in 2004. The focus of the survey was universal and professional news programs. Through this study, it was ascertained that, in the case of news, developing a brand for an anchor as well as for a professional brand of TV program could be an important element.
