Today, the growth of software industry leads to e quantitative expansion of software package products. Due to this rapid increase of software package products, qualify certification has been required fur software products which users select. Unlike the quality certification of industrial products, the history of software product certification has not been so long. For this reason, software quality evaluation and certification methods have not matured yet. When certifying software products, one of most important factors is the systematic generation of evaluation sets. The evaluation sets include checklists with metrics, and criteria for the software quality certification according to the classification of software product type. This paper presents a metamodel for the systematic generation and maintenance of the evaluation sets. Then, we construct prototype level evaluation sets to show the validity of the metamodel.

This project was undertaken to compare the Korea Food Standards Code, Food Additives Code and Codex Food Category System and to propose necessary measures to improve the regulatory system of food additives which are scientifically reasonable and harmonizable with international standards. Current food grouping and nomenclature in Korea were specifically compared with the Codex Food Category System and measures to solve any problems in connection with the use of additives in traditional foods were attempted. Among the food commodities in the Korea Foods Standards Code, 8 food groups including Korean confections, semisolid starchy syrups, bean curds and starch gels, edible oils and fats, tea beverages, seasoning foods, kimchi and salted vegetables, and ginseng products were chosen to propose some improvement measures to harmonize the classification, nomenclature, definition and use of additives with the Codex standards.

본 연구의 목적은 소비자의 하이테크 제품 선택에 있어 브랜드와 제품 성능의 상대적 중요성을 결정하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하는데 있다. 영향 요인들은 크게 제품 요인과 소비자 요인으로 분류하였는데, 제품 변수로는 제품의 평가 용이성과 제품의 혁신성을 고려하였고, 소비자 요인으로는 소비자 관여도, 소비자 지식, 소비자 혁신성을 고려하였다. 또한 제품의 쾌락성/이성성 정도와 제품의 노출 정도에 의해 4가지 제품군으로 분류하여, 제품의 유형이 변수들의 영향력에 미치는 조절적 역할을 연구하였다. 연구에 대한 주된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하이테크 제품 전반적으로 소비자 혁신성, 소비자 지식, 제품 평가의 용이성, 제품의 혁신성이 제품 선택에 있어서 브랜드의 중요성을 결정하는데 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 즉, 소비자들은 지식수준이 낮을수록, 소비자 혁신성이 낮을수록, 제품의 평가 용이성이 낮을수록, 제품의 혁신성이 낮을수록 브랜드 위주의 제품을 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제품의 쾌락성 정도에 따라서 브랜드의 상대적 중요도에 영향을 미치는 변수들이 달라지는데, 쾌락재의 경우에는 소비자 혁신성을 제외한 모든 변수가 브랜드의 상대적 중요도에 영향을 미치나, 실용재의 경우에는 제품 평가의 용이성과 제품 혁신성, 그리고 소비자 혁신성이 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 셋째, 제품의 노출 정도에 따라서 공공재의 경우에는 소비자 혁신성, 제품 평가 용이성, 제품 혁신성이 유의한 변수로 나타났고, 개인재의 경우에는 소비자 지식과 제품 평가 용이성이 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다.가치가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 소비자의 금전효용가치는 PB제품의 선호도와는 직접적인 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, PB제품구매의 지각적 가치가 PB제품 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 경제성을 추구하는 소비자라 하더라도 PB제품의 지각적 품질수준 여하에 따라 PB제품의 판매가치가 크다고 지각될 때에만 PB제품을 선호하는 것으로 풀이할 수 있다. 본 연구는 최근에 큰 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 PH의 연구자와 유통업계 실무자들에게 유익한 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 지자체가 대형유통점에 대한 규제를 강화하는 것이다. 먼저, 대형유통점의 불공정거래행위에 대한 감시감독과 처벌을 강화하는 것은 당연한 것이다. 그러나 정부가 아닌 지자체가 이를 주도하기는 사실 어려움이 있다. 그리고 대형유통점이 영업행위를 영업시간제한에서부터 출점제한에 이르기까지 규제하는 건은 심사숙고하여야 한다. 대형유통점이 국가경제 및 지역사회에 미치는 영향이 부정적인가 긍정적인가에 대해 국내외 학계와 업계에서 여전히 많은 논란이 있기 때문이다. 정부와 지자체에 의한 시장개입은 반드시 필요한 경우에 한해 합당한 방법에 의해 이루어져야 한다. 대형유통점에 대한 규제는 지역사회에 미치는 영향을 다면적으로 평가한 결과에 근거하여 이루어져야 할 것이다. 대부분의 지자체는 체계적인 평가시스템과 객관적인 통계 자료를 갖고 있지 못한 실정이다. 향후 가장 시급한 과제는 시장개방 이후 지난 10년간 대형유통점이 지역사회에 미친 영향에 관한 광범위한 통계자료를 수

The rapid increase in the use of many commercial software products has necessitated a systematic and objective method of their evaluation and selection. Our study focuses on the assignment of weights and choice of proper models. First, the weights of attributes are assigned consistently by using the analytic hierarchy process. Second, many models, which can be suitable for the structure of evaluation and selection for software product, are collected, categorized into two types of model, and compared in terms of their strength and weakness. The models involved are four compensatory models and seven noncompensatory models. Finally, they are analyzed through the application of specific software products(database data modelers) in terms of their attributes. Our study enhances the applicability of models to a variety of user requirement utilizing the evaluating procedure and applications.

정보 통신 프로토콜의 한 구현물이 표준에 맞는지를 조사하기 위해 적합성 시험을 수행해왔다. 그러나, 정보통신 환경의 급격한 변화로 인해 적합성 시험에 합격한 장비 및 서비스들간에도 상호 운용시에는 제대로 동작하지 않는 현상이 종종 발생하게 되었다. 이로 인해 정보 통신 서비스 및 제품 개발에 있어서 상호운용성 시험의 요구가 증대함에도 불구하고, 국내외적으로 권고하고 있는 국제적인 표준이나 시험체계 및 방법 개발이 미진한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 상호운용성 관련 연구 동향 및 기존의 국제 표준(안)을 분석하여 상호운용성 시험 방법에 대한 연구의 방향을 설정하고, 상호운용성 시험 방법 및 체계를 마련하여 표준안을 제안한다. 본 논문은 상호운용성의 분류, 상호운용성 시험 구조, 상호운용성 시험 절차에 관한 내용을 포함한다.

EC(Electronic Commerce) reduces the middle love of business process and makes the gap doser between suppliers and consumers. EC also makes it possible to products and much more satisfaction to consumers reducing costs. Thus when we study EC, we need to consider business side of EC as well as its technical side. With that point, this study classifies the business factors of EC systematically. This study does not enumerate bits of the factors but present a business technology framework to analyze the mutual relations among the factors.

본 연구의 목표는 감성적 제품이나 환경을 체계적으로 개발하고 평가하는 과정에서 요구되는 DB를 개발하는 것으로서, 산업체에서의 활용도가 높고 공공성이 큰 데이터를 중심으로 지표를 수집하여 보급체계를 확립하는 것이다. 이번 연구에서는 2 단계 감성공학기반기술 연구 결과인 충 35 개 보고서 전자 파일을 입수하여 감성지표화 작업을 수행하였다. Web 상으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 지표(정보물)를 도출 하였으며, 감성공학 문헌, Handbook, Data compendium, 사전 등을 중심으로 지표를 분류하여 체계화하였다. 연구보고서로부터 도출 된 초기 지표로는 감성지표 185 개, 개발 제품/시스템 소개물 94 개, 웹으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 관련 정보물 35 개가 있다. 이를 기초로 활용 가능한 지표를 엄선하였다. 감성 제품 개발에 필요한 감성지표를 쉽고, 편리하고, 정확하게 검색하고, 감성공학 연구 결과들을 체계적으로 정리하기 위해 지표의 표현 방법, 용어, 기술 수준 등을 표준화하였다. 초기 도출된 감성지표 리스트 중 활용가치가 높은 결과물을 중심으로 감성지표를 정리하였으며, 현재 262개 지표에 대해서 연구책임자의 검증을 거쳐 지표화 작업을 완료하였다. 이들 결과는 인터넷을 통하여 서비스를 실시할 예정이며, 앞으로 제품설계, 환경응용 기술로서 감성공학적 제품설계를 위한 guideline으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 이들 지표를 보급하기 위한 목적으로 개발한 감성공학 데이터베이스 시스템은 감성공학 자료의 보급체계로 활용되어 기업간의 정보교환 및 커뮤니케이션 유도를 통한 기업체간의 기술 및 관리 유기체계 구축에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.하도록 한다. 이는 기초과학 수준이 높은 북방권 국가들의 과학자들이 주로 활용되고 있다는 점에서도 잘 알 수 있으며 우리의 과학기술 약점을 보완하는 원천으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 대안이 되고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연구 조직에서 일하는 외국인 연구자들의 동기 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 상관관계, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 활용 성과에 미치는 영향 요인들을 도출하였다. 설문 분석을 통하여 동기 및 성과 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 전통적인 동기 이론들과 부합한다. 대부분의 변수가 동기 및 성과에 동시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며 그중에서도 조직 협력 문화, 외국인 연구자의 의사소통 및 협력성, 외국인 연구자의 연구 능력 관련 변수들 및 연구 프로젝트의 기술수명주기, 외국인 연구자의 기존 기술지식의 흡수 등이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이는 우리가 주로 중국 및 러시아 과학자들을 활용하여 상업화하는 외국인 연구인력 활용 패턴과도 일치하는 결과이다. 즉 우호적인 조직문화를 가지고 있는 연구 조직에서, 이미 과학기술 지식을 많이 가지고 있고 연구 능력도 높은 외국인 과학기술자를, 한국에서 기술이 태동 또는 성장하고 있는 연구 분야에서 활용하는 것이 가장 성과가 좋다는 사실을 확인시켜 주고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 수행된 본 연구는 외국인 연구 인력의 활용 성과가 매우 높으며, 우리의 과학기술혁신시스템을 보완하는 유효한 수단으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력

A nomenclature method for Korean fermented foods was developed in order to apply this to the international nomenclature system for fermented foods. It is made by a four digit number; the first digit indicates the major ingredient used, the second for fermentation method, the third for major type of microorganism, and the last digit for the type of consumption. Following the nomenclature number, a detailed description of product is given. Examples of application of the nomenclature system to Korean fermented foods are shown.

The research was conducted with the purpose of providing effective safety and quality control system for assistive products for handicapped those are used extensively. Assistive products couldn't be classified independently due to collision with the act of medical device and lack in legal basis. The issues about safety and quality have been solved by other legal frames on a case by case basis. We couldn't find any abroad case of independent safety and quality control policy. For the practical solution, this article suggested hybrid classification system mixed with existing policies. Each classified branches are allocated to the appropriate policy of safety and quality control so those are ease of understanding and prospect. And also a delicacy process was suggested not to leave off any assistive products. Through these suggests of the improvement it is expected that blind areas of safety and quality control for assistive products for handicapped could be solved and identity of assistive products could be established to provide product safety for handicapped and boost relevant industries.

Development of the digital technology made possible the Integrated media that is combined computer with information network technology. Integrated media is the data transferring method through the multimedia, and has been developed by the similar form with the human's information transferring system. For that reason, interface has been developed as the important theme, Human Computer Interaction, according to the formal development. Using interface is not activated yet for the lack of connection with various divisions and the system of the product development although interfaces formatic development is re-arranged and re-established in design. This is the try to construct new model of the interface by re-arrange of the factors for the information transferring form development on the ground of the mp3 service vending machine development. Interface is divided into logical I formatic and hardware I software for he systematic classification and also arranged so that anybody can understand. Consequently, presenting of the new integrated interface paradigm can make possible to suggest the fundamental framework that is the new direction of the design re-arranged by the integrated media.
